How bad is it?

The economy is so bad lottery players only spent $1.16 billion on Powerball tickets for just two drawings.  All that and only ONE TICKET won jackpot. Now the MAGA conspiracy theorists must find new stuff to whine about. The good news is one of their Fearless Leader's disciples finally won an election.

Fifty years ago race tracks knew every bet, recorded those bets before the race, showed the odds on each horse or dog, and showed the total bet on each horse seconds after the race started. But with over $2 billion up for grabs one twenty-first century high tech state lottery took hours probably using an abacus to tally the count. 

Saw where 3.5 million less tickets were bought for Monday than for Saturday's drawing. That still created a 90% chance of at least one winning ticket. People were hoping for multiple winners but that required five birthday numbers. Some here thought the problem was with the drawing process in Florida while others thought the glitch was in California because they posted there was a problem on their website. 

MUSL should explain the problem, their remedy and assure the players the drawings are not fixed. We'll probably never hear what actually happened but we will learn the identity of the jackpot winner and the store selling the ticket.

Not going to make any predictions on which party will control the House and Senate but it will not be veto proof with lots of grid lock. Several states have women's Rights issue on ballots too. 

Be very interesting here in Kentucky because of the "no exceptions" clause in issue 2..

Though I share that opinion Fox News is reporting that some conservatives turn on Trump for attacking Ron DeSantis ahead of midterms.

Won't say it's fact but heard half those jobs are lawyers for the delusional MAGA Kool-Aid drinkers facing criminal charges. 

Many of these jobs are at higher wages and maybe why our fast food places have less workers. Wonder how many people the PB winner will higher?

Trump's MAGA Kool-Aid drinkers crossed the line by attacking an 82 year old. And Trump's lawyer was on of the first to post misinformation about it.

They have video of Graham admitting he talked to the Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger the day after the 2020 election. Speech or debate clause.

Maybe Jones, Taylor-Greene or Boebert will share their conspiracy theories about the disappearance. If that doesn't work we'll call  Giorgio Tsoukalos.

During the Ohio Senate debate, Rep Tim Ryan said MAGA candidate Vance had said “Alex Jones was a reputable source of information.” and Vance quickly responded with “This is a complete fabrication.” The problem for Vance is his Tweet saying    "Alex Jones is a far more reputable source of information than Rachel Maddow." is still up. 

Probably doesn't matter to the Kool-Aid drinkers that Vance lied when he could have simply said something intelligent. Isn't J D Vance the same guy Trump confused with before the GOP primary Josh Mandel and at a rally in Ohio said Vance was kissing his orange butt?

Brooks injured over 60 and killed six people when he drove his SUV into and over people at the Waukesha, Wisconsin Christmas parade. Occasionally following the live feeds simply because the Judge allowed Brooks to represent himself after telling him "a man who represents himself, has a fool for a client". 

Wisconsin does not have the death penalty so it sure looks like with all the overwhelming evidence proving he drove the red Ford Escape, don't see why he is delaying the inevitable. The judge has bent over backward overlooking many of his legal mistakes probably hoping to avoid a mistrial. Many of the witnesses were family members of those killed and injured and it's amazing some his lack of any remorse cross examination questions haven't caused some of them to go after him.

According to Marjorie Taylor Greene, "freedom of speech should allow Jones to avoid the consequences of defaming those kids’ parents even as it inspired his followers to harass them and allegedly pee on the child victims’ graves". But two juries proved her wrong again.

Greene tweeted "No matter what you think of Alex Jones, all he did was speak words," ignoring the fact Jones' words had malicious intent. The Supreme Court defined Absents of Malice almost 60 years ago. Is asking demanding that our Congressional law makers understand the law being unreasonable?

Was a very slow news day when Jones decided to create a conspiracy theory about Sandy Hook. His listeners will probably send him a $1 million or a little more but I doubt his sponsors will stay. 

Let's hope spreading lies doesn't become the new normal in America and continue to hold the liars accountable.

Just replace "LSD" with "MAGA Kool-Aid" and it's easy to see why the election deniers went out of their minds and had their perspective and lives radically changed. 

"Don't drink MAGA Kool-Aid unless you are very well prepared, unless you are specifically prepared to go out of your mind. Don't take it unless you have someone that's very experienced like MTG with you to guide you through it. And don't take it unless you are ready to have your perspective on yourself and your life radically changed"   

Five Proud Boy members had their lives changes for at least the next four years.

The Orange Fool either forgot he filed his suit in the United States because in our civil courts the burden of proof is on the plaintiff or he is pitifully stupid. 

I'll vote for the latter.
