They said they're working people and work and stuff. They've realised what they signed up for when they bought those tickets. Bodyguards and getting fired and lawsuits on one hand, but luxury on the other. I'll take that deal.

Very nice. Now they just need to add a pool, tennis/basketball court, RV garage and perhaps a mini golf course as well as a security wall/surveillance system around the entire property.

They will now be living the dream.

Wink The Robinsons have their work now. They wanted to remain at work and their wish has come true. Cleaning, maintaining, yard work, boat maintenance. This could be their first smart decision. I knew that they would be successful lottery winners.Dance

That's too expensive considering the amount they won, these idiots will be broke in 10 years, just wait and see.

That's a lot of house. But with their winnings, they could afford someone to clean and do the yard work. Hope they are being smart with the rest of their money.

They need to add a garage for all those extra cars parked in the sun. Best improvement would be a nice stable full of trail horses and another barn full of off road vehicles to enjoy that 320 acres. Then they need to add some livestock to get that ag-exempt status for property taxes.

Yep, I think this house is well within the budget of someone who won $327 million before taxes.  It's too huge for me, but it's appropriate for them with their kids, plus they probably have friends and family visiting occasionally.

And I agree about the garage too.  Just for fun I look at the MLS here occasionally and I'm shocked at how many million dollar homes only have a 2 car garage! Four bedrooms, 5 baths, and only 2 cars?  I'd need two spaces just for mine let alone SO's and kids.  And they're usually in neighborhoods with CCRs that prohibit parking in the street or in the driveway overnight.  Where do they park???  I don't get it.

Nice house. It has 2 two-car garages so I think that's ample. With 320 acres I'm sure they could build a car museum if it isn't.

If the chances of winning the jackpot are so slim, why play when the jackpot is so small? Your chances never change, but the potential payoff does.
If a crystal ball showed you the future of the rest of your life, and in that future you will never win a jackpot, would you still play?
