powerball and mega million matrix changes
This statement >> Some states that do carry the casino legislature also carry the lottery. << is TRUE, But the lottery was already there (first), so why not add another way to get your money! PA is already in the Pb scheme, and will soon implement casino gaming.<< Again already in the business of getting your money, so why not add another one! This statement is wishful thinking, nothing more>>> So I can see Nevada joining the ranks. The big boys of gaming in Nevada, wi

EuroMillions and US Taxes
Rip not at all. They are sold everyday of the week by Incorporation Service companies throughout the US and overseas, they are legally established entities at a reasonable prices. Now lets say your wanting a US shelf corp of 2 yrs. (est. 2003) it would cost around $2500.00 the extra cost is in the name changing and that runs anywhere from 300.00 - 500.00 depending on the incorportion service who does it and what state it's done in! Nevada is the best place to do this with a US based shelf corp a

When was Pick3 & Pick4 Invented and by who...
II. History of Gambling in the United States Examining the history of gambling in North America suggests important conclusions that are useful today in considering policies related to gambling. The United States has had a long history of allowing some forms of legal gambling and a degree of tolerance of illegal gambling. Societal tolerance and acceptance of legal gambling can change rapidly. Scandals and political control by gaming interests have led to backlashes which result

Nevada Lottery

Why doesn't Utah have a lottery...
ambelamba, Yes, but... Mormons don't condone Mormons gambling, but they do have partenrtships in some casinos. (They also tell their people not to drink soda, but they own a soda company). All, While it's true Nevada has a small population, it does get millions of visitors. A Nevada lottery is always a battle with casino interests, which is really ridiculous. The visitors go to Nevada to gamble, and if the casinos offered lottery tickets they'd be playing them, too. The same goes

The problem with systems
edessa, A lot of beefs occur because a player, often a tourist, thinks they know a lot more than they do. One of the best I ever saw (this of course when gambling was limited to Nevada) was when a player tried to make a non existent bet which of course wasn't accepted. The player gets hot under the collar, tells the pit boss, That's the way we play back home. The pit boss says, You're not from Nevada, it's illegal for you to play back home. The whole table cracked up. Then you hav

1.4B Nevada California state line
What blows my head is why people would stand in line in 40 degree weather for 3-4 hours to buy a ticket. When all they they have to do is drive 15/20 minutes down the road stand in line for 10 minutes at most. It not like that place has a history of big winning tickets, That was a small line at the Primm Nevada Lotto Store (justmy1.4billioncentsworth)

Do you think Powerball will spread to the 6 remaining non-playing states?
The Casino Cartel has a strangle hold on gambling in Nevada. It's hopeful for the other states.
