as you know since the cash 4 started last month i have hit twice straight.both times i won 2,500.i haven't started saving tickets yet but i'm going to start because i just now found out about saving losing tickets.what could i expect to pay on winnings so far if i had just these two wins?

The MA Numbers game claims to be a 60% pari-mutuel game which should mean that the prize for an exact 4 match should flucuate, but average out to $6000. Actually, they pay less than $5000 on average. If you win a Pick 4 double for a dollar box with the promotion you'll win $800 before taxes. After they take out the 24% Fed and 8.95% state taxes for a total of $263.60, you'll take home an extra $136.40 for a grand total of $536.40 Why wouldn't we just wait till the promotion is over, then play for a $2.00 box, win $800 and then keep it all. Is it true if your immediate fam (brother,sister, daughter,son,father,mother) owes back taxes, gov't student loans etc, NYL will deduct those amount from your own winnings?
