He also has a no hassle refund policy. He only asks that you tell him why it didn't work, and that's it.

What happens if you can't explain why the program didn't work?  Does he provide his customers with the program's source code so they can spot the program weakness?

Believe it or not, IT does work. Repeatedly, every week.

Like anything else in life, if you want to something bad enough, you will work toward that goal.

Dan's system shows you how to play the pick 3 game in a common sense manner to win. I'm positivge that others have systems that work also, but I am very comfortable with his way. Yes, it takes time out of your life, to study the charts and look at the software, to come to your choice of combinations to play. I find that it is well worth my time.

If a person is willing to go to a job everyday to allow someone else to profit from your time and/or skill, why not invest in yourself and make it profitable, doing something that you like to do? To do that, you would seek out tools and methods to follow through with it.

Dan's software is just a tool that makes intelligent decisions easier when following his charting system. I have everything that Dan has published and I realized long ago, that Dan plays to win! Unlike other publishers, Dan is the only one that I was ever able to personally email and talk to. He doesn't hide from you. Instead, when time permits, he tries to help you!

I just got back from the post office. It's on it's way back to New Jersey. I just hope Dan holds up to his refund policy. It's still in good shape.

How did you explain the system failure?  Did you have it long enough to really study the charts and give it a real test?  Maybe others can learn from your experience or even improve their own systems and save some money too.  Good luck on your search for lottery software that will make you rich.

In his sales letter, all he asks is for an explanation as to why I'm sending it back.

I basically told him that what he said in his sales letter is contrary to what is outlined in his system. In his sales letter he says that he took all the hard work out. I'd hate to see what it would look like if he left them in there...LOL

I also told him that I don't have the time or patience to do such long workouts.

I'm not saying that it's a bad tracking system. All I'm saying is that it's not for me. I think that somethings get so complicated that they come full circle, back to simplicity. Take a look at my "Magic box numbers" here in the Lottery systems forum. The list of numbers hit 8 boxed in all states, and 3 straight last night. Very simple yet effective. Needs more work on reducing the sets to be played, but that will be sorted out hopefully.

I'm sure Dan is a nice guy and means well. A lot of people give him high praise, but I just had to find out for myself, and it didn't live up to my expectations. And most importantly, I wouldn't even have bought it in the first place if it didn't have a return policy.

For everyone who is reading this, please don't judge the system's value based on my opinions. That's all they are, opinions. I'm lazy when it comes to workouts, so don't put too much credence on how good or bad this system is. This just the way I am. I'm sure there are lots of people out there who greatly benefit from this, but not me.

Sounds like once you buy software, you need to hire someone to use it for you or just buy QPs.  Maybe Dan should offer a service where he does the workouts and sell the results, I've seen others doing that but they don't offer a return policy.  Some do offer another result free if you're not satisfied with the first.

That's what I also suggested to him

I didn't get the software, just the manuals.

If pasting from another site, use PASTE AS PLAIN TEXT.  It is the toolbar button with the little "T" on it.
