Decent ticket. The retailer earns $2.50 commission on each ticket sold. What's the minimum prize level? Florida's $50 ticket pays a minimum $100 win.

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
I spoke to someone at the lottery office that said they are changing the way we get paid, instead of cash at a retailer Like Publix, Winn Dixie etc., it will be a debit card. I am not happy about that at all. She also said a new 30.00 ticket is coming out this year and in February a new 50.00 ticket. She also mentioned the raffle is coming back. I don't want a 500.00 debit card, I want the cash so we will see how this all shakes out.

West Virginia Lottery begins allowing credit card purchases

Yet here can still use my credit card without a PIN, just wants zipcode entered. About as lack of security as you can get.

Just as famous painter Bob Ross once said, we don't make mistakes, just happy little accidents. The same could be said for one Illinois man who ended up winning a $25,000 a year for life Lucky for Life prize thanks to one such lottery retailer's happy accident.
