Dream
A hole in my argument? Encouraging players to use the QP option and forcing players is two different things. I said to encourage....not force. And I've never seen players figure out numbers at the counter of a Retailer. Usually they come in with their numbers, ready. My responses though is to Coin Toss' statement about Lottery officials loving players looking for consistency in numbers and believe the games are not designed to have any. If he/she was my twin, I'd show him/her what real consisten

Idaho Lottery alerts retailers to possible bulk buying attempt over $877,800 Idaho Cash jackpot
that's annoying for sure, but it's hard to argue that either the customer or the retailer are doing anything unethical if the bulk buyer just so happened to get to the store before you did. 1000 tickets might take at most an hour to print? it's more of a gray area when a group contacts a store manager ahead of time and offers them extra money if they will dedicate the whole day and all their machines to printing off tickets just for their group.

Curious question re players of Ohio Lottery Games. For a hobby I collect losing instant and print tickets from my local retailer and enter them on MyLotto on their website for points. They have a limit of 1200 points worth of tickets monthly. I routinely collect far more in any given month than I can enter for points. I personally prefer to use the points towards Lotto Cash Coupons to buy more instant tickets. Am curious of any way I can donate some of my surplus tickets to other OHIO players as

$12.8 million The Pick lottery jackpot dispute names two more people with possible claim to jackpot
Can they include me in the claim Why not? Upside: your claim is just as good as Kim's or Ybarra 's. Downside: in this case just as good means not even a snowball's chance in hell. why did she sign the ticket either before or after selling it to gawlitza? Common sense says that either she's a moron or she knew what was going on when Gawlitza wanted to buy tickets after the drawing. Maybe she's not a moron and it was her attempt to get a share of anything Gawlitza got. did
