Handshakes still haven't gone out of style after one Wisconsin man honored a deal he made with his close friend 28 years ago.
When Thomas Cook won a $22 million Powerball jackpot from the June 10 drawing, he called up his buddy Joseph Feeney to let him know of the news and that he would be upholding his end of their bargain struck three decades earlier.

Wisconsin Lottery fans now have more opportunities to win big, with three of its games now drawing twice per day.

Former convenience store clerk gets a total of three years' probation for theft and fraud

Jessica N. Surratt, 32, of Eau Claire, Wisconsin was sentenced on Tuesday to two years of probation after pleading guilty to fraud for cashing a winning ticket worth $25,000.

In an age when more people are making purchases with plastic cards and digital devices, some Wisconsin lawmakers say it's time for lottery players to be able buy tickets via debit payment instead of strictly with cash.

One lucky Wisconsin resident claimed a $5.9 million Megabucks jackpot Friday, the Wisconsin Lottery has announced.

Wisconsin bill allowing anonymity for lottery winners heading to committee
A bill that would allow lottery winners to remain anonymous in Wisconsin will go before a State Assembly committee next week.

The biggest Megabucks jackpot won since 2015 nears expiration
The clock is ticking for a Wisconsin lottery winner to claim a $5.9 million lottery jackpot.
Wisconsin Lottery officials said Monday the winning Megabucks ticket was sold Jan. 16 at the Kwik Trip on South Taylor Drive in Sheboygan.
The prize must be claimed by July 15 the end of the 180-day window for a winner to claim a lottery prize.
