this is also my first time playing this particular game...I quit playing lotteries when the megamillions and powerball got so big. been waiting for N.C.
to get a smaller game, lower odds, and with a payout worth my time. I think this may be it. after all I am a simple man I don't need 150 million. a steady paycheck for life, where I could quit my job and travel (jackpot would be a signifigant pay increase) ..ideal for me..what do you all think?

hello neighbor. I'm right there with you on your thinking lottoAce. I feel the same way. turned off by the super huge and ridiculously impossible to win giant lottery games of powerball and megamillions. I like playing the small to mid size games ( Hot Lotto and Lucky for Life, etc. ) better. I did kind of bad on these last 3 consecutive draws. hoping for a change in luck on tonight's drawing. Sure 100 and 200 million is a dream come true, but for the average person, wouldn't 3 to 5 million be a life changing event also ??  lol  !

you must live in western NC and are crossing over in to Tennessee to play Hot Lotto, right ? I loved playing it. we used to go to West Virginia a couple years ago and I would always buy them when we went. I waited so long for NC to get a mid level jackpot game, and when they did with the Lucky for Life, i was so glad and started playing In February when our state joined.

Made $16 profit by matching the lucky ball [#7] on all 5 lines!

              Here is the break down:

              Bought 5 lines @ $2 each = Cost $10

Matched Lucky ball on 2 lines - Won $8

Matched Lucky ball + one number on 3 lines - won $18

              Thus, $26 - $10 = $16

              Go Broncos!  White Bounce

Well I didn't do so well on this draw, I need a set of charts for this game
5 lines and a big goose egg! hope you guys did better than me..
                      maybe next time.

anyone have any ideas why the multi state lotteries sometimes mirror one another?

way to go and good job on your prediction. I struck out Thursday night, too. Bought 11 draws ( $ 22.00 ) and didn't hit any pairs or the Lucky Ball. Big fat ZERO !

Man, I usually hit something, but Thursday night's draw was rough for me.

Two QPs for me and nothing here either.

I have another 2 QPs for tonight -- both came up with the 18 Lucky Ball even though they were bought on different days at different retailers.  That's been happening quite often lately.

                              Good luck to all playing.
