After losing an election and after the Inauguration, could the former president be reinstated?

According to Article II, Second 1 of the United States Constitution any one term President is illegible for a second term, but there has to be an election followed by a joint session of Congress certifying the Electoral College results. Another option for a one-termer is being elected Vice-President and becoming President after the removal, resignation, or death of the sitting President. Though a real long shot another way is in the succession process as Speaker of the House, President pro tempore of the Senate or a Cabinet secretaries.

While Presidents are allowed two terms, the terms don't have to be consecutive so Jimmy Carter is eligible to be elected President at age 100 in 2024.

Saw many opinions saying the former president cannot be reinstated, but strangely enough can't find one article or opinion explaining how that could be possible in the middle of another president's term. If I recall correctly Civics and Government classes are taught to in middle school though some high schools offer advanced courses. If someone can explain how reinstatement is possible especially by August, we'd all like to hear it.

Pros and Cons or is someone wearing a Tin Foil Hat?

There is a lottery news article about Ohio and Kentucky Lotteries giving incentives to get a Covid-19 vaccination. Read some pros and cons on the two shot regiment Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, but very little about the one shot Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Some of the cons are "a poison with a microchip in it and is used to depopulate us for the new world order agenda according to the guidestone in Georgia."

"A lot of people have died and gotten injured from it."

"Microsoft founder Bill Gates is such a devil worshipping n pedophile monster who thinks the world is overpopulated wants to help us with his satanic patented injections !"

From the bottom up, can't find any proof or evidence of Bill Gates worshipping a devil or being a pedophile. Agree with the middle statement, but 1000 deaths out of 100 million vaccinated isn't exactly what I'd call "a lot" considering there are almost 600,000 total deaths. Not lessening the 1000 deaths but the vaccine was created to prevent millions of deaths.

The "modern ten commandments" on the Georgia guide stone are interesting and backs up Gates if really thinks the World is overpopulated.

Another question was ""Why are they pushing so hard for a vaccine doesn't prevent you from getting or giving covid-19?", but shouldn't we ask for scientific proof that the vaccine "doesn't prevent" or should we just believe the words of unknown social media posters?

Many of us got a smallpox vaccination that infected us with the mild cowpox virus to build an immunity against the deadly smallpox. And the covid-19 vaccines are designed so our immune systems create antibodies needed to protect us from getting infected or at worse a relatively mild version. Smallpox was one of most deadly diseases known to man and the only human disease to have been eradicated by vaccination.

Getting vaccinated should be personal decisions regardless what the no-name self-proclaimed Internet "experts" say.

All-or-Nothing games

Been predicting the Texas version for a couple years and because mine are alphabetically near the bottom I see most of the payoffs. See lots of $2 payoffs, some $10 winners, occasional $50 payoffs, and every once in awhile see $500 payoffs. Players get a 9% chance of matching either 4 or 8 of the 12 numbers, but the $2 payoffs are "break even" because the ticket price is $2.

Usually predict 10 combos and another 10 using the opposite numbers. I'm wondering if anyone actually playing All-or-Nothing games are getting back more than the 45% probability?

Another Facebook friend bites the dust.

To be more correct, the ban on their FaceBook account was extended another six months. Some will say muzzling opinions on social media is an assault on free speech and it would be except for that pesky TOS agreements we "sign" when making an account.

Doubt any of these social media giants will prevent overall misinformation or disinformation, but we probably won't be reading it on their sites. Hopefully will get a xix months break from political misinformation, but I doubt it.

One year ago today...

........... that Trump purposed as a possible Covid-19 cure to William Bryan, undersecretary for science and technology at the Department of Homeland Security:

"A question that probably some of you are thinking of if you’re totally into that world, which I find to be very interesting. So, supposedly we hit the body with a tremendous, whether it’s ultraviolet or just very powerful light, and I think you said that hasn’t been checked, but you’re going to test it. And then I said supposing you brought the light inside the body, which you can do either through the skin or in some other way. And I think you said you’re going to test that, too. Sounds interesting, right?"

And if that didn't work Trump suggested:

"And then I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in one minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning, because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs, so it’d be interesting to check that, so that you’re going to have to use medical doctors with, but it sounds interesting to me. So, we’ll see, but the whole concept of the light, the way it kills it in one minute. That’s pretty powerful."

Don't know about swallowing a very powerful or ultraviolet light, but I doubt many of the people that actually ingested disinfectant were still alive in November to vote for him.

Systems, playing strategies or primative RNGs?

Have a lap top that I haven't turned on in years and decided to see if it still functions. The battery was dead but fired right up when I plugged it into an outlet. It has a DOS based lottery program with data from every US lottery game. The owner of the site retired in 2012 so the data is no longer updated though I can still update which ever games I choose.

I used it when I lived in Ohio and played Rolling Cash Five, but Kentucky doesn't have a 5/39 game. Had a nice run by using the data to place the 39 numbers into an order playing the numbers in the lines that were consistently being drawn. Got about a 130% profit but not all that great considering the minimum jackpot is $100,000 and the strategy required playing a different set of numbers every drawing. Another problem was I played 14 number in a 3 if 4 wheel and even if I matched all five numbers, there was no guarantee of winning a jackpot.

However there are several pick-3 and pick-4 diagnostic and analytical tools along with several playing strategies so I'll probably take another look at those.
Need some input and ideas from LP members on what they feel are better ways to use historical data and create better playing strategies.

Help is Here!!

And the billboards naming the Republican Senators from each state voting against the stimulus are here too. This site list many other states where one or both of their Senators voted against the bill. Here is the number of Republican House Reps voting for the bill.

Wonder how many of the voters still supporting their Republican Senators and House Rep voting against it, refused to cash their check and/or spend the money?

Here's a clue.

Burn the witches at the stake!

Just when we thought the Salem witch trials were over, Republican Chairman Ron Weiser not only calls three top elected Michigan officials witches but said "they are ready for the burning at the stake". Apparently the Michigan MAGA chapter is classless as Matt Gaetz.

It looks like Trump followers being drugged by drinking the "MAGA Kool-Aid", storming the Capital Building and chanting "hang Mike Pence" was just the beginning. Now some of the Jan 6 mob are jumping ship just like Sidney Powell did.

But hey, if all this stuff distracts from the calls for more gun control, thinning the MAGA herd is a "win-win".

These Blog Entries ...

............. are hopefully base on fact and not the usual "copy and paste blog" entries from non-LP members. If I post something that factually incorrect, ANYONE can comment unlike many of the "copy and paste blogs". I guess when someone posts something that even they don't understand, it's logical they take it personal and don't want others correcting some of the nonsense they post.

One of my favorites is the blogger that honestly states that his entries are the "weird, wild, wacky and world news of the day". Not exactly a disclaimer, but his entries are from opinions from all over the political spectrum. The opposite was someone saying they blocked me from posting on their blog even though I never even knew they had a blog to comment on it. Bet they graduated at the top of their Trump University's "how to be a true narcissist" class!

My entries are totally open, but don't take it personal if you post something really stupid or way off topic and someone or myself explains the real facts.

Trump still doesn't understand the vote counting process.

And he was still complaining while toasting newlyweds at a Mar-a-Lago wedding reception

"The former president then makes comments about how many votes he got in the 2020 presidential election and questions how Biden was able to come from behind on election night and win."

He could be told 100 more times the early votes were counted AFTER the votes cast on election day were counted and it still won't sink in. And he is still forgetting he told his supporters not to vote early or by mail.

Trump said "I've been watching the news" but apparently missed where his lawyer Sidney Powell said, "reasonable people wouldn't have believed as fact her assertions of fraud after the 2020 presidential election." And understandable considering even some of his supporter think Trump is not a reasonable person.

There was nothing reasonable when the magician-in-chief said Covid-19 would magically disappear or when Trump was the comedian-in-chief by suggesting people inject disinfectant. His denial of the pandemic didn't change the fact there is one and making it necessary to change when we vote.
