As far as I know no such systems exist and neither do any of those time machines that some other players said they would use to back in time to play the winning numbers after viewing the drawings. If they did I would have a different strategy for playing too.

RJ has been around just about since LP was a dirt floor, in comparison to the skyscraper it is now, and him being a system player ........at least he speaks the brevity truth.
like i stated brevity / common sense truth before ------> not even in the pick 3

i enumerated the many "excuses' you guys manufactured about me, when you didn't want to address the different highlights i made about the suspicious claims that systems extract superior results over QP's, but this is a new one even for me.
i will let your irrelevant excuses run wild, but "tall enough" in the integrity dept to maintain not having to resort to the tactics you guys resort to, and i carry my "weight" judiciously, when i need to.
does that answer your question ?
can you come up with anything else? ....................because that was actually entertaining
I was waiting for your reply. Yes it does answer my question. I'm glad I gave you something new to chew on.

Well, the premise of this thread is dealing with what defines a system, and If I had a system that hit the p-3 regularly where I could make a living off of it, or having a chance of hitting a JP, which is surely out of my reach because of the sheer amount of possible combos, I'd choose making the efffort at something that I can master that is easier, than trying to beat something that 99.9% of folks will never beat like the JP games.
I know someone In a state I won't mention that has made over $200,000 bucks so far with the Pick-4 in about 5 months time playing online. I asked the person If I could do what this person is doing and this person was willing to give me the numbers but I'd need at least 3 thousand bucks to start, but better If I had 5 thousand. This person has an ingenious way to make stupid amounts of money with the P-4, and I just wish I'd known about this a few years back when I had 10 grand in the bank. But it wouldn't have helped because he didn't know about this back then. It is a recent endeavor. My timing is always off...lol
This isn't that hard to believe and it isn't a real magical secret either. What your friend is doing is playing 3000 combinations. That you gives you a 1 in 3.33 chance in winning. Not bad. Now you just wait till its 6 overdue by whatever criteria he has figured out in whatever state and play the numbers. This can be done with something simple like 2High2Low and 2odd2Even which are 3750 combinations respectively. To get better coverage he could combine the statistics 2high2low + 20dd2even. If you wait till both of these skip as a combined pattern, say 4 times and then play your odds and probability are fairly high. This is a rich mans wager though, because even though you would win most times, you are going to lose some and you need two wins to make up for one loss. Still though, take a look at West Virginia and see how in Jan, Feb, Mar, that this patterns skip was rock solid. With progressive wagering (up to five dollars a bet) 200,000 isn't out of the question. Although cashing out that amount from an online betting site, would likely be problematic. If this person really does exist, I hope he/she/it cashes out with each win....
Further, because your friend said that 3000 or 5000 would work leads me to believe they are using one of the unbalanced patterns or a non combined pattern with the ability to play them twice before winning and still come out ahead. This is more dangerous in my opinion. Look at New York which hasn't had a 2high2low draw in 13 days now even though the theoretical average skip is every 3 days. In other lotteries in the last 30 years it has gone to 18 days. So is it worth it to bet that Saturday or Sunday will be a 2high2low draw in New York?
If you convinced this person to give you the set of numbers you could easily pick apart what strategy they were using with LP's 4 digit inspector system but it is hardly worth the suspense.
