Print more ticket than the jackpot hit rate?
If 4 jackpots are release in an instant game, do they print more than the rate of hitting those jackpots? 1 in 3 million is the rate to hit a jackpot and 12 million tickets printed for 4 jackpots. Will they print 14 million tickets which in this circumstances the extra 2 million tickets will not contain a 5th? How will the tickets be printed I relation to a specific game?

In CA Lottery they do post the number of jackpots claimed in addition to the number of jackpots remaining. I see that on some other lottery sites like NY that only the remaining jackpots is posted. I think is good to show both, full disclosure. It shows you how far along the jackpots are. An example here is one particular scratcher game has a total of 25 $2,000,000 jackpots available. 1 has been claimed, leaving 24 left out there.
