Florida Fantasy-5 Players
It is a known fact that lottery players live longer than most people. It could be the excitement of expecting to win a lottery jackpot. Gloria Mackenzie was 84 when she won the $590.5 million Powerball jackpot in 2013, taking home about $278 million after taxes. She won the lottery jackpot with a single lottery ticket by skipping the line at a Publix Supermarket. Thereof You should do the same thing she did, since you are living in Florida, make it a Florida thing all the way through. It's

I noticed that there had been NO repeat number in Take 5 for six drawings and it looked like the number 5 might be the best candidate for a repeat. I decided to play it as a power number last night on 40 lines. That missing 4-number hit came in for me twice ($691), along with three 3-number hits ($57) and 18 Free Plays. In addition I had one 3-number hit on a bonus ticket ($19). $767 - $40 = $727 ... and no taxes. I can deal with that. Now, on to tonight! Good luck players! p.s. Nice article

ROADTRIP!!! Yep! Me and The Mrs G5 are drivin' down south again today... Gonna stop and get me some Bank a Million tix in Winchester, Virginia. It's a 6/40 game (3,838,380 to 1 odds just like Sweet Million used to be) but it'll cost me 2 bucks a line instead of $1. If I have all six numbers, The Virginia Lottery will deposit a cool $1,000,000 in my bank account. They do that because they pay the taxes, and you really do win a million bucks! Maybe I'll throw a post or two out here while we're

he's right. i hit 4 numbers before and having to drive to the lotto office and to get a check along with tax papers is _ . I rather they take taxes out on the winnings already but hey whatever a win is a win. I posted the winning ticket somewhere on this post but i dont know which page it was on. just keep playing, you'll hit it soon. Ps. I always play 1 number and quick pick the rest and i play it till its hit. better odds

Lotto's at 32.5 million, but that's a big bunch of Bull Jive! That's the annuity value, and at my age I aint takin' no stinkin' annuity. So the cash value is less. Not sure what the cash value is, but if it's 20 million, after taxes you'd net maybe 14 million. But I'd take it! Just sayin'.... G5

have won $500 3 times now most of the gas stations and smaller news stations just do not have the money on hand to cash it so usually just go to the local supermarket (shop rite, stop and shop, etc.) and they cash it no problem even if it is a $100 or $200 win some stores do not cash it - know in states that have a wawa (NY is not one of them) they have a maximum $100 limit on redeeming lottery tickets regardless of the state regulations (know PA is max $2500 u can cash at a retailer, pr

SpeedyG Thanks for the Tax info. So we owe taxes on amounts over $600.00, do you know if we can then take a deduction for lottery expense up to that $600.00? See that 4 out of 5 prize amount has been as low as $291.00 to a high of $944.00. Guess it depends on the game jackpot and if there was no 5 out of 5 payout.

I'd rather make a math mistake here than forget to play and watch the number I wanted to play being drawn. The payoffs are correct and all you have to do is divide 50,000 or 25,000 by the number of ways your box can win. I was a big fan of this game when it started in PA about four years ago. Maybe one of these days KY will have it. The only down side is when you hit a 5, 10, 20, or 30 way box you have to pay taxes even on a 50 cent bet. If you want to play a $1 on a 60 way box, you bette
