Nothing more says credibility than having hair dye dripping!

And it was dripping right down the side of Rudy's face. Today Rudy's son became another name on the long list of people contacting the virus while working in the WH.

Have the Trump legal team actually won any meaningful court ruling on their fraud claims or like Rudy will they be part of hilarious Saturday Night Live Sketches? Many of their "legal" claims come right out of Fox News interviews and instead of simply fact checking them and Sidney Powell even filed a court affidavit mistaking precincts vote counts in Minnesota with those in Michigan. One could say she is the "Paula White" version in Trump's legal team considering she is a hardcore QAnon supporter.

Eventually cities and state election boards will say enough is enough go after Trump's team in courts. And it's already mildly started in Detroit when a judge was asked to sanction the Trump campaign for spreading "disinformation".

Does "MAGA" really mean "make it great by turning American into a third world banana Republic dictatorship?

Evidence of Election Fraud finally found in Georgia!

But not exactly the type of evidence Donald, Eric, and Rudy were hoping to find. Apparently Republican Senator Lindsey Graham called Georgia's Sec of State and suggested throwing out mail in ballot votes for Joe Biden. Though he stopped short of calling it a "perfect phone conversation", Graham said he "actually thought it was a good conversation.” The Senate Judiciary Chairman had his spin ready before the call was made known.

I've talked about the "Fourth Wall", cult followings, the falsehoods, misrepresentations of fact, and down right lies, but anyone with an IQ over 50 should at least wonder why a U.S. Senator from South Carolina called to discuss ballot counting with the Georgia Sec of State. Especially the apparently ignorant people with no real evidence, no proof saying the election was stolen from Trump.

I doubt Joe Biden is planning on wasting his time as President looking into Trump and Republican Party possible illegalities, but the Democrat progressive wing will want to go after Trump and other Republicans with both barrels. It's bad enough when those fools in OUR Senate sit on their hands, do nothing and don't show examples of wearing masks and social distancing, but if it's true Graham suggested throwing out legal ballots, he should at the very least get the prison cell right next to Lori Loughlin.

The Fourth Wall

Is an imaginary wall used by actors to separate their story from the real World; the actors behind this "wall" are simply roll playing. Most actors stick to the script, but some do go off script and say some strange things. I'm pretty sure most readers understand where I'm going with this and it should be obvious to everyone. Maybe not exactly that obvious because the story here is about Covid-19; the election results is another story.

February 7, 2020: “when we get into April, in the warmer weather—that has a very negative effect on that, and that type of a virus.” The spring and summer have passed, and the pandemic is still raging.

February 27, 2020: “It’s going to disappear. One day, it’s like a miracle—it will disappear.” No comment necessary!

May, 2020: “Coronavirus numbers are looking MUCH better, going down almost everywhere,” and cases are “coming way down.” On May 31, 2020 there were 1,716,078 confirmed cases with 101,567 deaths attributed to virus.

June 17, 2020: The pandemic is “fading away. It’s going to fade away.” See the pattern, it wasn't fading away in the real World it was getting worse.

July 4, 2020: “99%” of COVID-19 cases are “totally harmless.” Ever had an operation where they put a breathing tube down your throat? They say a ventilator is 100 times worse.

July 6, 2020: “We now have the lowest Fatality (Mortality) Rate in the World.” Maybe in Trump's imaginary world! At that time the U.S. was somewhere in the middle, but now has 80,000 more virus death than the next highest country in the World.

And finally, this was made many times at campaign rallies: “rounding the corner” and “rounding the final turn” of the pandemic. This was said both before and after over 200,000 Americans died after contacting the virus.

There are virtually hundreds of other false and/or misleading virus claims made by Trump since February and are nothing more than stories concocted behind the fourth wall. Maybe to help his supporters feel better or "tougher" because they didn't wear masks at his rallies. I really hope none of his "story world" supporters catch the "real world" virus and risk death, but it might take that for some of them to finally see the difference between Trump's "story world" and real World reality.

"We have proof that I can't disclose yet"

And based on that "the results will be overturned". Rudy can prove he lost a few brain cells over the years and obviously just saying anything to please his boss. He  keeps saying it, but who has the power to "overturn the results"?

The certification process will show the same election results we see now and the Electoral College will vote Biden the winner. On January 20, Joe will take the oath an Trump's Presidency will be history. It's sad the cult followers can't accept the inevitable and hopefully they will do some research and find the difference between reality and their fantasies.

They could make better use of their time by finding where Jimmy Hoffa is buried or proving that Oswald didn't act alone. While their at it, get to the truth of "was it John Wilkes Booth that died in that barn or a giant cover-up"?

Is it passion, brain washing or just being very gullible and naïve?

Keep reading on Twitter, Facebook and blogs about the unsubstantiated voting fraud claims made by Trump at 2:00 AM on the day after the election and again on Friday. It's obvious the first Amendment gives people the right to say almost any silly thing they want, but in legal decisions we need proof and "preponderance of evidence" is the standard. I'm pretty sure the majority of Americans prefer their President stayed with fact and say nothing silly. So where is this proof of fraud we keep hearing about that several Federal Agencies say is non-existent including Trump's own homeland security agency that said this election was "the most secure in American history"?

Trump's mouthpiece on Fox News Tucker Carlson had to apologize to two Georgia voters after saying "a man named James Blalock and a woman named Linda Kesler had voted in Georgia last week, despite having died years earlier, promising his viewers: “We can prove it." Mrs. James Blalock did in fact vote but no record of her husband voting and Linda Kesler who is alive and well voted too. Apparently Tucker's fact checkers missed where the Jackson County Board of Elections said she did not cast a ballot in the 2020 election. "Linda Kesler of Nicholson was marked deceased in 2003 and did not vote." Another Lynda Kesler, who has a different address, birthday, and zip who is entitled to vote—did vote," the board of elections explained. I really feel sorry for all the people repeating the Tucker Carlsons type charges of voter fraud as fact. Besides those two votes could not change the outcome; why did the moron even mention them?

I see blogs on LP that repeat blatant lies, but if those people are so sure they have the facts correct, why do they lock their statements and/or block people that might correct them? Twitter and Facebook are different but misinformation isn't. My guess they are not really passionate or brainwashed, but just want wear a MAGA hat and be part of something; just like followers with no clue what they are following.

Back to the real problem.

And it Covid-19. Over 1 million cases in the last 10 days with 153,000 on Thursday and the death toll is 2000 every day. Why hasn't the President that said he was "scared of alarming"when he knew it would get worse, with all the "great doctors" he claims he listens to, come up with something, anything to stop the spread. Wonder how many more will die to Make America Great Again?

Wonder why Colonel Klink Bonespurs Pres. Trump never mentioned the five American soldiers killed the day after Veterans Day? Bet it was because he was too busy tweeting a critique of Fox weekend news.

Blocking the certification of Michigan election results

Apparently the Trump campaign believes (without proof) there were many "illegal votes" and saying the court should not allow certification until it could be verified that all votes were cast lawfully. It could be interesting as to how a court defines the verification process and who does the verifying, but the huge problem for the campaign team is that courts can't create laws.

But if the court could block Michigan from certifying election results, it could block any state including all the Red states for exactly the same reason. Without certification, the states electors can't vote on when the Electoral College meets by law on January 6, 2021. The Constitution's 12th Amendment clearly defines the process if and when none of the candidates get a 270 or more Electoral College majority. So if a court blocked the certification of the Texas election results or other large populated states, neither candidate could get an Electoral majority and per 12th Amendment, the House of Representatives decides the winner.

Currently, Biden has 146,000 move votes than Trump so the Trump campaign is saying and must prove at least 147,000 of the Biden votes are illegal, but none of the Trump votes are illegal. But that won't stop Trump's legal eagles from trying. Can't wait to hear the court ruling on this one.

Republican Senators demand Georgia GOP Sec. of State resign!

And with absolutely no evidence to back up their claims of voting irregularities. Apparently Loeffler and Perdue are upset because Republican Sec. of State Brad Raffensperger didn't break the law cheating to get them elected. It's almost like hearing a football coach after losing 48 - 10 whine about a "missed call" in the 4th Quarter except for the fact it looks like these two (Loeffler was appointed) United States Senators expected Raffensperger to break the law and change the legal outcome.

The thing that's really strange and getting scary are the people believing all the conspiracy theories on Twitter, Face Book, blogs, and most forms of social media. Some guy said he was an election official in Erie, PA and saw hundreds of Trump ballots in a trash can. It turned out not only wasn't the guy an election official he didn't live in Erie or even in Pennsylvania. Others are saying they are postal workers that watched election officials changing post marks. Never said why they were there how it was even possible.

The Republican City election commissioner in Philadelphia, Al Schmidt said on 60 minutes his office was getting death threats. People are creating lies because they know gullible people believe it and some will act. Spreading lies on social media is one thing, but threatening the lives of election officials can't be tolerated even among the die hard MAGA people.

The classy thing to do is to concede like every other runner-up in Presidential election did, but that ain't ganna happen.

What happened to Reagan's Republican Party?

On Tuesday the GOP made gains in the House and if they win just one of the two Senate seats in Georgia, they keep control of the Senate. If recounts show a significant change in the Presidential vote, people are going to demand in every House and Senate race. If these claims of fraud without any proof go on much longer, there is a good chance it will effect run-off elections and will the Trump supporters vote without him on the ticket?

Last Call!

And the last chance to make pre-election predictions or maybe make some sense out of very complex election. Just taking a small break from discussing lottery related stuff and looking for some thoughts on tomorrow's election outcome.

My local news channels are filled with ads for Senator and House Representative that are probably the worse name calling, misinformation, and down right lies I saw in years. Only saw a couple ads for the presidential nominees but they were pro and neither mentioned the other. But I live in a "red" state so national campaign money is spent elsewhere.

This "In the Arab world drawing a picture of Mohommed can incur a death sentence, criticizing our President seems to be viewed in the same vein- give me a #^&& break!" pretty much sums up many of the Trump supporters. Not saying they make "hit contracts" on someone for criticism, but just can't understand going the distance trying to defend many of the weird statements Trump made. For instance the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy listed "ending the Covid-19 pandemic" as a major accomplishment of the Trump administration while many states set records for the most covid-19 cases. Apparently the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing or don't care.

And read this "they must have had toilet paper, food, sundries, et al. in all the stores you were shopping in during February. Not where I live- a run on everything and much sold out." and while very true, it flies in the face of trying to justify "not telling the people how dangerous the virus is for fear of panic". Wonder if more people would wear masks and practice social distancing had we known in February. It looks to me as just more of the same damage control after saying something stupid.

I see one major flaw in both candidates and the that is age. Trump was the oldest person ever elected President in 2016 and he is now four years older. But Biden is four years older than Trump and doesn't even qualify as a post war baby boomer. Bet Dr. Rick's unbecoming your parents book will fly off the shelves.

All thoughts are welcome including those who have me blocked from their blogs.

A place to find trends in random pick-3 and pick-4 drawings

Lots of discussions about finding trends and I may have stumbled on to something checking my "good for all states" predictions. Go to "results" and click on "advanced tools and options". From there "inspect all pick-3 results" and get up to 76 results. Any trend is overall and not state specific, but gives a consensus of general random drawings. An option might be comparing you game's statistics to "all results" statistics. There are deflate options and the same for all pick-4 results.

Always was a fan of spot plays and this might be another method to create some using sums, pairs, key numbers, etc.

Entry #4

Good for a month in all pick-3 jurisdictions?

Doing an experiment with 20 three digit combos to see if there is at least one straight or box hit in every pick-3 jurisdiction. Won’t call it a system because I’m using all 10 digits in each digit position twice.

8 3 0

1 6 3

4 9 6

7 2 9

0 5 2

3 8 5

6 1 8

9 4 1

2 7 4

5 0 7

8 4 7

5 1 4

2 8 1

9 5 8

6 2 5

3 9 2

0 6 9

7 3 6

4 0 3

1 7 0

There are no doubles but each drawing has a 72% chance of producing either a straight or box hit. Don’t expect to show an overall profit; just hoping to get a hit in every state and provincial jurisdiction in the month of October. I'll try to check the results every couple of days.

Game odds and annuities

Currently both huge jackpot games, PB and MM start their annuities (30 pre-tax payments over 29 years) at $20 million. Some players are complaining because both games reduced the start-up from $40 million because of lower ticket sales when sales are about the same. The MUSL probably wanted to lower both the starting jackpot amounts and the minimum increase for a couple of years and used the pandemic as a reason most players could understand.

Some players believe ticket sales began dropping because winning jackpot drawings were few and far between and most were won by a single ticket. Others say it’s because of the $2 ticket and the around 300 million to 1 chance of winning a jackpot. And because of the odds, it takes $150 million in sales to get a 25% chance of a jackpot being won. One ticket out of each 11 million tickets sold in each state should match 5 numbers, but most states don’t have enough in sales to expect a 4 + 1 winning ticket.

Because of the odds, I won’t even play until I believe there is a reasonable chance the jackpot will be won and will spend the extra buck to get PowerPlay.

Not very many financial advisers suggest getting the annuity or even purchasing one with cash winnings. And probably why most jackpot winners take the cash. It’s now “$2 for a dream” and hopefully players understand a $100 million advertised jackpot translates into about $30 million in cash after the tax smoke clears.

System or Strategy

Saw where someone suggested people predicting be required to show the system they are using for their predictions. My first thoughts were they don’t understand predictions, the difference between a system and playing strategy, or both.

Many of the daily number games predictors use the same group of combos in every jurisdiction. Don’t see any reason to know how they arrived at those combos when some groups never change for months. Doesn’t qualify as a playing strategy when only a handful of numbers game players show a profit; 11 in the last 30 days and 10 lifetime.

The obvious difference between predicting in the forums and on the prediction board is the latter records the results. And some people just don't want anyone to see their predicting results.

IMO, a system is how you decided which number(s) to play and a strategy is how you play them. Many systems are simple digit and/or number generators some using past drawings for seeds. Using plus 1, minus 1, and same means the digits 1, 2, and 3 will always follow the digit 2. Saw one system adding plus and minus 2 and then doing the same with the vtrac digit. They finally figured out why they had 100% matches when the realized they were using all ten digits and creating all 1000 pick-3 combos.

Even using five digits in each digit position only gives a 12.5% chance of hitting and at $1 a ticket, a player is wagering $125 to win $375 on game paying $500 to $1.

Wheels are examples of playing strategies and some 2 if 5 wheels use all the numbers. The $2 a ticket PB and MM games can make playing those strategies very expensive. Some states offer “one off” number games that give 27 pick-3 plays and 81 pick-4 plays for a buck. The top prize is whatever the 50 cent straight prize pays and the other prizes use the same percentage base on the number of plays.

Just my 2 cents and see this for a better explanation.
