1) Playing more often for less lines

2) Playing less often for more lines

3) Playing less often for less lines

I will playing the lottery using these playing methods for a jackpot win starting in 2012. Lottery stop loss limit=$60 annually.

I will make comments based on the three playing methods whenever I can based on jackpot winners.

Playing method 3) Playing less often for less lines has been used by many jackpot winners. They usually win the jackpots with less than 5 lines by making us believe that they played on a whim.Oh the jackpot was $100 millions and I decided to buy 1 quick pick ticket that won the whole thing. I dot not play the lottery that much.Do not believe them, they wait for the jackpot to reach large amounts before they buy 1 single quick pick ticket.

3) They are playing less often for less lines that is all.

always make a budget for gambling.

    my yearly is,

    $780.00 for lottery.

    $200.00 for football.

    $600.00 for horse racing.

sometimes i go over, but that is w/ tip $ that i do not count in budget.

Playing method#3( Playing less often for less lines) Lottery stop loss limit= 1 quick pick ticket whenever the jackpot goes to $200 millions does not seem bad.

You play like a professional gambler haymaker. I do not have the courage to spend your kind of money.

Sounds like an idea I need to follow. I'm just willy nilly dishing out money everyday. I need a budget and strategy.

The three playing methods with a lottery stop loss limit can allow anyone to win multiple jackpots. And please donate more than $1 million to Veterans whenever you win a life changing jackpot.

The powerball jackpot winners from connecticut won the $254.2 powerball jackpot by 3) Playing less often for less lines. They bought 1 Quick Pick Ticket when the jackpot was $254.2 millions.

"They bought 1 Quick Pick Ticket when the jackpot was $254.2 millions."

The article says "It was won by a single ticket sold in Connecticut that matched all the numbers drawn" and the article also goes on to mention that one ticket won $1 million in Texas playing MM, one ticket won $225,000 playing Cash 5 in PA, and another one ticket won $475,000 playing Cash 5.

I don't know what you're assuming but to me that means there was only one ticket sold with the winning jackpot numbers regardless of how many other tickets the winner bought. Just because there was only one winning ticket, it doesn't prove the winner only bought one ticket. For all we know they could have bought thousands of other tickets for the same drawing.

I play my pet combo in every KY Cash Ball drawing by checking the advanced play drawing box on the playslip. If I check the box "7", I get one ticket that's good for the next 7 drawings. It's the same as buying one ticket every day for the next 7 days. I'm not buy one ticket, I'm buying 7.

PB tickets will cost $2 starting in January and if your yearly budget is only $60, your play is already limited to 30 tickets regardless of when you buy them. The odds of winning by buying all 30 tickets for one drawing are statistically the same as buying one ticket in 30 drawings. With your betting method, you'll have no chance to win 74 PB drawings next year unless you exceed your budget.

It's tough enough bucking odds of 175 million to one 30 times so don't be disappointed if you don't win. Come back in April and tell us how you did or in December if you're planing on playing about every third drawing.

its not as much as it sounds like if you break it down.

            lottery 780.00= $15.00 a wk.

football $200.00 spread over 17 wk reg. season + playoffs+superbowl.

horse racing $600.00 = 6 trips to the track.

You do not have to play the lottery everyday in order to dream about winning a jackpot some day. They say that good things come to those that wait, I can wait until the powerball jackpot gets to $400 millions next year and buy 30 tickets for $60, play one line once a month for $2*12=$24 etc

How about spending $2 out of the $60 and not playing again until 2013.You can't win if you don't play, but the more you play, the more money you spend.Who cares if I miss some big jackpots because I want to be cheap.

"A stop loss limit is very important and I urge anyone that plays to have a stop loss limit to protect their large sum of ready gambling money. You should have a stop loss limit to avoid losing too much money on a bad day. While setting up a loss limit is a great idea in theory, there are plenty of gamblers who won't have the will power to stick with these limits. These are the same people who will never make any money or come close to breaking even in gambling. It's definitely hard to stick with loss limits because there is so much temptation to keep gambling no matter which way Lady Luck is sending the money. The better you are at sticking with your loss limits over the long run, the more successful and happy you will be at the end of game play."

                  I cut way back.

Play $1 each PB drawing, $1 each MM drawing, $1 each Wis Megabucks drawing, and my $1 each daily Wis Spercash drawing.

And $1 on each Wis Badger 5 drawing when jackpot is about $60,000 or above. Cost $13 per week. + B5 drawings. A nice sense of freedom walking past a lottery terminal.

Just enough to have the dream. Have $5 to roll over on Thursday, my ticket buying day. 7 days on Supercash, 2 draws on PB, 2 draws on MM, 2 draws on Megabucks.

My system requires me to pick the machine that I want to play. Last week I bought in Brookfield Wis, This week was Greenfield, WI next week I'm going to Franklin WI....

You are 1) Playing more often for less lines. You are what they called a lottery dabbler because you do not concentrate in one particular game. You should put all your ships in one game to have more chances without spending more money.

I also play different games but I focus on one game whenever I play. For example if I played $5 mega millions this week, I might play powerball next week.

In 2012 I will be playing every drawing in powerball because of the jackpot size and I will wait for mega millions to climb to a $40 million before I play.  But when I play I will play all the lines for mega millions and powerball plus the multipliers to have a chance at the $1 million in mega and $2 million in powerball.  Since this is my form of entertainment I do not go to the casino and I do not even know if we have a track here in oregon for betting.  I will play my $10 on mega twice a week and my $15 on powerball twice a week.  That gives me the best chance at hitting something hopefully next year.  Good luck to all who play.-weshar75

Mega millions might disappear or become a $2 game next year. I feel that things are heading towards a national game. The powerball jackpot is going to reach $100 millions so often that you might not have a chance for mega millions to reach $40 millions to play. The reason they will increase the powerball starting jackpot to $40 millions and the regular $200,000 second prize to $1 millions next year is because there was a big gap between the second prize and the starting jackpot.

I only play mega millions and powerball right now.  So if a national game is started next year I would wait to play it in my off time that mega millions was not a high jackpot or wait for the game to get high before I played it.  I have been loyal to powerball and mega millions so those are the games that I like to play.  But if a big jackpot was to be put up by a national game I would probably try my luck on that too.  I just hope they do not charge a lot for tickets to that game if it does come true.-weshar75

As long as you're buying QPs, it really doesn't matter when you play because you'll never know when you don't play. For the people playing pet numbers, they must spend $104 playing MM or $208 playing PB next year unless they want to take the risk of their numbers being drawn when they decide to be cheap.

We all know how difficult it is to hit a jackpot but your 1 ticket a few times a year method of play might prove to you how difficult it is to win anything.

You can actually participate with 1 quick pick ticket in any lottery game pool. Remember every lottery game is just a big pool of players in itself. http://www.lotterypost.com/thread/240163

About 70% to 80% of purchases are computer picks. About 70% to80% of winners are computer picks. Perhaps just one of those weird coincidences?

Although, you are 100% correct it is not easy to hit a jackpot. That is why having a lottery stop loss limit is important. You have to balance it out.

THE KEY TO WINNING IS PLAYING.
