Hi Rick G;

Good info.  Thanks.  When I run my next set of numbers I will pay attention to that.

 I did come close though, NY evening 359, I had two numbers from Stefan Free Pick 3 statistical software that were close - 349...358

Close but no cigar Go to fullsize image ....... Hopefully I'll be smok'in tomorrow.LOL

        Just to clarify something. Sysp34's cold - medium - hot statistics are based on the premise of designating 3 digits as cold, 4 digits as medium and 3 digits as hot. Since there are different designations of cold - medium - hot in Stefan's program that would not necessarily make the green combos the "best" to play. Sorry for the confusion.

        Posted 4/6:  IL Pick 3 midday and evening until they hit:  555, 347 (str8).

          MMH 20 skips
          CCH 40 skips
          CCC 21 skips

          OUTPUT : 24 combination(s)

          147 136 257 358 247 245 457 356

          since dynamic in out skips shown
                  1st     2nd     3rd
          in: 01359   0     0     0
          out: 24678 6     6     6

          unmask 01359

          OUTPUT : 1 combination(s)

          or alternative (without unmask hot medium cold patterns)

          OUTPUT : 5 combination(s)

            Hi Tntea,
            Thanks for your question and thank you for using my free program on pick 3 stats.com.
            Let me give you an example
            Step 1 : Enter past draw history :  767 563 454 418 655 026 439 992 652 034 (this is just an example)
            Step 2 : Hit the “GO”-button
            Step 3 : Look at the “digits”-stats. Lower than normal values are listed in blue (cold), higher than normal values are listed in red (hot). Normal values are listed in black
            Digits
            0 = 2
            1 = 1
            2 = 3
            3 = 3
            4 = 5
            5 = 5
            6 = 5
            7 = 2
            8 = 1
            9 = 3
            Step 4 : Assign a status to each of the 10 digits by means of its representing drop down menu
            0 = cold
            1 = cold
            2
            3
            4 = hot
            5 = hot
            6 = hot
            7 = cold
            8 = cold
            9

            Step 5 : Look at the grapgh now and notice the colors. Combinations that are more cold than hot are light-yellow, combinations that are more hot than cold are light-red. In-between combinations remain light-green

            Step 6 : As you know, the graph displays all 220 (boxed) pick 3 combinations. Now look at the cold-medium-hot table now. The program counts automatically how many of the 220 combinations have 3 cold digits (CCC=20), 2 cold digits and 1 medium digit (CCM=30), etc…

            Step 7 : Now, imagine that you are confident that the next draw will either be 2 cold digits and 1 hot digit (CCH), or 2 hot digits and 1 cold digit  (CHH)
            Simply mask all groups that are different from CCH and CHH

            Step 8 : Look at the graph again. Only those combinations that are CCH or CHH are visible. The output box gives you a summary

            Thank you Rick G and sysp34 for clarifying the confusion about the "cold-medium-hot" statistics. Indeed, nobody is limited to designating 3 digits as cold, 4 digits as medium and 3 digits as hot. Anyone who uses the program has the "complete freedom" to assign a "hot-medium-cold" status to as many digits as one wants. For those who have missed my post on page 12 of this thread, look at the quote box above : Perform the steps like I explained them and you'll see how easy everything is !

            Best regards,

            Stefan

              Hi Stefan!

              I lost my Virginia Pick 3 data! What are the fewest numbers i can use to get the great results i had before?

              Thanks in advance Stefan!

                Hi Lady FrankieH,

                I am sorry to hear you lost your pick 3 data. Finding an answer to your question "What are the fewest numbers i can use to get the great results i had before?" is a bit hard. Each user of pick3stats.com sticks by its own preferences. Rick G enters a dozen draw results to retrieve the statistical data from (and obtains excellent results with it), others prefer a larger group of draw results. I would say, stick to your own method if that's what gives you the greatest results. If not, copy a method from a more successful user. I am sure you will find some good methods in this thread !!!!

                All the best, Lady FrankieH,

                  Hi Stefan,

                  Thank you! My method was to use all of the Virginia numbers since the inception, but i'll try out a dozen draws. Rick G is awesome so i'm sure i'll get great results!

                  Thanks again Stefan,

                    hi stefan great work as usual answering everyones question. If only you could come up with ultimite answer of applying the chart to be able to play straight you will have achieved the lotteries answer to breaking the bank. Is it possible? thanks

                      Hi retxx,

                      I hope you remember my message that I have posted on page 14 of this thread. For those who have missed it, here it is again...

                      quote :

                      IMPORTANT !

                      I am considering (not promissing) to release a new update which will make it possible to track your combinations in straight order as well. Whether or not I will release it depends on all lottery post members. The "Making of this tool" (especially the speed in which it calculates your inputs) took a lot of work and effort, and I don't think that "the 40 lotterypost members who have responded to this thread so far" justifies the effort to release a new public update now already. On average 100 persons use this tool on a daily basis, so I am not complaining. Not at all... But bring more friends along to test this tool, and we will all be happy !!!

                      end quote ...

                      The update is fully ready, and like I promised, any pick 3 player will be able to track the chart's combinations in straight order as well. (quite spectacular !!!) + some extra incredible features as well. I don't know yet when it will be a good time to release it. The learning curve will be just a little bit steeper, and that's exactly why I want more people getting used to the current version. I can use all the help to get more pick3stats-users. So, please, spread the word !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                      Many thanks in advance,

                      Stefan

                      P.S. You ain't seen nothing yet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                        Lady FrankieH,

                        I'm so far from awesome that we won't go there. But I've been using the short history (ten draws) because I think that is where the current biases stand out. The farther back you go in history for today's draw the more the current biases are watered down, IMHO.

                          ...except for comparing past hisory to recent history and that's where you could get some clues for where the biases might be heading.

                          Good luck FrankieH!
