The Happy Halloween KACHING Report (10/31)

Bwahahahahaha!  Welcome to me ghostly lair of torture, blood, and creatures! Red Devil

Nah....not really.  It might be a lair, but it's mostly winners, cash, and luck. Smile

Saturday:

$10 (5 x $2) on $5 Merry Money

2 free tickets and $2 ($2) on 3 $1 Holiday Cash

$2 (2 x $1) on $2 Instant Win For Life

$3 (3 x $1) on $2 Win It All

Free ticket on $3 Big Bucks

$20 (Jumbo $2 + 10 x $1) on $10 Jumbo Jumbo Bucks

Free ticket on $2 Loteria

Free ticket and $3 (3 x $1) on 2 $1 Junior Jumbo Bucks

Free ticket on $2 Jumbo Bucks Classic

Friday:

$3 (3 x $1) and $15 (5 x $3) on 2 $2 Stocking Stuffer

On Saturday, it was a loss of about $15.  Today, it was a $15 loss (assuming my Cash 3 and 4 don't win anything) because I bought a $10 Jingle Jumbo Bucks and didn't win anything.

The KACHING Meter for October 31, 2008:  6.8

My mom got luckier than I did on those $2 Stocking Stuffer tickets today.  She hit $20 on her 1st one (5 x $3 + 5 x $1 via bill "win all").  She also wound up with $3 ($3) and a free ticket to go with it.

Until next time, may you have a safe and happy Halloween and all your tickets not be ghastly....but rather be winners. Big Grin

P.S.  If you have kids.....please do be extra careful tonight.  Check their candy, put something reflective on their costumes (or give them a flashlight), keep an eye on them, etc.

The KACHING Report 10/24

I don't know when I'll start doing KACHING Reports on YouTube.  I'm still trying to decide on some stuff relating to how I'll do the videos.

Anyway, here we go.....

Saturday's slowplaying:

$4 and a free Win For Life quick pick (4 x $1 + WFL) on $2 Instant Win For Life

2 back-to-back free tickets on 2 $2 Jumbo Bucks Classic

$10 ($10) on $5 $500,000 Player's Club

Free ticket on $5 $500,000 Hold 'Em Poker

$20 (8 x $2 + 4 x $1 via rake "win all") on $3 Winfall

Other wins on Saturday after the slowplaying:

$4 and a free Win For Life quick pick ($2 + 2 x $1 + WFL) and $5 ($5) on 2 $2 Instant Win For Life

$50 ("21" $10 + $15 + 3 x $5) on $5 Blackjack Showdown (see a previous blog post of mine)

2 back-to-back free tickets on 2 $1 Monopoly

$5 ($3 + $2) on $2 Instant Win For Life

Free ticket on $5 Blackjack Showdown

Tuesday (before work):

$2 ($2) on $1 Roll 'Em

2 free tickets on 2 $2 Jumbo Bucks Classic

Friday:

Free ticket on $5 Merry Money

The KACHING Meter for October 24, 2008:  12.9

Tuesday and Friday were both losses of $10.  Saturday's profit was pretty nice.

I'll probably go do some slowplaying tomorrow at that good ol' place tomorrow.

The wind has been blowing here like crazy (knocking the power out countless times since yesterday morning) and it's been raining all day.  Generally, when it rains, I tend to have good luck on lottery tickets.  Didn't seem like it today, though.

Speaking of weather and lotto luck, I'll share some wins that I remember before my area got socked with some weather.

I don't remember the year, but we were expecting a snow storm in north GA one December.  I went out and bought a $5 ticket.  I remember hitting all 15 number matches for a bunch of $1s and $2s totalling $20.

Before Hurricane Ivan (I think that's what it was) nailed parts of GA a few years ago, I went out and bought some tickets.  I hit $5 on a $2 ticket at one store.  We stopped by another store, I cashed it in, and bought 2 of another $2 ticket and bought a $1 ticket.  Didn't hit anything on the $1 ticket, but on one of the $2 tickets.....I think it was called "Great 8s"......I wound up hitting so many 8s to where I won $48.  (there were 2 versions of Crazy 8s around that time.....one where you scratched off a play area and counted up the 8s and checked a chart to see how much you won -- the other was "get an 8, win prize.....get "Crazy" and win all 10 prizes).  After getting home, the power starts flickering and goes out for a bit.

Well, until next time, may your power stay on and may your tickets win you some moolah. Smile

A test...

I've been fooling around with Windows Movie Maker (and Microsoft Paint) and I'd like to see what you think of this.....

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7j23jnFsd4c

I'm highly thinking about bringing my KACHING Reports to this particular medium. Smile

Is there anything I could improve on that video or any suggestions for it?  Remember.....I'm not a pro with this video editing stuff (although I've had some past experience with it......but I'm working with Windows Movie Maker, not some $1,000+ suite of fancy programs).  Thanks a bunch!

Until next time, may your tickets start hitting up on some moolah. Big Grin

Hmmm...my luck is like a bouncy spring...

This is why I say that......

Last weekend (and week), my luck went down with the stock market.  Today, my luck bounced, like a spring, back to what seems to be normal for me. Razz

As you can see, I hit $50 on the $5 Blackjack Showdown ("21" $10 + $15 + 3 x $5) and $5 on the $2 Instant Win For Life.  I also did some slowplaying today and hit a few winners which I'll recap on next week's KACHING Report.

This pretty much makes up for my bad luck last week.  I love winners like this. Smile

Until next time, may all your tickets win you a few bucks. Big Grin

The KACHING Report 10/17

Saturday's slowplaying:

Free ticket on $1 Junior Jumbo Bucks

$25 (5 x $5) on $20 GA Lottery 15th Anniversary Millionaire Extravaganza

Free ticket on $1 5-Star

$2 ($2) on $2 Instant Win For Life

Overall........it was U-G-L-Y.

Friday:

$2 (2 x $1) on $2 Instant Win For Life

Overall.......it was U-G-L-Y.

The KACHING Meter for October 17, 2008:  3.1 -- almost the bare minimum

One word, spelled out, describes this week:  O-U-C-H Bash

My luck must have been the stock market in disguise.......when it went down like it did, so did my luck on scratchers.

Work has been.......the usual.  Life has been........the usual.  Miss Kitty has been......the usual (her lazy self Razz ).  That's about it.

Until next time, may your luck be a lot better than mine. Smile

The KACHING Report 10/10

Didn't get to post this yesterday because I had to work.  I didn't get back from work until around 1:15 this morning.

I'm going to try to make this quick, because I'm soon to be headed to that good ol' place for slowplaying scratchers. Big Grin

Saturday (some slowplaying):

$2 ($2) on $2 Instant Win For Life

$3 ($3) on $1 Roll 'Em

Free ticket on $1 Roll 'Em

$3 ($2 + $1) on $2 Win It All

$2 (2 x $1) on $1 Junior Jumbo Bucks

Free ticket on $2 Wild Cherry Doubler

Free ticket on $2 Red Hot & Wild 7s

Free ticket on $2 Mega Bucks

$2 ($2) on $2 Instant Win For Life

$2 and a free Win For Life quick pick ($2 + WFL) on $2 Instant Win For Life

$2 (2 x $1) on $2 Instant Win For Life

Monday (before work):

$6 (3 x $2) and $30 (10 x $3 via moneybag "win all") on $8 worth of $2 Instant Win For Life (see last blog post for both of these)

Wednesday (before (and while I was at...) work):

2 $2 winners (both $2) on 2 $2 Instant Win For Life

$2 on Win For Life (3 of 6)

Thursday (on my day off):

$2 ($2), $6 and a free Win For Life quick pick (3 x $2 + WFL), and $2 (2 x $1) on 3 $2 Instant Win For Life tickets

Friday (before (and while at) work):

$2 and a free Win For Life quick pick (2 x $1 + WFL) on $2 Instnat Win For Life

Free ticket on $5 Giant Jumbo Bucks

Free ticket on $2 Win It All

Free ticket on $1 Roll 'Em

Free ticket on Fantasy 5 (2 of 5)

Overall on Friday, I lost $12.

Monday was sweet hitting those $36 in winners and also finding out that my Cash 3 had hit the night before (remember.....as I said in my last blog post, because that Cash 3 ticket was purchased last week, even though the draws were through earlier this week, the last week's KACHING meter gets the credit -- if I hit anything on Cash 3 or Cash 4 this week, because it was purchased Thursday, it would go toward this week's KACHING even if I won on......Tuesday, for example).

The KACHING Meter for October 10, 2008:  8.7

My mom did get luckier than I on Thursday.  She hit $15 and a Win For Life quick pick (3 x $5 + WFL, if you're curious).  She loves the Instant Win For Life tickets like I do. Smile (she doesn't play as much as I do.....but when she first bought some after they first came out, she hit a total of $12 and a free Win For Life quick pick -- don't remember the exact winners....I think it was $10 ($10) and $2 and a quick pick ($2 + WFL)).

Until next time, may all your tickets win you some moolah (and maybe some free tickets that eventually win you some more moolah). Big Grin

That $40 in Cash 3 that I found about this morning wasn't the only good news of the day...

I'll start off with the Cash 3 for those who didn't read the forum post in the Pick 3 forum......

Thanks to JADELottery's Pick 3/4 Selector, I hit 381 straight on a $0.50 box play for $40 yesterday evening (but I found out about it this morning when I checked my numbers).  I used Jade's program to determine what numbers I was going to play for Cash 3 and Cash 4.  Had I played $0.50 straight, it woulda been $250 instead of $40, but I decided to play box because I didn't want to wait a year and a 1/2 to 2 years waiting to hit a pick straight on (knowing my luck, that would have been the case).

Before I went to work, I stopped by a package store to cash in 3 winners on 3 $2 Instant Win For Life tickets totalling $6 and a free Win For Life quick pick.  I also had a $2 winner from Saturday night's Win For Life drawing.  I used that $8 and bought 4 $2 Instant Win For Life tickets.  I wound up with this......

......I've had insane luck on these tickets.  I think I'm going to have luck similar to the old $2 Money Bags tickets that existed back in 2005 on these Instant Win For Life tickets.  $30 and a $6 winner out of $8 worth of tickets..........wowzers. Oogle

I should also mention, since I'm doing this blog post, because my Cash 3 and Cash 4 tickets were bought last week, the winnings go on last week's KACHING Meter.  So, with the $40 box win and the $2 Win For Life win as a result from last Thursday's winners, the KACHING Meter for October 3 has jumped from 31.3 to a 35.5 (still 2nd all time by about 2.something).

I just checked the numbers for Cash 3 evening and watched the Cash 4 drawing a few minutes ago and didn't hit either today.  Hey, I'm still happy that I finally hit something for the 1st time on Cash 3 and then hit this $30 winner soon after. Big Grin

Until next time, may you hit your pick 3 and 4 tickets (and hopefully straight on and played straight or straight/box Wink ) for some moolah. Smile

The KACHING Report 10/3 (and it's B-I-G)

This one's a biggie.....here we go:

Saturday:

Went slowplaying at the tobacco mart.  The winners......

$2 (2 x $1) on $1 Spooky Loot

Free ticket on $2 Win It All

$3 ("cherry" $1 + $1) on $2 Wild Cherry Doubler

$2 ($2) on $2 Mega Bucks

$10 ($10) on $2 Cut The Deck

$20 ($20) on $10 Cash Explosion

$30 (3 x $10) on $20 GA Lottery 15th Anniversary Millionaire Extravaganza

$5 (2 x $2 + $1) on $3 Big Bucks

$10 (#$2 + 6 x $1) on $5 Red Hot Numbers

Free ticket on $2 Jumbo Bucks Classic

$3 ($2 + $1) and a free ticket on 2 $2 Red Hot & Wild 7s

$8 ($8) on $5 $500,000 Player's Club

Overall it was a little bit of a profit.  I did let that $20 Cash Explosion winner ride on that $20 Millionaire Extravaganza ticket and it paid off with that $30 winner.

Later on, I went to a package store and bought a $10 Cash Explosion, 2 $2 Betty Boop, and a Cash 4 quick pick to see if I could nail an instant $15 winner (with no luck again).  I hit $3 ($3) on one of the Betty Boop tickets and I hit another $20 winner (4 x $5) on the Cash Explosion.

After going to a thrift store, I stopped by another store to cash in those winners.  I bought another $10 Cash Explosion and a $3 Winfall.  I wound up hitting $25 ($20 + $5) on the Cash Explosion.

Sunday:

After getting off of work, I took my $25 winner and decided to let it ride (something I don't do too often but decided to after having a gut feeling).  I bought 2 $10 $150,000,000 Slots of Luck, 4 $1 5-Star, and a Cash 4 quick pick.  There was a small delay, as the lady working the register had to get help from a manager on how to do a Cash 4 quick pick.  He showed her how to do it.....asking me stuff along the way (like "$0.50 or $1?", "Which way?" (as in straight, box, or straight/box -- I chose str/box)).  After he pushed the final button, I heard a sound explode from the lottery terminal......

"YOU'RE A WINNER!"

.....I had FINALLY hit an instant $15 winner during the $15 Days Cash 4 promotion.  The lady asked me "You want the cash?" and I said "Sure!".

I went home and, after changing out of my work clothes and into something more comfortable, scratched off those tickets.  I hit 2 free tickets on 2 of the 5-Star tickets.  On the 2nd Slots of Luck ticket, I hit $16 ($16).

Monday:

I decided, based on the same gut feeling as I had Sunday, to let that $18 in scratcher winners ride.  It was the last day of the $15 Days promotion for Cash 4.  I decided to buy a $10 Milionaire Mania, 7 $1 Spooky Loot, and a straight/box Cash 4 quick pick.  I didn't hit another instant win, but I did hit a free ticket on one of the Spooky Loot and I hit $20 (2 x $10) on the Millionaire Mania.

Tuesday:

2 new instant games came out that day....the $2 Instant Win For Life and the $1 Roll 'Em.  I decided to not let it ride this time around.....I kept $15 of that $21 in cash and bought 2 of the Instant Win For Life and 2 of the Roll 'Em tickets.  I wound up hitting a free ticket on one of the Roll 'Em tickets.  On the Instant Win For Life.......boy was it good.  I hit a $20 winner ($20) and a $2 winner ($2).  This was on the way to work.....so I didn't cash them in until Thursday.

Thursday:

While we were out getting gas (which, actually, was easy to find despite the gas situation happening in the SE US), my mom and I decided to buy some tickets.  For myself, I cashed in those $23 worth of winners and got 5 $2 Instant Win For Life and 3 $1 Spooky Loot.  I also bought some Cash 3 and Cash 4 tickets (using the advance play)....as I'm going to try to start playing those a bit more.  I chose 381 and 3685 using JADELottery's Pick 3/4 Selector program.  The Cash 3 is 6 draws with $0.50 box ($3 total) and the Cash 4 is $7 for 7 draws with $1 straight/box.  I hit a free ticket on the 3rd Spooky Loot.  The Instant Win For Life tickets went like this:

$3 and free Win For Life quick pick (3 x $1 + WFL -- counts as 0.4 on KACHING Meter), $5 ($3 + $2), $3 ($3), loser, and it ended with a $10 winner (2 x $5).  4 of the 5 tickets were winners.

Friday:

Based on the same gut feeling as earlier this week, I let that $22 ride (and claimed my Win For Life quick pick) and bought 11 of the Instant Win For Life tickets.  Normally, when I let it ride like that, I normally buy the $10 tickets along with some $1 tickets (if it's something like letting $22 or $23 ride or something like that).  Here's what happened (Note:  sorry if the image is way too massive -- but the quality became awful when I tried to shrink the picture using Microsoft Photo Editor.  Also, I couldn't fit all 7 tickets in full, so you'll see only the play areas of 2 tickets in the lower-left corner.)........

.......yes.....7 of the 11 tickets were winners in the form of a $10 winner ($10), $20 and a Win For Life quick pick (4 x $5 + WFL), $6 ($3 + $2 + $1), $15 and a Win For Life quick pick (3 x $5 + WFL), $5 ($3 + $2), $2 ($2), and $6 (3 x $2).  I couldn't believe it.

Edit:  Just FYI, since you can't see the ticket number on that lower left corner ticket play area, that was ticket #104.  That $5 ($3 + $2) winner was the 1st of 3 consecutive winners (see #s 105 and 106 in the pic).

The KACHING Meter for October 3, 2008:  31.3 -- 2nd all time since I began the KACHING stuff.  Also, since I have a Win For Life quick pick and it was obtained today, this could change if I win something on that quick pick tomorrow night.

Until next time, may all your tickets be nothing but winners.....and if you buy a bunch of tickets, may you hit a streak like I did with today's Instant Win For Life tickets. Smile

Random stuff + KACHING Update

I'll start with the KACHING update.....

The KACHING Meter got knocked up to a 6.3 after last night's Mega Millions drawing.  I hit a white ball and the mega ball.

I went down to that tobacco mart today.  I'll post the winners on the next KACHING Report.

Last night wasn't as bad as I thought it would have been.  I had a list of things to do that was about the size of the Empire State Building.  I wound up getting most of it done, but because of certain supplies running out, I couldn't completely finish everything (which the bosses completely understand -- they always tell me to get what I can done with what I've got).  I thought it was going to be crazier than it was.........but the head guys told me business was actually slower than usual last night.

A recent comment on my last blog post gave me a slight idea of possibly starting to play the numbers games (Cash 3/4, Fantasy 5, etc.) a little bit more often.  I've never had much luck when it came to the numbers games.  Also, the only time I've really played the numbers games is when Mega Millions gets to $100 Million or better or when I've got buy-one-get-one-free Player's Club coupons.

Until next time, may all your tickets win you some goodies. Smile

The KACHING Report - 9/26

I'm posting this early because I've gotta work today (1st Friday I've had to work since I started -- and I dread tonight).

Saturday:

On my birthday, I went to Outback Steakhouse.  It was pretty good.  After I ate, I went to that shopping center where the Goodwill, K-Mart, and that tobacco mart are located.  Unfortunately, that tobacco mart was closed.....so I went to the K-Mart to slow play some tickets.  Unfortunately.....they didn't have much of a selection, so I didn't do much slowplaying.  Here's what I hit:

$3 ($2 + $1) and $5 ("star" $1) on a couple of $1 5-Star

Free ticket on $2 $50,000 Bling

Free ticket and $3 ($3) on a couple of $1 League Night

$2 ($2), $3 ($3), a free ticket, and $4 (4 x $1 via 21 "win all") on 4 $1 Super Blackjack (with a couple of duds in between all those)

After that, I still had a couple of winners (the $4 and free ticket from the $1 Super Blackjack tickets).  I stopped by a store on the way back home and got a $5 $500,000 Player's Club.  I wound up hitting $15 ("5X" $3) on it.  I wound up breaking even overall that night.

Thursday:

I did my lotto run yesterday since I have to work today.  I took that $15 winner and bought 2 $5 $500,000 Player's Club, a $1 Spooky Loot, a straight/box quick pick on Cash 4 (once again, to see if I could snag an instant $15 winner....once again with no luck), and used my last 3 GA Lottery Player's Club coupons I had for Mega Millions.  I wound up with a free ticket on the Spooky Loot.  On the 1st $500,000 Player's Club ticket, I hit $20 ($20) (2nd was a dud).

The (possibly temporary, depending on if I win anything on my Mega Millions tickets) KACHING Meter for September 26, 2008:  6.0

As I said......I dread working tonight.  Friday is generally very busy.  We'll see if I keep my sanity after tonight. Razz

Until next time, may all your tickets snag you a few bucks. Big Grin

The KACHING Report 9/19

Here's the lowdown of the winners from this week:

Saturday (at the tobacco mart):

Free ticket on $1 Spooky Cash

$25 ("5X" $3 + $10) on $5 $500,000 Player's Club

$10 (Jumbo $1 + 5 x $1) on $5 Giant Jumbo Bucks

$5 on $2 Loteria

Free ticket on $5 $250,000 Cash

Free ticket on $5 Red Hot Numbers

Overall on Saturday, it did wind up being a small loss.

Friday (again slowplaying at the tobacco mart):

Free ticket on $2 Cashword

$10 on $2 Loteria

Free ticket on $3 $75,000 Cashword

$15 ($10 + $5) on $10 Millionaire Mania

$15 (3 x $5) and $20 (4 x $5) on 2 $10 Cash Explosion

and while cashing in those Cash Explosion winners somewhere else, I got another one and hit another $15 winner (3 x $5).

Overall......a little profit.......which is better than losing. Smile

The KACHING Meter for September 19, 2008:  13.1

Can't wait until my birthday tomorrow.  I'm gonna be eating out at Outback Steakhouse tomorrow.  That's some good stuff right there. Big Grin

While I was out, I decided to buy random quick picks on Cash 4 to see if I could snag an instant $15 winner (during this promotion the GA Lottery is doing where you can win $15 when you buy a Cash 4 ticket).  I didn't hit anything though.  We'll see how I do tonight on my Cash 4 tickets, though.  I also used up a bunch of buy-one-get-one-free coupons for Fantasy 5, Cash 3, and Win For Life.  We'll see how those do tonight and tomorrow night.

Well, until next time, may all your tickets win you some goodies. Wink

The KACHING Report 9/12

Had another good day last Saturday.  I cashed in some winners, bought some more tickets, and wound up with the following.....

$20 ($20) on $10 Cash Explosion

$25 (Jackpot $3 + $10) and $3 (3 x $1) on 2 $2 Georgia Jackpot tickets

Wednesday:

I decided to buy 5 $2 Georgia Jackpot tickets.  Didn't fare too well........only winning a free ticket.

Friday:

I noticed the store I went to Wednesday had 2 tickets that I used to have good luck on that I haven't seen in forever......even though the GA Lottery hasn't retired them yet (and they still have grand prizes left)....the $2 Lucky Dog and Fat Cat tickets.  I bought a couple of each on a whim from Wednesday (that I should have followed then and maybe I woulda had more than a free ticket).  I wound up with 2 $3 winners on the Fat Cat tickets ($2 + $1 and 3 x $1).  2 of the 3 Lucky Dog tickets were winners.......in the form of a $3 winner ($3).....and the last one of the 3 (the middle was a dud).......5 dog bones for a nice $24 winner ($12 + 4 x $3).  Not too shabby. Big Grin

Chances are I'll be gone to my favorite place to slow play tickets tomorrow.  Hopefully I'll pull off another $50 winner (or something better) like I did last week. Wink

I can't wait until next Saturday.........it's my birthday and I'll turn 23.  I feel old despite being 22. Razz

About last Sunday's race at Richmond.........I loved it when Dale Jr. tapped Kyle Busch and put him into the wall.  That was another sweet sight to see. Big Grin

Until next time, may all your lucky dogs, cats, and whatever other animals you may have bring you good luck and may your tickets win you some dough. Smile

(and speaking of animals.....when the GA Lottery was announcing they wanted animal pictures for the Lucky Dog and Fat Cat games, I highly considered sending Miss Kitty's picture in.....but I didn't.  I should have, though.)

KACHING, KACHING, and More KACHING (9/5)

Pretty good day today.  I'll get to that later.

On Saturday, I wasn't able to slowplay tickets because that tobacco mart was closed for the holiday weekend and the nearby K-Mart's lotto vending machine wasn't working.  So, I went to some other stores while I was out shopping and ran across these (in no particular order):

$5 and $10 on 2 $2 Loteria tickets

$9 (2 x $3 + 3 x $1) on $3 Winfall

2 free tickets on 2 $3 Lotto South Cash

2 $10 winners (both 2 x $5) on 2 $5 Harley Davidson Rides & Riches

Free ticket on $10 Millionaire Mania

On Sunday, I cashed in some tickets and got a $10 Jumbo Jumbo Bucks.  I wound up with a $10 breakeven (3 x $2 + 4 x $1).

Now we come to today......

Before I went to that tobacco mart, I had to go to the doctor to refill my blood pressure medicine and to get the doctor to check out my left foot (more on this later).  After that.....we went down there and I go in and start my slow playing.  Here's the rundown.....

Free ticket on $2 Loteria

Free ticket on $2 Wild Cherry Doubler

$3 (3 x $1) on $2 Betty Boop

Free ticket on $2 Mega Bucks

Free ticket on $2 Win It All

$20 (4 x $3 + 8 x $1 via rake "win all") on $3 Winfall

Free ticket on $2 Jumbo Bucks Classic

Free ticket on $2 Cashword

Free ticket on $5 Harley Davidson Rides & Riches

Free ticket on $5 Red Hot Numbers

That's not all.  Before I get to the last ticket of the slowplaying session and 3 more tickets after that.......with the exception of the $2 Jumbo Bucks Classic, I hit all those winners on the 1st or 2nd ticket.  It did take 5 duds to get to that free ticket on the $2 Jumbos....but that was the worst of things.  After that free ticket on the $5 Red Hot Numbers, I decided to get a $5 $250,000 Cash.  It was a dud, so I pulled out another $5 bill and got another one.  I saw an unusual combination of prizes after scratching off the first 4 prizes, which got me thinking, "Do I have a truck for all 15 prizes here?"

Turns out.......I was right. Big Grin  I hit the truck symbol for all 15 prizes.....10 $4s and 5 $2s for $50.

I still had $13 left in my wallet and 3 GA Lottery Player's Club coupons in my pocket.  Later on, I stopped by a store before going to Walgreens to drop off my prescriptions.  I took $10 of that $13 and bought 5 $2 Georgia Jackpot tickets.  I took the remaining $3 and used it with those Player's Club coupons for a buy-one-get-one-free with Fantasy 5, Cash 3, and Win For Life (I'm saving my Cash 4 and Mega Millions coupons for later......Cash 4 for when a special promotion starts on Sept. 15th (and goes through Sept. 30th) where the terminal will spit out random $15 instant-wins when you buy a Cash 4 ticket).  Oh yeah.....if I win on the Fantasy 5, Cash 3, or Win For Life tickets....because they were purchased today and the KACHING week is Sat. through Fri., they count toward this week's KACHING (even though the Win For Life drawing isn't until tomorrow).  I scratched off the 5 Georgia Jackpot tickets and wound up with these......

(FYI, I don't normally do this unless I have a $30 or greater winner......I just felt like scanning these and posting them Razz )

3 of the 5 were winners.....a Jackpot $2 for $10, a $5 winner (via 5 x $1), and a free ticket.  Not too shabby.  Big Grin

About my foot from earlier in this blog post.........my left foot has been bothering me since I started my job in late July.  It's been getting progressively worse and got unbearable Tuesday and Wednesday.  I went to the doctor and she advised me to get a specific type of insoles for my shoes (which I now have....got 'em at Wal-Mart).  She also gave me some steroid pills to help the tendons (sp?) and stuff in my foot.  She said that if that didn't help, that I'd have to get some steroid shots and be referred to a nearby foot doctor.  She knew what I was talking about and going through.......she told me that a few months ago, the very same thing happened to her and she wound up having to take the steroid shots.  Hopefully the insoles and steroid pills will work.

Oh great.....I just thought of something.  I wonder if everyone's gonna put asterisks next to all my winners and claim the steroids helped me win. Big Grin Angel

Until next time, may all your tickets win you some moolah! Smile

A very comfy hairball...

Here's those pictures of Miss Kitty I was talking about.....

A couple of days ago, I saw Miss Kitty doing something I don't recall ever seeing her do before.  She rolled over against the pillows on the back of the couch and laid down on her back for a long period of time.  As you know by now, I couldn't resist taking a couple of pictures and rubbing her belly afterwards.  She was one comfy furball.....doing nothing but purring.

Oh yeah......I did buy tickets yesterday....but I didn't get to slowplay.  I had totally forgotten that the owner of that tobacco mart near that Goodwill was going to be on vacation until the day after Labor Day (or was it the day after that?  I can't exactly remember) and the store was going to be closed for a few days.  So.....I went to the K-Mart on the opposite side of the Goodwill.  I got change..........only to discover that the vending machine was out of order.  I wish they had told me that before I got change. Bang Head  I did hit some winners, which I'll post on next week's KACHING Report (had a little bit of profit).

Well, until next time, may your tickets win you some dough. Big Grin
