  I like that him winning shows that the belief that only poor people and fools play the lottery is not true.

  True, but I seriously doubt he went to Florida just to buy a PB ticket, as jj suggests.

  Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any. So many systems, so many theories, so few jackpot winners. 

  

  There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

  He is a judge and was down there on a month or so long fishing trip.  What a departing gift he got from the state.  He even found out that he won when he was back in his home state.  Nice that he paid for everyone's breakfast.

  My preference would be a jackpot winner or two every month.  How many people seriously need a billion dollars?  Let's spread the wealth amongst many people.
