" The key to winning a major lottery is to always be a participant and prospective candidate to win by simply playing. There is no sense in ever buying multiple tickets to any one lottery drawing to increase one's odds. With Powerball odds of 1:195 million and Mega Millions odds of 1:175 million, changing that 1 into a 2 or 3 isn't going to make a noticeable dent in your long shot odds. There is no appreciable statistical difference between odds of 1 in 195 million chances and 5 in 195 million chances - your odds are still incredibly slim. However, there is a huge difference between odds of zero in 195 million and 1 in 195 million. The key to winning the lottery is to just be a player, not try to increase your odds of striking the jackpot. Think of it this way - with a single ticket, your odds of losing are likely 99.99999%. Even with hundreds of ticket entries, your odds of losing likely only improve marginally to 99.99998% - still pretty unfavorable. But with that one lone ticket, at least you have a chance."
You can buy 1 or 2 tickets in the new powerball game matrix starting on January 15, 2012. You win the lottery by being in the right place at the right time. -

THE THRIFTY WAY TO WINNING A LOTTERY JACKPOT WITH A LOTTERY STOP LOSS LIMIT AND THREE PLAYING METHODS.
"The key to winning is buying tickets with the winning numbers on them."
"It is a system that has never failed - not even once. It has won every single time it has been done." True but,
Playing the lottery more often for more lines= Spending more money= Gambling addiction.
"A LOTTERY STOP LOSS LIMIT IS VERY IMPORTANT and I urge anyone that plays to have a stop loss limit to protect their large sum of ready gambling money. You should have a stop loss limit to avoid losing too much money on a bad day. While setting up a loss limit is a great idea in theory, there are plenty of gamblers who won't have the will power to stick with these limits. These are the same people who will never make any money or come close to breaking even in gambling. It's definitely hard to stick with loss limits because there is so much temptation to keep gambling no matter which way Lady Luck is sending the money. The better you are at sticking with your loss limits over the long run, the more successful and happy you will be at the end of game play."
THE THREE PLAYING METHODS.
1) PLAYING MORE OFTEN FOR LESS LINES.
2) PLAYING LESS OFTEN FOR MORE LINES.
3) PLAYING LESS OFTEN FOR LESS LINES.
PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE IN LIFE.
WINNING A LOTTERY JACKPOT IS ALL ABOUT PATIENCE. Patience pays when playing the lottery.
A LOTTERY STOP LOSS LIMIT IS VERY IMPORTANT to be successful over the long run.
The key to winning a lottery jackpot is BUYING ONE QUICK PICK TICKET with the winning numbers on it.
WHY BUY ONE QUICK PICK TICKET? "TO HAVE A LOTTERY TICKET IS TO HAVE A TALISMAN OF POSSIBLE WEALTH."
"To have a lottery ticket is to have a talisman of possible wealth that, when held and contemplated, brings immediately to mind the fantasy of wealth and makes it feel much more visceral. There is no equivalent talisman for the possibility of a wealthy aunt, and, hence, the fantasy is far weaker."
"The “fantasy aid” argument for purchasing a lottery ticket works in light of this very real gain in utiles by comparison to the far more passive fantasizing about one’s wealthy aunt. It isn’t hard to think of other examples of this “talisman effect” in fantasy and memory: physical books are relatively more expensive than ebooks (modulo Amazon’s future-oriented pricing); letters from lovers call to mind more poignant memories than do emails or remembrances; people save chips that are otherwise useless from casinos; etc. It would seem to me that smart, rational people are no less susceptible to the very real utile-increasing effects of talismans. This is a reason to play the lottery: you hold the possibility of riches in your very hand. No hypothetical relatives offer the same pleasure."
GOOD LUCK EVERYBODY
DO IT NOW, TOMORROW MAY NOT COME.
FOCUSING ON THE PRESENT. HE SEIZED THE MOMENT BY CHOOSING TO PLAY THE SMALLER BUT LIFE CHANGING POWERBALL JACKPOT FOR THAT DAY EVENING DRAWING INSTEAD OF THE LARGER MEGA MILLIONS JACKPOT FOR A FUTURE DRAWING.
"The lucky Lottery player walked into Wesley's, a restaurant in Elkton, on Christmas Eve to purchase a case of beer, and on his way out happened to see the Mega Millions and Powerball signs. "The Mega Millions jackpot was larger, but the drawing for Powerball was that evening, so I bought two tickets for that drawing," said the nervous winner. His spur-of-the-moment purchase made for a-once-in-a-lifetime holiday season." https://www.lotterypost.com/news/240995

You're stating the obvious again because you can't win anything if you don't buy a ticket but you can't buy 104 tickets in the next year playing MM or PB on a $60 yearly budget unless you believe you can increase your budget with small wins. At odds of over 30 to 1 against winning anything, not very many players could parlay $60 into $104.
"You win the lottery by being in the right place at the right time."
How do you plan on determining which of the 44 MM drawings you can't play in the next year on your $60 budget is the wrong time to play?

You basically save money by using the three playing methods with a lottery stop loss limit. There are so many ways to play the lottery using my strategy that it becomes a joy to play.
I can play the new powerball game by spending $10 for 5 lines for 6 months which equals $60. I might not have any chances in the draws I do not enter but I cover more chances per draw without spending more money.
I can also spend $5 a week for 12 weeks, and save $1 on each week I play since I will only be able to buy 2 lines for the new powerball game for $4.Remember my advantage is that I do have to play for every jackpot. I can wait until the powerball reach $200 millions and play. -

Being in the right place at the right time to win a lottery jackpot. I do not know that but,
"You have to be in it to win it"
"This is a very common slogan used by lotteries and football pools companies alike. What this slogan is saying is you can't dream of winning the lottery or the pools unless you part with your beer tokens. Of course they are right. If you never buy a ticket you can never win. "
"But how many times do you dream of winning? Do you have to win every week to be happy? Of course not."
"You only have to win once. So you only have to buy one ticket, at some time in the future to be able to legitimately dream of winning a huge jackpot."
So is $60 annually enough to play? Yes -

The following prove the previous statement true.
"Whatever the drawing is for that night," said Hernandez, "That's the ticket I buy. One dollar. No more. No Less." The strategy 37th years old Alex Hernanadez from Staten Island used to win $1,000,000 NY Sweet Million Jackpot on November 30th, 2009. -

PLAYING THE LOTTERY MORE OFTEN FOR MORE LINES= SPENDING MORE MONEY= GAMBLING ADDICTION.
"For all gamblers, even small-time bettors, gambling at the very least correlates with feelings such as irritation, frustration and aggravation then can worsen to agony, depression, violence and suicide. Gamblers may not always admit experiencing these feelings. However, gamblers definitely do experience these feelings. Even small-time $1 a week lottery players get irritated, frustrated and aggravated when always losing. Rarely though do gamblers only bet $1 a week even if saying that. When gamblers who say they only ever bet $1 a week, see a super jackpot getting big and bet $5, $10, $20 or more on it, then they are not $1 a week gamblers any longer. Gambling always means losing money. Usually losing more money than intended. The bottom line is that losing money and feeling all of these negative emotions is not fun, recreational or entertaining."
"Every so-called moderate gambler has a gambling problem. Suppose that you are considered to be a moderate gambler. A moderate gambler will occasionally lose for example $5 at a time. So the gambling industry basically "grabs" $5 at a time from you. You would remember this for a lifetime if a thief grabbed a $5 bill out of your hand and ran away with it. What about a gambling industry "thief" who grabs $5 each time from you for a super jackpot lottery drawing? The odds are that you will never hit a super jackpot even if living many thousands of lifetimes. How about grabbing $5 a race at the horse racetrack? How about grabbing $5 a hand at blackjack? How about grabbing $5 for a few slot machine pulls? How about grabbing $5 per stock trade? How about grabbing $5 from you at other gambling activities? That occasional $5 multiplied by countless occasional times, adds up to a lot of money over the months and years. Anyone who is grabbing your money like this is a problem that must be eliminated. But the gambling industry does not want you to think this way. The gambling industry wants you to think that each occasional $5 lost gambling is fun, recreational and entertaining. The gambling industry spends millions of dollars on advertising and public relations to keep their so-called moderate gambling customers foolish and ignorant about gambling." -

OfflineIf you play just one line of Powerball in each drawing, your $60 will get you through April 14th of this year.
And that is only if you play only Powerball and nothing else.
I think you should consider my "Mo Money, Mo Lines, Mo Often" method.
Now that's Mo Betta. -

2) PLAYING LESS OFTEN FOR MORE LINES.
