Lottery Games or Casino Games
There's been talk of a Nevada lottery; it's even been proposed that only CASINOS would be allowed to sell tickets!

Any Lottery attorney's?
To work in a casino in Nevada you have to have a 'Sheriffs' card. Had the guy running tickets (over 200 ar a whack) back tp Nevada ignored the Gaming Board they would simply have yanked his card. He was a dealer at the Mrage, pretty good paying job at the time. He wasn't about to give that yp because other people didn't want to make the drive to Nipton. This is just one example of many why residents call ot the United States of Nevada , i.e. they make their own rules. Try this - the

Traveling out of state to buy lottery tickets?
Some states, such as Nevada, don t have lotteries, which leads to strange scenes of people who drive miles and line up to buy tickets. Nevada s loss is California s gain, all that revenue leaving the state to fund education in California. I like the Massachusetts lottery, the revenue raised is distributed to local governments and they can spend it as they wish. It is also the only US lottery that offers subscriptions throughout the United States, including in the states that don t have stat

Why Americans Will Quit ( Gambling ) Playing The Lottery?
Americans can now gamble using their phones, but there are now less places to gamble online than there were in 2006 because of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act. Internet banking is nothing new and ATMs were probably a very large factor in casino resort area growth. Net banks were created so people could transfer and deposit funds to gamble with. I personally knew several people who could play online Bingo 24/7 for a nickel a card before 2006. If anything, U.S. online poker is st

Claiming Mega Millions in California
There is one more way to use a trust to claim the win anonymously in Calif. even if you are a resident of that state. Any trust that is out of state can go and claim the jackpot (no state can say it has to be a trust within that state to claim said jackpot) and you have to love this part especially, Calif. doesn't have any access to any information whatsoever because the trust is in another state! And another benefit to having an out of state trust while a Calif. resident, that trust isn't subje

NY Lottery and Anonymity
Hi all. I'm new here and will post a seperate introduction, but I wanted to ask this question first as it has always been on my mind. I noticed a couple of LLCs have claimed huge prizes in NJ (where I'm from and play). I am wondering, especially in my case, if it would be wise to form a Nevada LLC or Corporation and have the foreign corp claim the prize? Nevada Corps allow owners and officers to be shielded from the IRS and assets can also be hidden (it's almost like going to Bermuda to incorpor

Mississippi
Nevada also has casinos and no lottery. Casinos don't want the competition (when they can prevent it), they see lotteries as a threat. A lot of the Midwestern and Mississipi casinos are owend by Nevada and Atlantic City corporations, picture a giant mechanical octupus reaching out from those two places with tentacles that go to different locations, and those tentacles are like the tubes at the drive - thru windows at a bank, collecting money and sending it to Vegas and A.C. (And A.C.
