    RL,

A few posts back, I mentioned breaking the ID's into groups of 3 by position. For the 5/36 games this creates 636 filters, orther words, it breaks 376,992 combinations into 636 groups. The last 2 draws was a waste, because I wasn't paying attention to the stats. The most hit group is TD 9- ID 6- 444444, which hit last night, after skipping 61 draws, has 6541 combinations.

TD ID FILTER # COMBOS HITS  SKIPS
    9   6  444444      6541          60   61

    Hi, Bob:

Which software do you use for the combinations? What?

    THANKS!

        Thanks for posting your system.

        Have a couple questions:

        Some Definitions first

ID = Independent digits. Digits 0-9 counted only once regardless of
             times within a set.

TD = Total digits. Number of all digits within a set but does not
             include leading zero's

DOD = Double odd digits. Numbers made from two odd digits

DEV = Double even digit. Numbers made from two even digits

MDN = Mixed digit numbers. Numbers made from 1-odd and 1-even digit

The DOD, DEV, and MDN.  Do we include the padded zero's?

For example if we have a 08, do we say this is a "DEV"?

        Thanks!!

Hi winsumloosesum, your excel spreadsheet is great but I have some questions.

MDN = Mixed digit numbers. Numbers made from 1-odd and 1-even digit on the draws page doesn't take into account numbers with leading 0's, is this correct? I was thinking that if the MDN didn't include leading 0's then the MDN counts are off.

On the hits page columns N, P, and R Max ranges are incorrect. Column N4 is set to =Max(M7:M17), column P4 is set to =MAX(N7:N17), and column R4 is set to =MAX(P7:P17) those were easy to correct.

Thanks Like I said the spreadsheet that you made is great and I would like to thank you for your excellant work.

Nice system if you get the correct last digits. I did a first time test with Ohio Rolling Cash 5 and Fl Fantasy 5 for tonight and the Oh Cash 5 failed miserably but I did pretty good on the FL Fantasy 5, wish I would have posted it, 21 combinations with 4 match 3 and 10 match 2 for $104 and 10 Free tickets. I missed one drawn number 35 and the first digits were 00133 Which I didn't play.

Nice but choosing those last digits are not easy.

              Padawan

Thanks for the heads up.  I fixed all the errors.

I have a question for anyone who uses this system to generate selections. Once you've generated your selections, for how many days do you play them?

On the first page, he mentions his sister playing them for a week. I have a list that I,ve played for 2 draws, no money free tkts. I think once the ID hits, you should quit playing.

I was wondering how you would go about choosing the last digits. In a 5/39 if you go back 30 draws the two top last digits are 1 & 2 in Pos 1 and 8 & 9 in Pos 5. This is the norm when going back 30 draws or more. Now if I go back only 10 draws Pos 1 top two last digits are 1 & 4 and Pos 5 top last digits are 2, 6, & 8 all hitting two times in the last 10 draws. This is from the Ohio Rolling Cash 5.

I'm finding it hard to choose last digits that work and I have even went back up to 30 draw trying to test this system and trying to learn what to look for which I haven't found yet. Most of the time the numbers that I come up with are lucky to match 2 number on one line.

Anybody having any better luck than I am? I would like to hear your experiences, I like working the system even though I can't get it to work yet.

I have experimented with using last digits before in my lotto games, and I recently tried the positional approach that you used without any luck that way either.  What I had done in the past and what I have gone back to is just setting up a chart from 0-9 down a page and then tracking each draw across the page.  You end up with a "hit" chart this way and then I just guess for the next draw by selecting a couple of last digits that just hit as these seem to repeat, and then picking a couple of overdues, and then a couple of others. Sometimes I select one of each last digits resulting in no more than 10 numbers.  If I feel like it may be time for a certain digit to have 2 hits in the next draw, then I'll pick 2.  By tracking the individual digits across the page in this way, you can develop a feel for what might be the next.  The system I use for arranging my numbers into plays is an old Robert Serotic system for "pairs" with one key number that can guarantee the jackpot if you get the numbers to hit in pairs and your key number is right.  For example in Hot Lotto tonight I selected 15 white ball numbers, covering all end digits.  This gave me 1 key number with 7 pairs.  I then wheel all of the pairs with each other plus the key number (7 x 6 = 42/2 = 21 combinations. I picked 5 "hot balls" that I thought were due and played them over and over thru the combinations. #2 was my favorite and I played it 6 times.  I also played the extra $ for the "sizzler".  My white ball number selection was terrible as I got nothing right out of 15 numbers from 39!!  But #2 "hot ball" hit, so I won $36, losing only $6 for the night.

I make a new list every draw. My sister in law used the list for a couple weeks and changed

things around, I think she broke up the sets and rearranged the numbers.
