New State Lotteries - Who's Next?
don't think it's obvious, also utah and hawaii should't even be on the list, nevada could do it, but would have to come up with a game to make ppl. stop buying cali. tickets.miss.is not totally against gambling, they have casinos, but their casinos are restricted to counties along the river and coast i believe.that would make it hard to have lottery which is statewide where available.so i did'nt vote.

Yeah, Nevada has 2 major casino towns. So far the best lottery state is Delaware. Not only no state tax, you get to remain anonymous!

How much have you spent on a single draw?
I did work in the oil fields in So. Calif. for 20 yrs. and retired early. I moved to Nevada and was in a dirk bike accident and became disabled. I live nicely on my investments that I made in the late 70's and throughout the 80's and early 90's. I Thank my lucky stars I cashed them all out before the stock market crash. So I now live somewhat nice on the money I made from those investments and my SSD.

Which states and lottery games will you play once online gambling is legal?
I think you better look where I live (Delaware) and they don't tax lottery winnings at the state level! What do you do to Increase your Odds of Winning?
Not all lottery games use Ping Pong balls, some lottery games use computers as the RNG. Google for Ron Harris, an employee who worked for Nevada Gaming Commission, he developed a program to increase his odds in predicting the next Keno game by using the past draw. He and a friend went to Atlantic City, used the program and hit the $100,000 jackpot. They were caught and he spent time in Nevada prison. They did not hit the first time, all the program did was dramatically increase your odds. So if

The Illinois Halloween Raffle
To each their own Todd, but let me add this. In Nevada when a new game goes into a casino it's given a test run to see how popular it is, etc. But if the Nevada Gaming Commission deems that the game has too much of a house advantage over the player, out it goes. I'm wondering how they would treat one of these raffles, if they had a lottery. On the lighter side, it's really ironic that so many here at LP that are anti-quick pick can't wait to buy a $20 serial numbered raffle ticket. I kn
