496,900 at 8:00 AM Sunday.   With four more sales days (Sun. thru Wed.) a daily sales average of around 63,000 is needed for a sellout.  I expect a lot of last-minute sales on the 30th.  Personally, I'm planning on buying one ticket per day.

thanks for the update.

My grandma lives in Florida so I made sure she got a ticket. I have 2 tickets for the Kansas Millionaire raffle, odds are 1:175k tickets are $20 each. I also have 2 tickets for the Idaho Millionaire Raffle odds are 1:250K tickets are $10 Each. So Florida has the best odds and if I lived there I would be buying a few tickets. Im excited for the Kansas drawing. This will be my Last year playing the Idaho raffle... Odds are the worst Ive seen with the Millionaire raffles,  so are the second top prizes giving only 2 winners $10,000 then some $250 and $25 dollar winners.

Good Luck to everyone this New Years Drawing :)

I don't think they are going to come close to a sell-out which means better odds for us.

I bought two tickets today.  One at 8am in the 509,000 range and one at 7pm in the 521,000 range.  That means only 12K to 15K tickets will be sold today.  They need to sell 110,000 on 12/29 and on 12/30 for a sell-out.  Not likely to happen.  Given the drop in sales, I bet it finishes in the low 600,000s.

I think the $300M powerball jackpot are cannibalizing sales for the raffle.

I know it did for me.  I made the trip with the original intention of getting two raffle tickets.  However, I only purchased one raffle and some powerball tickets.

I heard the drawing will be canceled if all the tickets aren't sold.

Please read the official rules on the FL Lottery website.  I don't believe what you are saying is accurate.

What he said is not accurate.  If anything, the drawing would be postponed, not cancelled.  But I don't believe there is even anything in the rules about The Florida Lottery having the discretion to postpone the drawing. The Pennsylvania Lottery does retain the right to postpone their Millionaire Raffle.

And more more thing; enough tickets have already been sold to make this drawing profitable.  Why would The Florida Lottery risk alienating players by postponing it when enough tickets have already been sold to put them in the black?  G5

About playing the lottery --  You will lose more than you win. Until you hit a jackpot.  Then everything changes!

528,300 at noon Tuesday.  221,700 more needed for a sellout.  I don't think that's going to happen - good news for all ticket holders!

lol, that makes better odds for those of us that bought tickets! I wonder if they'll do another raffle next holiday season, I hope they do these have the best odds of winning a large amount of money.
