O.k., first just let me say that I don't mean to offend anyone, even though I know I will. Everyone has their own opinion and their right to it. In Wisconsin Pick 3, 000, 001, and 002 (totals 0, 1, and 2) have won. Whether or not anyone actually had those tickets, I don't know and don't care since I didn't.
