Thanks for your question and thank you for using my free program on pick 3 stats.com.
Let me give you an example
Step 1 : Enter past draw history :  767 563 454 418 655 026 439 992 652 034 (this is just an example)
Step 2 : Hit the “GO”-button
Step 3 : Look at the “digits”-stats. Lower than normal values are listed in blue (cold), higher than normal values are listed in red (hot). Normal values are listed in black
Digits
0 = 2
1 = 1
2 = 3
3 = 3
4 = 5
5 = 5
6 = 5
7 = 2
8 = 1
9 = 3
Step 4 : Assign a status to each of the 10 digits by means of its representing drop down menu
0 = cold
1 = cold
2
3
4 = hot
5 = hot
6 = hot
7 = cold
8 = cold
9

Step 5 : Look at the grapgh now and notice the colors. Combinations that are more cold than hot are light-yellow, combinations that are more hot than cold are light-red. In-between combinations remain light-green

Step 6 : As you know, the graph displays all 220 (boxed) pick 3 combinations. Now look at the cold-medium-hot table now. The program counts automatically how many of the 220 combinations have 3 cold digits (CCC=20), 2 cold digits and 1 medium digit (CCM=30), etc…

Step 7 : Now, imagine that you are confident that the next draw will either be 2 cold digits and 1 hot digit (CCH), or 2 hot digits and 1 cold digit  (CHH)
Simply mask all groups that are different from CCH and CHH

Step 8 : Look at the graph again. Only those combinations that are CCH or CHH are visible. The output box gives you a summary

(Some) people are just not aware of prices that others would charge to do what you did.  (Some) people think programming is about as easy as pushing a few buttons and the programming just pops out.  I hope many will read your message and not just take any of the tools here, especially yours, Stefan, for granted.

I'll be sounding like a broken record but I don't care. Most of the time we spend looking at hot and cold digits, not pairings, high vs. low, odd vs. even. This one page program can do it all visually for you and you can tweak your combinations down to the amount you can afford to play. Using it for comparison of past history to current history is invaluable as well.

Using the method I described in a post above I posted 028 and 246 for last night's IL draw. The result was 462. Two picks, one win. Any newbies to the game or people floundering for a pick 3 win (like I have been before this thread) would benefit from experimenting with this program.

Thanks again, Stefan...we all appreciate your hard work...believe me. (I only played that 028 last night for budget reasons but anyone with a buck more than me would have had \$40.00 for a \$2.00 bet. Can't beat that).

Again, Rick G was amongst the winners. This time, he only posted 2 combinations : 028-246 .

There's a million ways to use this tool and I'm just trying to demonstrate a real easy one, taking less than 5 minutes with no pencils, paper, calculators or head scratching.

You gave us the free tool and it's up to us to freely give our successful applications for it. I'm sure there's a lot of them out there.   Would love to hear how others are successfully using this baby. There's more than one way to the highway.

Here is something simple I've been doing. I put all previous days pick 4 numbers in and extract them in the extractor at the bottom of the page and enter the extracted numbers  in pick 4 form

and hit go and them mask off everthing but the 3 hottest numbers and I also mask off the triples. That leaves 7 numbers highlighted in light green on the triangle. I've been playing these numbers in all Pick 3 Eve states in the"Dash For Cash" thread since July 6th. I skipped Sunday cause I thought I was due for a skip and my numbers did actually skip that day. My results are 8 hits in 6 days so far. I played today even tho I think I am due for a skip again. I didn't post my numbers yesterday because of no time but I got a hit yesterday.

I don't know what happened cept I've been doing numbers too early in the morning, cause after the last post, I decided to double check my numbers and todays numbers(which I didn't do early in the morning) still matched but I came up with different numbers otherwise than I had before. Lol  I'm a dork and don't function too well in the early am's. But anyhoo the numbers I originally came up with hit.

Back to the drawing board.

Budward, that early morning will get to you every time. Sometimes the brain is working, sometimes it's still asleep. What are you gonna do? A little espresso and a visit to the bathroom usually puts you on your toes......after the overflow.

I just wanted to say "thanks" again for the incredible tool which you've created.  I just went back again to take another look at it today.  And that was mainly prompted by your posts this afternoon.

I wasn't quite sure how to use it, but after I read the instructions on the LP that you made, it all started to ring a little bit more clear to me.

Again, thanks for sharing and all of the hard work that you do to really help others.  You are indeed very much appreciated.

Ok, I figured it out. I was trying to copy too fast and didn't copy all the numbers to the top in the morning. Tonite I also forgot to take out Iowa number(same as Illinois) and the Maine, New Hamp,Vermont numbers that are the same as Tri-State. Doh!

Too fast = many mistakes

That's correct. This tool is mainly used to play boxed combinations. It is also a very economical way to display all pick 3 combinations on your computer screen. Remember, this tool is a visual tool and is meant to sharpen your intuition (see my first post in this thread).The fact that Mass. has no straight hits in ascending order should be considered as pretty good news. (simply play them differently)

IMPORTANT !

I am considering (not promissing) to release a new update which will make it possible to track your combinations in straight order as well. Whether or not I will release it depends on all lottery post members. The "Making of this tool" (especially the speed in which it calculates your inputs) took a lot of work and effort, and I don't think that "the 40 lotterypost members who have responded to this thread so far" justifies the effort to release a new public update now already. On average 100 persons use this tool on a daily basis, so I am not complaining. Not at all... But bring more friends along to test this tool, and we will all be happy !!!

Great job of breaking down the pick 3. I was hoping you would comment in this thread. Everyone pay close attention to what Ragwi reports. He's very smart and breaks down the pick 3 and 4, very good. Keep up the good work Ragwi. You know I'll be paying attention.
