What do you think about the $5 Margaritaville? 5/10 top prizes remaining, but it has been reordered.
I don't think anyone could miss a jackpot prize on a $5 ticket, so I'd like to think some big hits on that game is overdue and out there (unless the FL lottery manipulated the game by deactivating/destroying tickets).
Maybe several months back, I scratched through an entire roll of the $5 Margaritaville (Got $295 back out of $300 thanks to a $100 winner). I'd be curious to see the number of those remaining.
This is one that I've been focusing on because of the percentage of top prizes left compared to the age of it, now two years old. This and King's Ransom, though that is 3 of 6 prizes left and while it's not complicated, I could see some people not realizing they won on it because it's not simply a "match the number" type game.
As for it being reordered - I don't think it was. I think this one has the asterisk next to it due to the second half of their disclaimer that says "or have been delivered to the Florida Lottery in more than one shipment." The reason I believe this is that the filing for it on FLRules website shows it as having 10 top prizes and that appears to be an original number. For comparison, Winning Streak was reordered and now has 20 grand prizes - but its filing on the FLRules website still shows 12, so they don't update this filing when they're actually reordered. As a side note, King's Ransom was originally a 4 top prize game, not 6 (per the filing on the FLRules website).
As for deactivating/destroying tickets - I'm sure someone else will correct me if I'm wrong, but I think FL updates the remaining prizes left when they destroy them. I say this because I keep an eye on a few games top prizes remaining and have seen them decrease without an announcement of a winner. Maybe they only announce the winners sometimes via the media page on the website, but I couldn't imagine why. Also, for as good as they keep track of the inventory they send out and all, it'd be kind of ridiculous and inexcusable not to update the #s when a ticket is deactivated or destroyed.
I actually played through a few tickets on a Margaritaville roll the other day, no big winners. Next day I took the last 2 and won $50 on the last one (and then got a $100 winner from winall on a $5 Gold Rush, didn't get pictures). Anyways ... I'll be playing just this and the newest $5 ticket from now one unless I win something off them to play others with. I'd like to see the instant liability report for it, how do I go about getting that?

Maybe someone on here has the know-how to help me out.
I am trying to find the $200MS game but cannot find any stores with it. Im in Cape Coral and willing to travel a little bit to get them. I emailed the lottery office about 3-4 weeks ago asking them for locations that may still have it, but no response.
Is this info attainable? If so, anyone feel like doing the leg work? I figure some of you may be retired and do this as a hobby. This will give ya something to do! =)

Found this little gem of a store last weekend...
Sunoco Naples
11825 Collier Blvd Naples,FL34116
Stopped in here last weekend and that have a pretty large selection of older games. Probably the largest I have seen in quite a while.
Games that I know they have in stock...
$1 - All of them. Checked the lottery site, and they literally have every active $1 game
$2 - Every game except for $100 cash frenzy
$3 - All but "Match & Win"
$5 - All but "Bring on the Bens" and "Flamingo"
$10 - All but - "50x Cash" and "$200MS"
$20 - All 5 of them
$25 - They have $10Mil Fl cash and $10 Mil fortune, but do not have 100x The Cash
While I was there, I picked up a handfull of random tickets. Mostly $2 and $5 tickets. Spent $100 and got a return of $85. Biggest win was on a $2 Grid Iron game. Won $30.

BTW... Word must be out about the $10 Holiday Gifts. All 3 stores near me that typically have them, are sold out. I talked to 2 store owners today that said that in the past 2-3 days a LOT of those tickets have been sold.....

Interesting, it seems like lottery players are keen on how scarce they are. I think retailers have been telling customers they are sold out/unorderable because of how difficult they are to attain. So apparently the scarcity is a thing in both north, and south FL.
Apparently the lottery regional offices still have a large number of books in stock. Wouldn't surprise me if this ends up becoming a story where someone comes to a lottery district office to cash in a ticket, buys one or two $10 Holiday gifts there, and then finds the jackpot prize.

Oh, and the $10 Gold Rush 2 million prize was claimed by someone in Altlantic Beach (Jacksonville area). It was posted on the FL Lottery Facebook page.

For what it's worth, I was at Lotto HQ today and even they're out of the $10 Holiday Gifts tickets (along with $200MS). Still have some 50X, though.

Same roll. After the first one I got like a $15, $20, $10 all in a row. Played it up to around #37 without any other big winners. It'll likely be on the next # tomorrow when I go back, not high sales of this one at this place.
