It sucks getting stuck in Mississippi or Alabama. I'm hardly ever in Utah and have never been to Nevada with this company.

It's highly doubtful that a lottery draw would come from Caesar's or any other Nevada casino. Granted they had that monopoly flop, but a pure lottery draw? Not in the United States of Nevada (they make their own laws).

This is in response to the individuals who have a problem with California always winning and think the game is rigged in California's favor..... So, California wins because the state is large and there are many people playing. We are also right next to Nevada and the state does not allow the retailing of lottery tickets. Not a chance. The nearest State to have that set up is Nevada and its a nice place to visit but l would not want to live there under any circumstances. Take away Las Vegas Reno and its a dry well for me.l like the idea of being close to the Ocean 4 hours away from snow, since l snowboard come winter. California has it all along with the high taxes but its home. Could be worse elsewhere. Love seafood as well- if l moved to Nevada, they probably would serve frozen crab and that's a complete no-no.

You make msny assumptions, LottoBoner. I haven't lived in Nevada in quite awhile. But I can see you being upset with Nevada because maybe even the girls at the ranch rejected you. It's called whore Nevada because the tourists from other states show up to do their 'dirty work'. PS, Prostitution is illegal in Claek County, where Vegas is but all the 'Tommy Tourists' always ask the guy dealers 'Where the girls are.

Have you ever seen a lotto store quite like this?
There are row after row of self service machines for scratch tickets, lotto tickets and winning ticket scanners. I don't know if I am allowed to mention the name of the store but it is a lotto super store at the border of California and Nevada. Nevada doesn't sell lottery so Nevadans who live at the border usually flock to the store to buy tickets especially when the jackpot hits a large amount of money.

Nevada obviously doesn't have one because, of the las vegas casino's. The other states, I'm not sure why they don't?

Dunno how many winners there, but considering it borders Nevada and Utah, neither of which have a lotto, I bet there are a lot of out-of-staters playing there.

Not sure what the best is, but the worst would be Nevada, Utah, Mississippi, Alabama, Wyoming, Alaska, or Hawaii, which do not have lotteries.
