The numbers I post on the prediction page for MS will be profitable monthly but since the lottery steals half of the prize money it limits the profit:( Once online lottery play becomes legal with normal payputs then my strategy will create a huge profit:)

The announcement of wrong numbers is not a legal issue and was a short lived error in the ordinary course of business. The tickets are bearer instruments. The lottery had no real obligation here. I bet they would not have volunteered to pay if a jp was won.

While anyone has a right to file a legal action, he does not ever seem to follow through and participate in the process. You have to give notice to the person you are suing so his libel case was dismissed. With the builders case, he refused to turn over alleged documents and witness lists which are part of the pretrial discovery process. So case dismissed. This is all too bizarre and ridiculous. The DC lottery contractor was sloppy but that is not gross negligence.
