OK, now it is certain, the Fortune 55 game is completely infested with tiny Win-All prizes. I found 2 more puny $10 Win-All today. They have totally ruined the Win-All symbol with this game.

$10, 0, $15, 0 - (Win-All $10)

0, Tkt, $10 - (Win-All $10)

0, 0

Also got a few scattered $2 scratchers that all lost, so further into the loss column. If only the Win-Alls had been anything but $10...anything...gosh darn those things!

Did something I almost never do, but tried to chase a win on the $3 10X The Money scratch off.

    Bought ticket numbers 021-034:  0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, ticket, 0, 0, 0, $4

Hands down the worst game i've played in a long time. For a $3 game and 1 in 3 something odds to win SOMETHING I was kinda mad that I went through a string of 9 losers but hey, thats how they go sometime.  Still....something about 10x the money isn't right.   I've bought maybe 25 tickets of these including todays and only got a total of two winners: a free ticket and $4.

I am officially done with that game.

I'm laying low for a while on scratchers and when I come back i'm setting a limit of $20 a week. I will use the extra gambling money I save and hit up the casino instead where theres better odds.

Any suggestions of how I play the $20?

I have to agree, the winall symbol should be reserved for real hits.  Theres nothing worse than playing a scratch-off, getting all excited when you see that win-all symbol and realize its barely anything.

As far as $2 scratchers go....i've been been having good luck with the Cherry Twists and the $2 lucky for lifes.  I hit 10 and 20 mulitple times in both games while only buying 2 or 3 at a time.

I don't play a lot of $2 or $3 games, mainly just a few here or there when a new one comes out.

I got the opposite problem as you: I'm 0 for 8 so far on the Cherry Twist, but not bad on $3 10X the Money in random buys:

        Ticket NoWin
        024$0
        012$3
        023$0
        024$0
        021$0
        022$0
        038$20
        063$0
        021$0
        022$0
        093$10
        055$0
        056$0
        057$3

I had a nightmare situation occur to me yesterday while purchasing tickets.  I don't like the first or last tickets in the roll, and I happend to end up with the last on F55 (0) AND the first ticket with 1M Fortune. (0)

I had the option to take the last ticket on the 1M Fortune, but since there was a fresh roll underneath it, I asked the clerk for the first ticket on the new roll.  Who knows what I walked away from, as I know there are people on this forum who like the first/last of each roll :)  In hindsight, if I had the cash, I would have bought that ticket too.

Also purchased two $3 10x Money (#21, #22), ended up with a $4 hit on one.  So ended the day $-17.

Oh well - more tickets for Replay!

              bought 4 more fortune 55 and a bunch of other $3 $2 and $1 ...

the fortune 55 were from a machine so i didn't know the numbers ... they were 04-07 ... not my favorite numbers at all ...

i reluctantly scratched them and was pleasantly surprised

              04 - $0

              05 - $15

              06 - $0

              07 - $15

better to make $10 than to have lost $20 as I have been doing recently ...

spent another $80 on the 3,2,1 dollar tickets and return was $27 ... ugh !

it was fun ... but not again ...

              $20 - 5 Million Jackpot $100 (#23) $50 (#29)
              $10 - Cali Gold $500 (#45) // Lucky for Life $50 // Diamond Million $50 (#18) // 20X Crosswords $100 (#32,#24,#14) $75 (#13)

              $03 - 10x The Money $100 (#63) $50 (#58) || $02 - Season's Gold $100

First off, Red Stang....that is great information you posted.  I have heard of clerks doing this a while back but had forgotton.  Whenever I get my tickets from now on i'm going to check if its been tampered with.

So.....yesterday bought some scratch offs.  I know I said I would wait until June, and set a limit....but good god I got the itch to scratch!  Plus I got a nice bonus at work and ended up with some cash to spend.

                    I got:

                    One $5 75,000 poker:  $6

                    One $5 Fortune 55:  0

One $5 Ruby Red 7's:  Ticket

Three $2 Cherry Twists:  Ticket, Ticket, 0

                    Went again today and bought:

                    One $5 Fortune 55 (074): $20 (winall $2 each)

                    Two $5 Ruby Red 7's (048, 049):  0, 0

                    Three $2 Cash Stash (034,035,036):  $5 (5X $1 symbol), 0, 0

So, today I spent 21 bucks and got 25 back.  Not bad for scratch offs.  Pretty pleased that buying only one fortune 55 got me $20.  Sometimes I think its a good idea just to buy one or two of a bunch of different games than buying four or five of one at a time.  But then again, I say this because I won something today. LOL.  I go back and forth on what "method" is the best, but I really don't think there is a method.

Yeah, that micro-scratching is always something to look out for, and will probably keep happening as long as there are greedy deceitful clerks. Like the previous news story:

I play the scratchers myself, usually the $2 LFL, spent $40 bucks and came a way with a total of $50, hit a 5X at $8 and a couple of free tickets, usually play this one as all the grand prizes haven't been hit yet and even the 5K would be great
