Yeah, that would be the way to go. Have a state convention in the summer, in the fall have a regional and then a national convention the following spring. Or maybe just state and national. We're talking a lot of people organizing and getting involved promoting the events, all pointing to the national convention. The title doesn't match the post. Which states provide ___? Or, who provides ___ to each state? If you're talking about lottery vendors like IGT and Scientific Games, those vendors change from time to time when the contracts expire, so a list you saw years ago may no longer be accurate. Though it may be time consuming, you would get the most up to date info by emailing or calling each state's lottery. The info is public record, so they are obliged to tell you.
