Being required to show up in person at a state lottery office with a ticket what has won millions reminds me of John Wick 4 when he had to show up to a challenge on top of a hill. You must buy your tickets from a licensed retailer here in Texas. From Texas Lottery FAQ. Doubtful tix were purchased through an app. Maybe through Jackpocket.
