^You don't have to be a pool player. If we all put our heads together and figured out a better strategy, we could take turns handicapping different lotteries. The "pool" would just be a group of people who agreed to share the information and play on certain days, so everyone got a sweet deal out of it. I mean, really, there's a jackpot every day. It's not like we'd run out of money to win.

thanks for the work RJOh, im willing to put on $10 towards this when the pot gets over $200M. its either 5 games if i play online, or 10 if i get someone to buy my ticket, i have pals in usa, ill talk to them this week. id rather bag 10 lines and forgoe %10 to ticket buyer.

guess i will find out how good a friend they are of it wins

True there are plenty of jackpots to be won but I doubt if any individual is going to be interested in a hundred lines system regardless of how well it does in simulation. Maybe there are some pools players out there that would like show how well their system does in simulation. So far we all can't put any heads together to figured out a better strategy because there has been only one person and one strategy put forward, there just doesn't seem to be much interest in such a project. I'll going to wait and see what other ideas come forward.

Food for thought

I developed a paper and pencil structured workout called "Gap Strategy."

I've gone out of my way to explain how it works. I've given numerous examples, including predictions for certain games.
I used a Pick 3 worksheet, but the strategy is adaptable for any on-line game.

I've had some winnings, mainly in Pick 3, but, no jackpots.

Todd says there are over 96,000 LP members. Not all are active everyday, for sure, but that's one huge body of interest
in lottery play.

So far, less than 10 folks have showed any interest in my workout over the past two years. And, only two have asked questions of substance.
If any member of LP is actually using Gap Strategy to make their plays, they are keeping it confidential.

Some folks say the workout is 'too complex,' 'takes too much time' or give other reasons to not get involved.

I'm sure you have a strategy, but I can't find a post where you give the details on how numbers are generated.

RJOH has a strategy. He has provided some explanations of what he does, but, I don't have enough information to
use his methods to make independent decisions on which numbers to play. I would probably need a copy of his software, which
he might not want to share.

What I'm saying is that for this idea to work, potential participants need to start giving plausible details about how
their strategies work. Otherwise, there will be too many unanswered questions, and not enough interest to go forward.

IMHO, I think there are a lot of LP members looking for help and direction, but when push comes to shove, they don't really
want to get involved.

I really need some 'outside' evaluation of Gap Strategy, and suggestions on how it could be improved. including
an assessment that might suggest that I'm wasting my time. Maybe I can't see the forest for the trees.

I miss a lot of Pick 3 wins by 'one' number. I'm trying to figure out why that is and what I can do to correct it.
I'm thinking that if other players used the system we could find some solutions and make better predictions.

Otherwise, I plan to just keep what I'm doing.

RJOH took a chance with his simulation. Wow. Wonder how he would have reacted had he had a winning combination and
not played it!

I don't know if simulations are an answer, but, I'm working on one for the Texas Lotto game.

We all want to win. But, I guess we will have to continue down the roads we've chosen. I'm confident my strategy
will produce a big win. I just hope it come while I can enjoy it.

in guaging interest, it might be helpful to know how many of those 96,000 members of LP actually believe that any kind of system works. i'm thinking most believe lottery drawings are indeed random.

This is not about randomness. While a small percentage of LP members disagree, the vast majority accept the fact that lotteries are random.

Moreover, a vast majority of LP members doubt that anyone can devise a strategy that will produce winning numbers with any level of consistency.

However, there are a small number of LP members, myself included, who believe that detailed analysis of past lottery results is a useful guidepost
for generating and selecting numbers to play.

There are literary hundreds of schemes, strategies, workouts, methods, systems, and procedues available here at LP or on the internet.
A vast majority of these are basically bogus. However, some of the strategies have merit. Lucky's Pick 3 system is a case in point.

I like to think that the $40 I won in yesterdays Texas Pick 3 drawing with a $4 investment is a good indicator that I'm on the right path.

The question now is whether or not other folks consider my strategy trustworthy and worth the time and effort they will have to expend
to adopt it. I think it is but I'm not an impartial judge.

I'm always available to help anyone who wants to give it a try.

Judging from the percent of players who buy quick picks, less than 30% believe in picking their own numbers. If less than half of those players believe in using a system to pick their numbers then there would be about 10% of players might have an interest which could be equal to 9,600 LP members.

Any time you share a strategy and its predictions with others at LP well in advance of a drawing, that's a risk you have to be willing to take. That may be the reason so few members are willing to explain or run a simulation of their system when dealing with a game that could pay millions of dollars if it works. I would have been happy if the simulation produced a winner whether I played it or not.

As I mentioned in an earlier post, I'm not a pool player so I'm not likely to run such a simulation that often.

Has anyone tried to Master pick 3? I'm having a hard time hitting consistently without playing more than 30 numbers lol, and you guys are moving on to master something more complicated

well im kinda really against power ball, multi barrel types because of the huge repeats of the same wheel to get the total power ball cover.

what is it 49 pwer balls in the barrel?

really need like 49 players, so ea person would play the same power ball, and 10 combos from the list. then that is 490 combbos

and those 10 combos wont even be covered with all power balls.

its a really hard game to cover in any meaningful way i feel.but ill se ehow good a wheel i can get with 490 numbers

95,000 members at $100 each that $9,500,000. You don't need to win if everyone give money. I know no one will give $100 but maybe someone will give more.

Give $100 for what? This thread is about coming up with a system that a lottery pool could use to win a jackpot game like MM or PB, not about giving someone money.

Have you tried getting a pool together to play a pick3 game? This prizes aren't large enough to split among a pool of players.

here are490 lines, all 56 1st barrel are there, and an 84% chance of hitting 3 numbers, i kinda messed up thinking

pb barrel was 49, well anyhow this only goves an 84% chance 1 player will hit 3 numbers, this would need to be played39 times over ,or 19110 tickets played, to get a 84% of 3+b for 1 person.

there would be a load of lower wins and ill do this barrel on last draw, but not cover the PB barrel

it matched 2 x3 hits and 23 x2 hits.

also 154 x1 hits

another option is 39 people play 1 power number ea and 10 of the wheel. they may or may not get the power number. but someone would.

i know there is leftover 100 lines that could be played by 10 more people , yet another loser. but i think we all knew this.

another option is 100 000 people pay 25$ ea into a trust and the %2 interest, it earns ina bank buys this wheel for ever more.

then you would have 100 000 ppoele pay for a raffle entry to just get that 1x 3 hit win 84% of the time. but in every draw.

or if a 100M jackpt it pays $1`k ea lol

i think the whole point of lotto is becoming increadibly wealthy without having to do math.
