No Reasonable Person Would Conclude That [Her] Statements Were Truly Statements of Fact

And today the "Kraken lawyer" Sidney Powell plead guilty over efforts to overturn Trump’s loss in Georgia. That's two down and sixteen more to go excluding their leader. Powell admitted to plotting to unlawfully access secure election machines in rural Coffee County in southeastern Georgia in January 2021. The plea agreement calls for her to be sentenced to six years of probation.

Misty Hampton who allowed Powell's crew to illegally examine Coffee County voter information will probably cop a plea to avoid prison time as will the former head of the Republican Party in Coffee County and fake elector Cathay Latham.

Doubt Scott Graham Hall will get a plea deal that doesn't involve some prison time but there might be a deal for much less prison time. The dominoes are starting to fall.

Wonder if any of those Mar-A-Lago classified documents...

........had Israeli defense information?

Israel was caught more off guard than we were on 911. Not sure Rand Paul blocking funding for the Iron Dome defense system contributed to more loss of life, but who knows.

And don't forget Tuberville blocking military leadership appointments though he did tweet his office will assist any Alabamian need help getting out of Israel. Didn't say that he would assist Americans from the other 49 states or non-MAGA Republicans.

And people actually believe those three are making America great.

They must get their news from Alex Jones' Info Wars

Starting to feel sorry for the poorly educated MAGA Kool-Aid drinkers that get their news from the same guy that spread lies about the Sandy Hook tragedy. Maybe they're giving Alex Jones a pass after his brain was scrambled the other day.

Even though Rep. Troy Nehls of Texas says he will nominate Trump, the Republicans rules probably already bar Trump from being Speaker of the House.

FYI, there is a reason they call it "the weird, wild, wacky and world news of the day".

It's all covered by Free Speech

That's the claim Trump's lawyers are making on his derogatory comments about judges, witnesses, and prosecutors, but what about the lawsuit they filed against Christopher Steele?

It opens a new door for the MAGA Kool-Aid drinkers; instead of claiming Sovereign Citizenship when caught breaking the law, they can now say they are a Presidential candidate.

Wannabe dictator, or my!

Or is it simply Trump's on going phallically? Many of his supporters obviously are.

For on instance Truth Lying Social, Trump claimed to have more cash on hand than Biden despite the Democratic campaign reporting a record-breaking $72 million in second-quarter donations. But that's just one of Trump's normal exaggerations.

However a draft dodger suggesting that the Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff be executed isn't exaggeration boasting or making America great, but a threat. Is Trump trying to convince another dangerous sociopath ike Sirhan Sirhan or a John Hinckley to try to whack him?

Workers should be fired for going on strike.

According to Republican presidential candidate Sen. Tim Scott.

This guy is a United State Senator and never heard of the National Labor Relations Act especially section 7. A complaint was filed against Scott and his campaign for interfering with workers’ rights to engage in union activity under federal law.

Are there any Republican that actually understand federal, state, county, city and/or local laws?

Can a man become a woman?

In an interview of ex-president Trump, Megyn Kelly asked him that question and of course he stumbled bigly trying to answer that obvious "gotha". He's had a rough week and it will only get worse when his Meet the Press interview airs on Sunday. Read where in the interview Trump makes some very incriminating statements about having classified documents at Mar-A-Lago.

World War II or Civil War?

Mike Huckabee warned us "future elections will be decided by ballots rather than bullets if Trump loses over legal cases" and Trump gave a stark warning that “cognitively impaired” President Joe Biden could lead the country into “World War Two” if he wins re-election. In the same speech Trump also said he was beating Obama "by a lot" in the 2024 polls and suggested he beat Obama in the 2016 election. Sure looks like that MAGA Kool-Aid is not only effecting messiah Trump but his top lieutenants too.

Follow-up on Huck's civil war.

One of Huckabee's disciples, former Rowan Kentucky County Clerk Kim Davis must pay $100,000 to a gay couple she denied a marriage license, a federal jury decided. Mike Huckabee was seen in photo holding up arm in victory like a WWE referee the day before she went to jail for violating her oath of office.

How old is too old?

It looks like we'll have a 79 year old running against an 81 year old for President next year and they are much younger than some of the Senators and House Reps. The average age for Senators is 64 led by 90-year old Grassley and Feinstein though Feinstein is not seeking reelection in 2024 and Grassley was reelected in 2022 to his seventh six year term. The only term limits are the two terms the 22nd Amendment allows for the president.

The House has currently has 15 octogenarians.  Mitt Romney, at the "young" age of 76 announce today he is not seeking reelection. Maybe he might get the retire before 80 ball rolling.

And it's not only Huckabee!

Remember the former Governor of Alaska, the "I can see Russia from my house" chick that quit before her term was over? She still thinks people give her credibility and wants to lead them into a civil war.

Sarah Palin Calls For Trump Supporters To 'Rise Up' Over Arrest, Alludes To 'Civil War'.

“Those who are conducting this travesty and creating this two-tier system of justice, I want to ask them what the heck, do you want us to be in civil war? Because that's what's going to happen,” Palin told Newsmax on Thursday night. “We're not going to keep putting up with this.”

Speaking of poorly educated, someone should educate Sarah Palin on the fact over 60 of the "voter fraud" cases brought before judges were determined without any merit and dismissed. And about 30 less than Trump's 90 plus criminal charges. And Sarah, don't forget the Jan 6 "hang Mike Pence" attempt at starting a civil war. Why aren't you advocating starting a civil war because more than 1100 people were charged with federal crimes?

Palin and Huckabee want civil war because Trump was just charged; what about Enrique Tarrio who was charged, convicted, and sentenced to 22 years in prison?
