By Kate Northrop
The Maine lottery winner of a $1.3 billion Mega Millions jackpot will have to reveal his identity if he chooses to proceed with a nasty court battle against the mother of his child in which she allegedly revealed his win to others.
A judge denied the option to remain anonymous to a $1.3 billion Mega Millions jackpot lottery winner, deciding that his unusually sudden wealth does not make him an exception to t

By Kate Northrop
If it wasn't official before, it is now. $2.04 billion Powerball jackpot winner Edwin Castro will unequivocally get to keep his prize after a California judge ruled in his favor.
A California judge dismissed the lawsuit against $2.04 billion Powerball winner Edwin Castro that claims he is not the real winner of the jackpot, meaning there is now zero question that he is the true owner of the winnin

Lotto Texas winner sues betting company and couriers, claims he was cheated out of $100M jackpot
My thought about the lawsuit (the one filed by the winner of $7.5 million jackpot who's claiming that it should have been $102.5 million) is, is what the London based company did legal? That's the sole question at hand; if it's legal, then he doesn't have a leg to stand on. If it's not, then he's got a great case. Either way, dude just made generational wealth, so there's really no way he doesn't end up a winner... unless he acts like all those lottery winners who spent his money on stupid stuff

Winner who claimed half of $395 million Mega Millions jackpot sues California Lottery for other half
He does have the funds to pay for the lawsuit and the aspect of being the sole winner that presented a winning ticket could get interesting. We do have to remember, it is CA and they create some unique laws with their thought process out there. Might have to break out the popcorn for this one.

Winner who claimed half of $395 million Mega Millions jackpot sues California Lottery for other half
Ridiculous lawsuit by a greedy person. Longstanding lottery policy is that jackpots are divided amongst winning tickets. No second valid winning ticket was presented and denied. I find it unbelievable that he would have divided up the tickets and stored them in different places.

A Texas Lottery jackpot was "bought" last year, but legislators are pushing wrong solution
as a texas player, this whole thing really pissed me off. The TLC screwed over players AND retailers, small retailers by enabling this, basically cheating as far as i'm concerned. If enough people got together we could probably do a class action lawsuit. TLC rigged the game in favor of this group.

Oklahoma Pick 3
I can't believe that after all these years you're still being stalked by lottery employees who hack into your devices and reprogram the mainframe to dodge your numbers, and only your numbers. How's that lawsuit coming along?

DC man sues the lottery after incorrect numbers posted on website would have won him $340 million
good idea. cheeks can tack racism on his frivolous lawsuit. i bet people at the lottery call him butt cheeks behind his back too, now he can toss in emotional distress.

$2 billion Powerball lottery winner Edwin Castro buys a third California mansion for $47 million
I sense this is a knee jerk reaction to keep his funds /investments out of his bank account. With his recent lawsuit concerning legitimacy of the original ticket. I can see him using the system to his advantage. Very thee well to him on this venture. He isn't living in these places - he is building his enterprise- For film locations and for high end foreign travelers to rent during their stays in the area.
