Lottery tickets are an investment in my future.

That's what many compulsive gamblers have said about playing casino games....right until they went broke.

    Perhaps your huffin' and puffin'?

You must be the one huffing some paint thinner because your logic is way off the mark. Even at my worst drunken stupor I would never say targeting a JP is an investment.

Maybe you've inhaled too much muriatic acid fumes in your rocket science career.

Thanks for your concern, but you can rest assured I wont be going broke playing lottery or at a casino.

Oh that's right, you are the financial advisory who is looking for new clients. Good luck.

Not looking for any new clients. You on the other hand will most likely be seeking handouts when you have squandered all your money on your lottery investments.

Good luck getting handouts from street corners...you'll need it!

Isn't it just a matter of perspective only? I happened to think its a great investment even if I never win.

Do you think that Pedro may agree with me?

Not really concerned what happens to you. Just stating facts about compulsive gamblers and the financial ruins they leave in their wake.

I could make more money on a street corner than you make at giving financial advice. Green laugh

I agree. That makes total sense to me. Why would I ever want to make a profit from my investments? Silly me.

                What was I thinking?

That's quite humorous coming from someone who rents an apartment with most likely no substantial assets to his name. ROFL

You live inside a box only. Your box is lined with mirrors on all six sides inside of your box so that the only thing you ever see is yourself. Look outside your box sometime only. You might be surprised what you see.

I'm glad for you that you feel amused along with your great sense of pride. Good luck with that.

After reading through this thread, about 99% of it doesnt have much to do with lottery, lol.  People like to read about someone winning who did good with the money or something bad, sordid and scandalous. I hate reading about people who buy the huge mansion and fleet of fancy cars...that to me is just wasteful and BORING but to each his own. We've seen enough of that. A story on lottery players would have to have a different angle for me to read it. Something unique.
