By jingo you're right! Boycott extended play scratchers! How dare those Canadians swindle me out of my lottery dollars, only Americans should do that! ...
Seriously though, it puts me in mind of that Mohan Srivastava story from 2011 that keeps popping up, wasn't it Canadian scratchers he cracked? I wonder if any California scratchers are beatable... lots of numbers gives you more data to work with than words, so the Bingo or the Lucky Stars... even if they

I think this is similar to the case mentioned the other day of retailers keeping cashed tickets. Some states' require that the lottery retailer deface a ticket upon redemption, again, as an anti-fraud measure. In my experience though, most of the time the clerk doesn't do this....they'll just staple a validation receipt to the ticket and throw it in a drawer. For these reasons I try to record/photograph my winning tickets prior to cashing them in.
Although a previously-validated ticket may no

Sorry to hear, I did not state my reasoning to buy from a 2nd store in time, it will not matter now, it is because in the past when I had good wins off of one roll (bought a majority of the roll), the next roll with the next sequence number a retailer sells does not turn out so great. Happened to me about more times so now I do not buy the same game at the retailer if I had success with it until they get a roll number that is in a different number range.
As for myself did not do so hot either

Winning has its complications. All my winners came from the same store. And now I find the turnover on these games have slowed. Seems like people are avoiding them, most probably because they have not been getting any big winners.
One good tip I want to share with everyone is to KEEP ON RANTING . Rant, Rant, Rant about your favorite retailer not having winners. It seems like the retailer on reordering can leave messages like Can you send us some winners please? . And the Lottery Gods sometime

Regarding the $2 LFL game and why the top prizes still show zero redemptions...
I was thinking last night that perhaps another explanation may be that a retailer may have the winning ticket but has not sold it yet. Especially if the retailer does not move a high volume of scratchers, the roll may sit in an office somewhere for weeks at a time before finally being sold.
Is this even a possible scenario? I'm not familiar with the procedures retailers use to order / reorder ticket r

Georgia $20 100x the Money
I was going to get a $500 winner, but after I asked the retailer that I wanted to purchase the #007 ticket from the roll he told me Alright, hold on on minute , then went to help someone getting gas. He then came back towards me and decided to give that particular ticket to another man that came up behind me. I was shocked and said Hey, that is the one I wanted! , he then got angry with me and told the man behind me Good Luck, it is the same # as my girl's birthday . I got real mad and told the

Do not get burned by this service station!
Now its starting to sound like you are just pissed off because you lost $40 bux.
You even stated yourself you knew which # ticket you were buying, so its not like the retailer gave you the wrong ticket. I have a feeling you would still be upset no matter what # the ticket was on, just because the retailer bought some himself and he took your chance of winning .
Tomorrow is another day, and there are thousands of other retailers in GA

What is the Highest you won off Instants??
From what I understand, larger winning instants (usually $1000 or more) are given back to the
retailer that sold them after they are claimed/paid. Kind of a look what a lucky retailer I am
kind of thing.
It's been that way for as long as I can remember with the Illinois lottery.
