Nick Koutras: The wheel I used is created by Iliya Bluskov. If some developer integrates it in his software, without asking the rights to use it from the publisher, then they are making a big mistake. maybe they did ask the right, but have forgotten to mention it in their soft. Rule number1: anything that is copyrighted should not be redistributed (for free) without prior written permission of the publisher. I tend to stick to the rules I got from the publisher.
And I really don't think one should post it for free on a public forum, since someone worked hard to develop them.
Luckycat: The soft is entirely our own system, as far as the prediction methods are concerned(That is the main focus of the soft).
The wheeling systems are just a surplus. (wheeling systems do not predict anything, they are just an oranized way of playing numbers) wheeling systems can only deliver their guarantee if someone develops a system that can actually predict winning numbers within a group of numbers played.
Iliya Bluskov's wheels all give a certain guarantee in the least possible amount of combinations, I don't think we should try to reinvent something that already exists, and that cannot be improved. http://www3.telus.net/lotbook/
If you like to play another wheel you own and just want to use Lotto Synchronizer to predict the number sets, you are entirely free to do so.
