233 is the night draw. congrats to winners. on a side note. Question to Pa players. anyone who won $1000 and more who paid taxes of 25%, correct. Do you keep that $250 aside to pay taxes next year or does the losses of lottery tickets actually can be written off? is it true that anyone over 65? does not pay any taxes? thanks

Hello Dew. Congrats on your win. NCEL can only take 7% taxes out of your winnings on PK4. So, if you do not owe any state agency, including hosp, $175.00 should be taken out which will leave you with $2325.00. You will be required to file your own federal taxes. Each panel on PK 4 is worth at the most $5000.00, so only state taxes can be taken. Even if you win $25,000 for a full sheet with every panel, state can be withheld. Hope that helps.

PS: The Feds passed a law many years ago that allows the IRS to pursue and charge people for failure to pay taxes on illegally gotten gains. The IRS helped put many drug dealers in jail with this law. So whether your wins are legit or not, forgetting to pay the IRS will dventually catch up with you. I know a lady caught play 5 for 50 grand she had to pay 12 grand taxes which is correct 24%...how you pay 11 grand taxes on 75 grand...thats no where near 24% of 75 grand you should of paid 18 grand ..so i know you dont know what you talking about

1xx great call. Only shown in 1st spot 2x/60draws day. I have a bunch more. Hey, when I cashed my 600 for pick 5, there was no form for taxes. They told me has to be $1000 now. Makes sense, now that Pa is taxing along with federal. Everyone over 600 would be too much paperwork. They just want taxes from the big big hitters, naturally.
