Minnesota is the latest state to end participation the multi-state game

The Minnesota Lottery revealed that it will no longer offer the Lucky for Life multi-state draw game after the drawing on Jun. 28, 2021.
The Lottery also announced that advance draw purchases will be limited in Minnesota starting this Thurs., May 13.

Multi-state Lucky for Life lottery game starting daily drawings in July

This morning, the state lotteries participating in the multi-state Lucky for Life lottery game announced that players will get daily opportunities to win $1,000 a day for life starting this summer.
The game, which currently holds drawings twice a week on Monday and Thursday evenings, will move to a daily format starting Jul. 19, 2021.

Nebraska Lottery warns players about misprinted Lucky for Life tickets
Lucky for Life players are encouraged to check lottery tickets printed on or before Thursday after about 125 multi-draw tickets were misprinted with incorrect end-of-game dates, Nebraska Lottery officials said in a release Friday.
Multi-draw tickets allow players to purchase up to 12 weeks of drawings in advance, and those tickets contain the start and end dates of drawings, the release said.
An incorrect end date can cause players to mistakenly believe their ticket has lost.

Ever since he won $500 in the lottery 20 years ago, one 65-year-old New Castle, Delaware, man has been playing the same numbers over and over, hoping they'd pay off again.

A judge has barred the ex-girlfriend of a Charlotte area woman from cashing in on the woman's big lottery ticket win.
Jasmine Watkins said in a lawsuit that she won $25,000 a year for life with a Lucky for Life ticket she bought in May. North Carolina grandfather gives lottery winnings to granddaughter
A North Carolina woman will be 'lucky for life' and be able to pay for college, thanks to her grandfather.
Peter Beckage won the N.C. Lottery game, Lucky for Life, after buying the ticket on April 14, lottery officials said.
The 85-year-old recently moved in with his daughter to be close to family and often plays the game. He bought the ticket after a Palm Sunday pancakes breakfast with his 22-year-old granddaughter, Kelly Thomas.

Man rescues lotto ticket from garbage, wins $25,000 a year for life
A Michigan man will be making $25,000 a year for life after rescuing his lotto ticket from the garbage.
Jeff Heinig rescued his Lucky for Life ticket from the trash after he initially tossed it thinking it was worthless.
Heinig, who is from the town of Harrison, purchased the ticket last Wednesday.

Eighty-five-year-old Bob Hissom bought a winning lottery ticket Jan. 1 of last year and just cashed it in this week right before it expired.
