The childish name calling in the forums is back.

But according to the rules:

No personal attacks.Criticize ideas, not people.  Flaming will not be tolerated.  This includes any material which is vulgar, defamatory, inaccurate, harassing, hateful, threatening, invading of others' privacy, sexually-oriented, or violates any laws.

Don't know if that rule applies to blog entries and comments though noticed an blog entry was censored for mentioning a harmless synonym for an adult beverage.

I don't make the rules nor am I complaining about how the rules are applied. Just saying if childish name calling is fine in Lottery Post Forums, the rules should be amended to reflect that.

A year after

the Biden election was certified by Congress and after a year of not only seeing courts dismiss almost every election fraud claim and many of the lawyers having their license suspended, some of Trump's Kool-Aid drinkers are still pretending they have "proof of widespread election fraud". Spreading false and misleading election information must be their hobby and while as useless as it is, some gullible people will believe it.

Political false and misleading statements under the 1st Amendment umbrella is one thing, but potentially endangering the lives of gullible people is border line criminal. Still haven't read a logical reason for spreading vaccine misinformation or why it's necessary to tell people they won't be getting vaccinated. I heard people argue that Trump never said "Look, the results of the vaccine are very good, and if you do get (Covid), it's a very minor form. People aren't dying when they take the vaccine" probably because their uneducated minds can't distinguish the difference of him being in favor of getting vaccinated and and against mandates.

The last time I looked over 832 million Americans died from the virus so why anyone wants to chance that someone will take their bad vaccine advice is beyond logic. One of the resident anti-vaxxers only posted one day in the last three weeks and mentioned something about the reason being "day to day". I sure hope the reason isn't Covid.

Carded for purchasing Power Ball tickets.

And not just carded; the clerk wanted to scan my "proof of age". I looked them right in their eyes and asked "do you really believe I'm not at least 18?". They said it was the "store policy" to check everyone so I said "no thanks" and went to another store without even asking why they wanted to scan my drivers licence to buy lottery tickets at the counter when I could get the same tickets at one of their two kiosk machines.

Not worth arguing or questioning why because there are many other stores and most have a Kiosk machine. Heard clerks asking for ID for purchasing beer or cigarettes, but first time for wanting to scan my ID.

Anti-vaxers try to exploit fears, mislead people

Lots of people are asking why because other than pretending they are knowledgeable or experts the is no legitimate reason to mislead people. Why would someone post "Meanwhile, 20,000+ have died after getting the shot" with zero proof of how many died because they were vaccinated?

Is it being clever, a five minutes of fame thing, or are these people really hoping someone reading their garbage won't get vaccinated?

Might never read what really happened, but when anti-vaxxers ask for prayers and then abruptly stop posting, being hospitalized with the corona virus is a logical reason.

According to Trump, “The ones who get very sick and go to the hospital are the ones that don’t take the vaccine. But it’s still their choice. And if you take the vaccine, you’re protected,” and  “Look, the results of the vaccine are very good, and if you do get it, it’s a very minor form [of the disease].”

So why are the anti-vaxxers turning on Trump?

Going from one extreme to another.

A kindergarten through 2nd grade elementary school decided to remove "Jingle Bells" from its curriculum because of concerns about the song's potential to be "controversial or offensive." A Karen on the Council Rock Primary School read an article about Jungle Bells being part of the Christy Minstrel repertoire. Must be a group of first class industrial strength Karens to conclude because white men in black face sang Jingle Bells in the middle of the 19th century, the classical Christmas song must be about slavery.

Bet they cut Stephen Foster's name and bio out of their encyclopedias too.

Trump is saying how dangerous the coronavirus is; why are supporters giving false infromtion?

Trump Has This Message For Vaccine-Hesitant Americans.

It's one thing to ignore the danger and not get vaccinated, but we have lots of weirdos trying to convince others not to get vaccinated by showing false and misleading information. It's a fact people have died from the corona virus after being vaccinated and a few actually died because an adverse reaction to the vaccine. But the one fact that stands out the most is the 800,000 Americans that died from it.

However it's your body and your choice.

She's back!

And still pitifully stupid. Sarah Palin said she will never be forced to get a COVID-19 vaccine. “It’ll be over my dead body that I’ll have to get a shot,"

It's possible some countries require proof of vaccination of visitors, but going there is still a choice and nothing she can personally do to change another country's laws. Just another example of a logical fallacy where someone lies (have to get a shot) and pretends they are being "forced" to do something against their will.

Should we be worried?

Russia threatens war unless US abandons eastern NATO allies. A Russian document demands not only that "NATO promise never to admit Ukraine to the alliance, but it also goes so far as to demand the removal of U.S. and Western European forces from Central and Eastern Europe".

They're not threatening war with us at least not in the near future, but things are getting nasty along the Russia - Ukraine border. It could become a huge problem because several NATO members have treaties with Ukraine. If Russia hits a NATO member, it's going to hit the fan.

With over 800,000 recorded Covid-19 related deaths

Why are people showing deceptive videos pretending people died from getting vaccinated? Is it a "for five minutes of fame" thing? Or are those people oblivious to fact very few people had life threatening problems after getting vaccinated?

From the CDC:

"Anaphylaxis after COVID-19 vaccination is rareand has occurred in approximately 2 to 5 people per one million vaccinated in the United States Anaphylaxis, a severe type of allergic reaction, can occur after any kind of vaccination."

"Thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome (TTS) after Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen (J&J/Janssen) COVID-19 Vaccination is rare.TTS is a serious, but rare, adverse event that causes blood clots in women with low platelets. As of December 8, 2021, more than 16.9 million doses of the J&J/Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine have been given in the United States. CDC and FDA identified 57 confirmed reports of people who got the J&J/Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine and later developed TTS. VAERS reports have identified nine deaths that have been caused by or were directly attributed to TTS following J&J/Janssen COVID-19 Vaccination."

"Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) in people who have received the J&J/Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine is rare. GBS is a rare disorder where the body’s immune system damages nerve cells, causing muscle weakness and sometimes paralysis."

"Myocarditis and pericarditis after COVID-19 vaccination are rare.Myocarditis is inflammation of the heart muscle, and pericarditis is inflammation of the outer lining of the heart.  "

"Reports of death after COVID-19 vaccination are rare. FDA requires healthcare providers to report any death after COVID-19 vaccination to VAERS, even if it’s unclear whether the vaccine was the cause."

IMO, it's really simple, if you don't believe the CDC or the data DON'T GET VACCINATED. But just like with the election fraud claims they made for a year with zero proof, some people can't stop proving they are incredibly and pitifully stupid.

If it's true the Democrats that hate Israel

why is a Republican Senator blocking a bill to replenish Israel's iron dome?

The MAGA people still can't believe Trump lost the election because he probably lied more than all the other 45 Presidents combined and believe there still are a few Kool-Aid drinkers left that will believe the latest MAGA liar. Just to show how pitifully stupid it is to lie and "caution Democrats on their hatred for Israel", Ten Democrat Senators are Jewish with no Republicans and in the House there is TWO Republican Jewish member and 25 Democrats are Jewish.

If people will lie about something so obviously not true, why should anyone believe anything they say?

I'm totally shocked!!

Not exactly shocked that one of Trump's Federal judge appointments said Trump is "wrong on the law" and rules Congress can obtain his tax returns, but one would think Trump could win every once in awhile. Has Donald ever won a court case since his election defeat?

More proof of massive wide-spread voter fraud!!

Well that's what the MAGA people call massive wide-spread voter fraud when three people vote several times each.

Yep, three people in a Florida retirement community decided they could tilt the 2020 Presidential election in favor of their fearless leader even though it would be a shock if Trump had lost Florida. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis decided look for any election fraud in his state. And just like with the infamous Cyber Ninja audit in Arizona, the results proved the opposite.

Be careful what you wish for, MAGA people.

Obstruction of an official proceeding

A federal judge has refused to throw out that key charge and those defendants could face up to 20 years in prison. Not talking about the people beating the Capital police with their flag poles, but probably a couple of goof balls thinking it was a "fun thing" to do. Wonder how many of them are saying:

"I'm just a patsy" quoting Lee Harvey Oswald, November 22, 1963?
