This weekend a couple of our long time residents are going to give us a refresher on wheeling quick picks.

        Scared

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

It's been a hectic week at LP, especially with a battle now approaching 60 pages going on.

Ironically, the ILS has been declared one of the saner places here and this weekend the residents are just going to rest up and relax while some of those coin operated viewers like they have at the Empire state Building are installed.

They're being put it in so people that want to can view the things going on.

Sedatives will be available for those who view too long.

The entertainment outside the ILs continues to be wilder snd crazier than the entertainment inside do the coin operated telescopes will stay in place for a while.

One of our residents is working on a "Magic 8 Ball" wirh numbers instead of brief word answers, might be a good idea!

This weekend we will have a guest speaker explain his theory about taking the day's high temperature in Dublin, Ireland, comparing it with the low in Dublin, Ohio, and then finding out the two most heavily traded currencies on the FOREX exchange for the day of the drawing.

He mentioned something sbout comparrng the tempersature variance to the higher valued currency fluctutation divided by number of trades.

This week at the Institute we will be discussing exactly what "over the long tun" is, rehashing what winning is ( is playing $65 say, and collecting $40 "winning?), and we're also picking a theme song out for the Institute.

So far we have these for choices:

We've Got To Get Out Of This Place

                        People Are Strange

We had a rowdy weekend as unbelievably, the QP crowd got into a huge argument over filling out a playslip or just asking the clerk for a QP. Both sides thought their approach was luckier. The discussion had to be stopped when someone threw a chair.

This week we will continue discussing What Is A Win, and also discus the frustration of convincing people outside the Institute (who should be in the Institute!) that shelling out $46 and collecting $2 is not a $2 win.

My conscience has been bothering me about that chair throwing incident. I just can't hide things like that for long.

I'm tired of walking around under a shroud of secrecy

Honesty is always the best policy and it's better to just tell the truth and live with the consequences, I guess.

The truth would come out eventually anyway. Tiggs did it.
