In Pick 3 for Singles there are 8 numbers in one set of sum after filtering out and keeping the numbers to be within 2 high 1 low (HHL), and 1 high 2 low (HLL), and within these two sets of high and lows there are 2 even 1 odd (EEO), and 1 even 2 odds (EOO). 80% of the results from All States falls into it.
