A black sheep member of a prominent Marinette County, Wisconsin, family has opted for a plea deal on several felonies he piled up in the wake of winning a $31.4 million Powerball jackpot.

$1M winning lottery ticket sold in Wisconsin goes unclaimed
The Powerball ticket could be at the bottom of a garbage can. Or wedged into a glove compartment. Perhaps it went through the laundry, never to be seen again.

Wyoming Lottery looks at offering statewide raffle
While seeking permission last week to add a fourth game for Wyoming lottery players this year, WyoLotto officials were also looking at offering a statewide raffle.
Right now we're doing research and focus groups on raffles to get an idea of what people think of them, WyoLotto CEO Jon Clontz said.
Clontz said raffles could be held once or twice a year, beginning in 2017. The Wyoming Lottery Corp. board of directors would have to approve adding the raffle.

A former high school teacher won Wisconsin's biggest Megabucks jackpot ever, thanks to a quick trip to pick up a gallon of milk.
