Yes, systems can win lottery games.

I have a Paper/Pencil workout, not exactly software but I wish it was, to some extent.
Users have to evaluate data bases, detect trends, and make best choices on which numbers to play.
    Not a prediction system.
Users have to construct combinations digit-by-digit, for better or worse.
I use it for all Texas games.

I voted yes, but with a caveat. I DO believe that there are good (even excellent) lottery programs in existence, but I do not believe ANY of them are good at predicting draws. Some of them, however, do an excellent job of sorting data and organizing it in a way that is easily readable and can be easily analyzed. Software can be an excellent tool for your arsenal, but it should not be your crutch.

Can you name some of these " programs" that have allowed folk to win the lottery SWM? I think the question is not focusing on Pick3/4 or lesser paying games- imo.

I read the question as whether "YOU/ l"  have benefited from using any software that is out there- to date that enables one to win either PB / MM jackpot,  l have not, have you?

                          Just asking- Peace.

Exactly the point..The best tool is between your ears. There are some good commercial programs out there, such as LottoPro. In my opinion, its predictions are never any good, but the analysis tools it provides, as well as it's draw history are excellent tools to be used by anyone who can use common sense, logic, and history to make an "informed" choice of picks, whether it be for MM, PB, or Pick-3/4.

"Common Sense"- is a  Great Teacher,  thing is it's not used wisely from time to time.
