Delaware Advertises Anonymous Winners Policy
I have heard several radio ads and seen a billboard for the Delaware Lottery advertising how if you win, we won't tell anyone . This is the first time I've seen this approach to marketing the lottery. It does make me wonder if they are missing the point that offering small prizes with lousy odds using a questionable drawing method sends players across the border.

Glad I'm not in Delaware! That really is the luck of the Draw!!!! I read another post where a woman had said her husband has been playing 3333 since delaware started and still hasn't hit! And your pick 4 is what 10-15 yrs old? Do you people in delaware play other states?

New Delaware Promotion
Delaware still has to sell close to 35K tickets for its raffle that it started back on October 30th (100K tickets overall). I just got an email that says now you will get a free Powerball quickpick with a raffle ticket. Take it for what it's worth.

Delaware Raffle
The tickets seem to be very slow to sell. A lot of people here still have no clue what it is. And some retailers still don't know how to sell them on their computers. Seems like once again people have lost interest in the Delaware Lottery as a whole. There is, however, no shortage of Powerball tickets being sold.
