But all of that is just introduction. My real reason for finally signing up is this: I've started a national online lottery pool for the twelve state MM, and I need advice An online lottery pool?????? Isn't that illegal in Florida? Hosting something like that makes you a bookie. Pennsylvania is the only state I know that allows one to be a bookie within the state and operate within the lower 48. Nevada allows one to be a bookie but only within Nevada; no out of state sales allowe

Nevada Lottery
a lottery in nevada sure will be nice...Something like Win for Life or something...I am sure folks upthere will be happy...With a lottery it will surely make it the gambling region of the world...And yes, the progressive jackpot in the slots are just like a lottery...But i think that if Nevada had a lottery, LP would be more crowded, because all those gambling fanatics will end up here...Have you all seen on Tv the case of guys trying to break Las Vegas? I am sure there will be ones for lottery,

What to do with lottery winnings?
Honestly, Nevada is only one of my options. I don't think I'd like the climate in New Hampshire much, too much snow and besides, you Yankees probably don't want anyone born and raised in the South there. I'd like a place with a decent climate and tax system so I can enjoy myself and keep as much of my money as possible. Why do you think New Hampshire people are smarter than people in Nevada or anywhere else? PrisonerSix

No Lottery State Roundup
Nevada doesn't want a lottery, never has, and that's ridiculous. The Mega Millions progressive slots, in fact, were put in as an answer to lotteries. When the casino industry started spreading beyond Nevada and Atlantic City, it was thought the holdouts against any gambling at all would be Hawaii (those running illegal gambling don't want the compition, and Hawaii in fact is the lifeblood of a couple of joints in Vegas), Utah- (Mormons), and Tennessee (Baptists). Well, Tennessee, like Mi

Understanding Euromillions taxes for U.S.
Phokas, How does my living in Delaware make a difference about being taxed fairly? I have nothing to do with what the State did about state sales taxes before I moved here in 2001! They did it not me, so your barking up the wrong tree! If you have a problem about what the state of Delaware is doing about state sales taxes, then write them and voice your opinion and complain about it to them and the laws they passed about not collecting a state sales tax! Not Me. Oh and while you're at it, why no

California tickets sales prior to Primm
This is a little hard to believe but read on. Prior to Primm opening on the Cal. / Nev. border, a town of 60 people had the highest ticket sales in the State of California. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Nipton Unincorporated community Nipton, California Nipton is located in California County San Bernardino Nipton is an unincorporated community in San Bernardino County, California, on the northern edge of Mojave National Preserve, west of Searchlight, Nevada and

If All 80,000 Members of LP Dedicated to Systems for PB and Pick6 We will Win it Everyday
I'm not sure if it would be OK or not, but of they are paying you it could be construed as you selling the tickets. Nevadsa does not have a lottery but many preople travel to the I-15 border area of California to play Cal. Lotto. A guy who worked at the Mirage used to make a weekely trip and played an awful lot of tickets, he was the runnewr for a large pool of players. Well, one day as he sat with his coffee, steno pad, and filling out his playslips, there happened to be a couple of Ne

A Federal Gaming Commission
Not sure if there's a Federal Gaming Commmission but read on. Casino workers must have a gaming card (in Nevada called a Sherriff's card) issued by the state the casino where they work is in. sometimes the casino pays for the background check to get the card, usually they pay and take it out of your paycheck. In the states with river boat casinos, you have to go through the whol process again even if you change jobs and go to another boat in the same state. People who have had legal proble

DC Raffle Sales...Not Too Good!
The success of these raffles seems to depend on the state because in Florida's first raffle JustEx was shut out before she could get a ticket and it took over 7 weeks for Ohio to sell all the tickets in its first raffle draw and I believe less than 75% were sold in the second. Kentucky had to extend their drawing date because of lack of sales yet Michigan sold out $50 tickets in a couple of days. Remember the alleged $1 million winner in New Jersey's 4th of July raffle that didn't sell out a
