The KACHING Report 8/29

From Saturday, here's the lowdown on my winning tickets from my slowplaying session:

$5 (5 x $1) on $1 Junior Jumbo Bucks

$5 (Star $1) on $1 5-Star

$9 (Bling $2 + 3 x $1) on $2 $50,000 Bling

$4 (2 x $2) on $2 Red Hot & Wild 7s

Free ticket on $2 Jumbo Bucks Classic

$15 ($10 + $5) on $5 Giant Jumbo Bucks

Free ticket on $10 Millionaire Mania

Free ticket on $1 Junior Jumbo Bucks

and from later on at various stores (because the slowplaying session didn't last too long and the $4, $2 ticket, $15, $10 ticket, and $1 ticket winners came from an all-at-the-same-time-before-I-left purchase).....

2 free tickets and $4 ($2 + 2 x $1) on 3 $2 Red Hot & Wild 7s

Free ticket on $1 5-Star

$7 (2 x $2 + 3 x $1) on $3 Mighty Mega Bucks1

Free ticket on $5 Harley Davidson Rides & Riches1

$3 (3 x $1) on $2 Win It All

$5 ($5) on $1 5-Star

Free ticket on $2 Georgia Jackpot

....and from today's $12 worth of tickets:

$5 on $2 Loteria

2 free tickets on 2 $3 Winfall

$2 (2 x $1) on $2 Georgia Jackpot

The KACHING Meter for August 29, 2008:  10.5

Profit-wise from Saturday's tickets, it was a nice profit.

1At the particular store where I bought these tickets, they sold a $1 Million winner on a $10 Cash Explosion.  It's a fairly new package store that recently (as in a couple months ago) started selling tickets.

I do plan on going and slowplaying tickets at that tobacco mart tomorrow.......before I do, I have to go to the Goodwill to look for some more pants.  The buttons mysteriously popped off of 2 pairs (both fell off in the dryer)......leaving me with only 1 useful pair of pants for work.

Oh yeah.......I've got a couple more pictures of Miss Kitty.  I'll upload them when I get the chance. Smile

Until next time, may all your tickets win you some moolah. Big Grin

Time for a new LP avatar and desktop background in '09 - Sorenson to Gillett Evernham

According to Jayski.com, Reed Sorenson is heading to Gillett Evernham Motorsports for the 2009 Sprint Cup season.  It's about time he got off that sinking Titanic they call Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sebates.  They haven't announced sponsorships or car numbers yet.  GEM has been rumored, according to some sources, to be wanting to start a 4th Sprint Cup team.  However, there have also been talks of Patrick Carpentier not coming back to the #10 car next year, as well.

I hope Reed does well next year with GEM.  I really do.

Slightly off the topic of Reed going elsewhere next year.........I loved it when Carl Edwards spun Kyle Busch around during the cool down lap after Kyle rammed him.  That was a sweet sight to see. Big Grin  I await the day that someone gives Kyle the same treatment Kurt Busch got from Jimmy Spencer one race. Big Smile

May all your tickets win you something soon. Smile

Yeah Baby! Yeah!

On the way back from dropping off my mom's car, I stopped by a store and bought 5 $2 Red Hot & Wild 7s tickets.  After the 1st one.......

.....my jaw dropped.  My gut told me to get this particular kind of ticket because a guy who bought some tickets at that tobacco mart where I slowplay tickets told me he won $577 TWICE off of those tickets from that very same store I went to.  Wowzers......red 7 for 7x $10 for $70.  I also hit $7 ($4 + 3 x $1) and a free ticket along with 2 duds.  3 of the 5 tickets were winners.

Well........the KACHING meter just went from 6.4 to a 14.3.

If I go to that tobacco mart tomorrow, I hope the guy running the place has enough to cash that bad boy in. Big Grin

Good night everyone.  May your Mega Millions or other kinds of tickets win ya something tonight. Smile

The KACHING Report 8/22 (and the missing 8/15)

The reason I didn't post a KACHING Report last week was because my luck went down the toilet.  I didn't meet the $30 worth of winners requirement for me to post it that week.  I'll include it with this one, though.

The 8/15 KACHING:

Saturday:

$2 (2 x $1) on $2 Georgia Jackpot

Friday:

$3 ($3) on $2 Win It All

2 free tickets on 2 $2 Win It All

The KACHING Meter for 8/15 was a 0.9 -- not good at all....both winner-wise and profit-wise.  I also didn't buy very many tickets last week, either......because of being busy with work and other stuff.

The 8/22 KACHING:

Saturday:

I decided to buy $10 worth of tickets.  I bought 3 $1 5-Star, 2 $1 GA Lottery 15th Anniversary, and a $5 Red Hot Numbers.  I wound up hitting $2 ($2) and a free ticket on 2 of the 5-Star tickets.  I hit a free ticket on a GA Lottery 15th Anniversary ticket.  The big one, however, was the Red Hot Numbers.  On the 16th day of August, I hit all 16 numbers for $1 each for $16.

Thursday:

A friend of mine was supposed to come over and we were supposed to hang out, go out, eat lunch, and do some other stuff.  However, at 10 AM, he called me and he sounded really sick.......and he was.  So, out went those plans. Unhappy  About 10 minutes after the call, I had a thought........I needed to do some more work on a family member's computer to get it back into great shape again (it was running decently after the 1st bit of work....but it could have used more).  So, I called her up and she came to pick me up.  I asked if she would drop me by a store to cash in those $20 worth of winners from Saturday....and she said she didn't mind.

I go into the store and buy 5 $1 5-Star tickets and take the rest in cash.  On the 1st one, I hit $10 ($10).  On the last one, I hit $15 ($15).  $25 off of 5 $1 tickets......never had 2 nice winners that close on $1 tickets before (as far as I can remember).  We went to another store (because she needed something and that store didn't have it......can't remember what, though) and I cashed in those tickets and bought 3 $1 5-Star and 2 $1 GA Lottery 15th Anniversary and took the rest in cash.  I wind up hitting $2 ($2) on a 15th Anniversary and end up hitting a $2 ($2) and $3 ($3) winner on 2 of the 5-Star tickets.  I decided to let that $7 ride and bought 2 $2 Win It All and 3 $1 15th Anniversary tickets from another roll (they had 2 rolls going).  I wound up with a free ticket on a Win It All and 2 free tickets on 2 of the 15th Anniversary tickets.  I get more tickets and wound up with nothing.  Profit-wise.......it was a very good day. Thumbs Up

Friday:

Not much luck today.  I wound up with a free ticket and $2 (2 x $1) on 2 $1 5-Star tickets and a free ticket and $3 (3 x $1) on a couple of $2 Georgia Jackpot tickets.  I let those winners ride and wound up with nothing.  It was a $10 loss overall.  *shrugs shoulders*

The KACHING Meter for August 22, 2008:  6.4

I do have good news, though.  I might be going to my favorite place to slowplay tickets tomorrow (and where I hit that $30 Mighty Mega Bucks winner a few weeks ago).  So.......hopefully I'll wind up with a nice winner or two. Big Grin

Work has been a little tiring......but it's making me money....and getting tired is kinda part of having a job, so I guess you could say things have been normal. Razz

Well.......I've gotta get going here soon.  My mom's car is needing some work, so we're going to drop it off.  If another car we have isn't being used or needed tomorrow, that's when we might head down to the Goodwill and all that good stuff down there.

Until next time, may all your tickets win you a few bucks. Smile

Has anyone ever...

.......misread a work schedule located at work and come into work on a day you weren't supposed to come in?

It happened to me today.  I went to work and noticed that my name wasn't on the "war plan" (paper stating what station each person will be at for that day).  I looked up to discover that there was nothing in my block for today.  I asked the shift managers if the schedule changed any....and they said that the schedule never changed.  It turns out........I had misread the schedule.  I mistaked my row for another guy's row of days and times to come in (I actually work Sunday through Wednesday instead of Saturday through Tuesday).  Everyone told me I wasn't the first and won't be the last to do that. Razz

In a way, it was a good thing I came in.  We've got new uniforms (a new apron and hat, too) and I had to sign some papers for them and sign stating I was aware of a new policy change about getting sick (IIRC, they added some more sicknesses where you MUST contact the manager and probably not come into work until a doctor gives you the ok -- that was pretty much it).  I need to put those new uniforms, apron, and hat into the washer (and dryer for the uniforms and apron) so they'll be ready for tomorrow evening.  Before I left, I did ask if they needed any help.  They told me that they were pretty well staffed for tonight and didn't need any help.

Oh yeah.....starting next week, my hours get cut down by 1 each day I work.  *shrugs shoulders*  At least it wasn't more than that. Smile

Until next time, may all your tickets win something for ya. Big Grin

On second thought... + Other stuff

......that KACHING Meter isn't right.....as of right now anyway.  I went to the local Kroger and bought some tickets.  I hit $10 ($10) on a $5 Harley Davidson Rides & Riches, $5 (5 x $1) on a $1 GA Lottery 15th Anniversary, and a free ticket on a $1 Blackjack Attack.  I lost a couple of bucks, though.  *shrugs shoulders*

So, the KACHING Meter should be updated to a 6.6 for today. Smile

Well......gotta get ready to head on to work tomorrow.  I've gotta work the next 4 days, which means I'll have to crank up the VCR to record part of Sunday's Sprint Cup race at Watkins Glen.

Speaking of road courses and stuff.......I'd really love to see Nascar race at Laguna Seca.  I'd like to see how those cars handle the famous corkscrew turn. Big Grin

I did have a bad, but weird, dream last night.  I had a dream that Gordon Ramsay was running the place I worked for.......and it was almost like a real-life version of Hell's Kitchen.  He was screaming, throwing dishes, and kicking trash cans.  I went outside to take a break and chatted with a girl outside who was taking a smoke break.  It was then that I woke up to find daylight through my window at approximately 7:30 in the morning.

Oh yeah.......are there any Prison Break or 24 fans out there?  I love both of those shows.  IIRC, Prison Break is coming back in September, and (also IIRC from what I heard) 24 is going to have a 2-hour special in November as a sneak peek of sorts into the next season, which will be January '09.  I can't wait for these shows to come back.  Oh yeah......Kitchen Nightmares is supposed to be coming back in September as well.  I especially can't wait for this one.......I'm crazy about Gordon Ramsay. Razz  (crazy as in I like Hell's Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares a whole lot -- get those sick thoughts out of your heads people LOL )

Well.....good night folks.  May your Mega Millions and other types of tickets win something for ya tonight. Smile

The KACHING Report 8/8 + Random Stuff

Saturday:

Had an inkling to buy a $20 GA Lottery 15th Anniversary Millionaire Extravaganza.  It turned out to be a good inkling....as I won a free ticket.  I used that ticket to get another one........nothin'.

Monday:

On the way to Wal-Mart to get some non-slip shoes, I decided to go by a store to grab 5 $1 GA Lottery 15th Anniversary tickets.  I wound up only winning a free ticket (on the 1st one).

Friday:

It was a good day today.  I hit $20 ($10 + 2 x $5) on a $10 Cash Explosion.  I also hit $5 (Jackpot $1) and a free ticket on a couple of $2 Georgia Jackpot tickets.  I also hit $2 ($2) on a $1 GA Lottery 15th Anniversary.  All the tickets bought were winners today......always a good thing. Big Smile

The KACHING Meter for August 8, 2008:  5.0

Made up a little bit today for Saturday and Monday's losses.  I'll take that over losing more any day.

From some house in GA, it's the el cheapo, no-money Randommania drawing for 8/8/08!

The first ball for today's Randommania drawing.........EZ Money!

I knew it the whole time.....from the 1st $86 Million jackpot post.  I'll leave it at that. Wink

The 2nd ball.......Bad Idea!

Thinking about it.......the whole "submit a list of scratchers to play" thing might not have been a good idea.  I still haven't ruled out doing the YouTube winner videos, though.

3rd ball.......96!

I hope Brad Coleman (the guy who's replacing J.J. Yeley starting next week at Michigan in the Sprint Cup series in the #96 DLP Toyota for Hall of Fame Racing) does pretty well.  He's one of the guys who I like from the Nationwide series.

4th ball.......4!

Speaking of Sprint Cup, Ryan Newman is supposed to announce sometime soon his plans for 2009.  I say he joins Tony Stewart and steps foot in the #4 for next year.

The 5th ball.......HOT!

I hate summer.  I like winter.  If you get hot during the winter, you can take off clothes without risking being arrested for indecent exposure. Razz

And the final ball for today's Randommania drawing.......8!

Let's see if some of you will be right about nothing but 8s showing up in today's drawings. Thumbs Up

If you have EZ Money, Bad Idea, 96, 4, HOT, and 8 in any order, you're a winner!  You win today's jackpot of 25,000 gallons of Niagra Falls!  If you matched 3 or more.......you're also a winner......of something.  If nobody matches all 6 items, the next Randommania drawing will be worth 40,000 gallons of Niagra Falls! Jester

Ok, enough of my goofyness for today.  May all your tickets be nothing but winners. Smile

The KACHING Report 8/1, new idea, + New GA Lottery Drawing set, machines, and graphics

Whew....tiring week on the job.  Saturday, I went to the Tobacco Mart near that Goodwill store again.  I started with the $1 tickets, starting from the worst overall odds (yes, worst) until I won something on all the tickets from worst to best overall odds for that price range of tickets.  I also did something else that I don't normally do in a slow playing run.......instead of buying 1 at a time, I bought 2 at a time.  It actually worked out well this time around.  Here's the list of winners, in the order that I hit them:

Free ticket on $1 Lucky 7s

Free ticket on $1 Junior Jumbo Bucks

Free ticket on $1 Super Blackjack

$10 on $1 Spicy 7s

Free ticket on $2 Jumbo Bucks Classic

Free ticket on $2 Red Hot & Wild 7s

2 back-to-back $7 winners ($2 + 5 x $1 and $7) on 2 $2 Cut The Deck

2 back-to-back $3 winners (3 x $1 and $2 + $1) on $2 Betty Boop

Free ticket and $4 back-to-back ($4 via 2 x $2) on $2 10X The Money

Free ticket on $2 Wild Cherry Doubler

and the big one.....$30 (Mega $2 + 2 x $10) on $3 Mighty Mega Bucks (see last blog post)

Prior to that, I did go to a store on the way down and cashed in a winner from last Friday (which was on last Friday's KACHING Report), got 2 more $1 Super Blackjack tickets, and hit $4 on one of them (4 x $1 via 21 "win all")

Today, I went to a store and bought myself 2 of the $5 Harley Davidson Rides & Riches tickets.  I wound up only winning a free ticket.

The KACHING Meter for August 1, 2008:  8.4

Profit-wise, it was a nice little profit, despite losing a few bucks today.

I saw something on YouTube today that gave me a bright idea.  *light bulb comes on in my head.....then immediately blows*  Do a search for a user by the name of "lotteryscratcher".  They're doing a couple of things that gave me ideas.  1....filming of winners and 2.......letting people decide what tickets to buy on a certain budget (in this user's case, it was $100).  I might do something like that in the future; however, it won't be with a $100 budget......more like $20 or something in that area.  My mother's digital camera has video capabilities, so I might experiment with them and post 'em on YouTube if possible.

Ya know........I might do this for next week's KACHING Report or my next lotto run (which might be later this evening when I go grocery shopping and go somewhere to cash in my Harley free ticket -- any winners from this evening will be added to the 8.4, FYI).  Take a look at GA Lottery's web site and pick out $20 (or less) worth of instant scratcher games and leave a comment for this blog post.  I'll randomly choose one idea and go with it as far as I can go (because some stores may not have a particular ticket....I'll try to buy what I can from the selected list).

There is a catch for this if this becomes a regular thing......if the GA Lottery releases new instant games, I might hold off on doing a list of scratchers until the next lotto run or I might put in a stipulation when I ask for a list that the list must contain at least 1 each of the new games (unless a new $20 game has been released....then I'll ask for at least 1 of the new games).....because I like to try out new games when they first come out.

Oh yeah....for the GA folks out there.....did anyone notice the new Cash 3/4 draw machines, new set, new music, and new graphics for GA Lottery's drawings?  I love 'em.  It's a change long overdue, IMO.

Until next time, may all your scratchers be nothing but big winners. Big Grin

Sweeeeeeeeeet!

I went to that tobacco mart again.  I hit a huge flurry of winners which I'll talk about in next week's KACHING Report.  I'll go ahead and tell you one of them, though......

This was the last ticket in that particular run......a nice $30 winner with the Mega $2 and 2 $10s. Big Grin

Well.....I've gotta get some clothes washed for work tomorrow.  I've got a party to go to later this evening.

Until next time, may all your tickets be nothing but big winners! Big Smile

The KACHING Report 7/25

I didn't buy many tickets this week because I started my new job (the only tickets I bought this week were from today).  I'm still very sore from my 1st 3 days on the job (I'm off until Sunday....then gotta work Sunday through Thursday).  I almost quit on the 3rd day.....but a little fresh air got me back to normal and working again.  Everything's all cool now. Wink

Today, I tried out the newest GA Lottery scratchers, the $5 Harley Davidson Rides & Riches and the $1 Super Blackjack.

At the first stop (at that store where I hit my very 1st $100 winner back in 2004), I bought 3 of the Harley tickets and 5 of the Blackjack tickets.  I didn't win squat on the Blackjack tickets, but I did manage 2 consecutive winners (1st was a dud, last 2 were winners) on the Harley tickets.  I won $10 (2 x $5) and $25 ($15 + 5 x $2) on them.

Later on, I went to another store after going to a grocery store (since we needed gas anyway), cashed in those tickets, and bought 2 more Harley tickets.  I hit a free ticket, so I used that and, instead of getting another $5 ticket, I decided to get $5 worth of $1 tickets.  I wanted to get 5 Blackjack tickets, but they only had 4, so I took those 4 and got a $1 Cash To Go ticket.  I wound up hitting $2 ($2) on one of the Blackjack tickets.

The KACHING Meter for July 25, 2008:  4.2

I'm trying to work all the soreness out of my system before Sunday.  I do know one thing.....I forgot my bloody hat at work Wednesday night. Eek  I hope they still have it up there.....or else..... Leaving

Until next time, may all your tickets be nothing but big winners. Big Grin

The KACHING Report 7/18

Oops....forgot to post this yesterday.  Razz

Saturday:

I bought 2 $2 Wild Cherry Doubler tickets and a $1 GA Lottery 15th Anniversary.  I only wound up with a free ticket on a Doubler.

Tuesday:

After voting (if you had elections in your area Tuesday, I hope you got off your butt and voted Wink ), I went and bought 5 $1 GA Lottery 15th Anniversary tickets.  Wound up with 2 free tickets.

Thursday:

Went to that same ol' place again to slow play some scratchers.  Here's the list, in no particular order:

Free ticket on $1 Spicy 7s

Free ticket on $1 GA Lottery 15th Anniversary

2 $2 winners ($2 and 2 x $1) on 2 $1 GA Lottery 15th Anniversary

Free ticket on $3 Lotto South Cash

Free ticket on $5 Giant Jumbo Bucks

Free ticket on $5 $250K Cash

and finally, a $25 winner (5 x $2 + 15 x $1) on a $10 Jumbo Jumbo Bucks

The KACHING Meter for July 17th, 2008:  5.0

Profit-wise, it was a little bit of a loss of money, as I did hit duds when I was playing.

Oh yeah.......I did fulfill my prediction a while back in a previous blog post of hitting 10 (or more) losers in a row.  Sunday, while I was out getting groceries, I used that $2 free ticket and a $10 bill and bought 12 $1 Mini Mega Bucks.  Absolutely zippo....nothing....nada (and I double checked to be sure).  So, for those of you who read this blog........I am human. Razz  (That does mark the worst streak I've ever had on lottery tickets, though.......the previous was 11 duds in a row about 2 or 3 years ago on a $2 holiday-themed ticket.  On 2 or 3 occasions, I have hit 10 duds in a row.)

Oh well......can't always have 11 of 12 tickets be winners every time. Big Grin  (and that actually happened last year....between my mother and I, we bought 12 $2 Georgia Jackpot tickets......11 of the 12 tickets were winners......all were free tickets or breakevens except for one.....a Jackpot $2 for $10 which my mother got)

Until next time, may all your tickets be nothing but big winners. Jester

More thoughts and stuff that are more random than balls in a lotto machine

First ball out of my lotto machine brain.........19.99 (it's not all whole numbers in there Razz ):

For the first time in a long time, I had some buffalo chicken kickers from Domino's.  The reason is that my local Domino's jacked up the price of an order of kickers to $7.99.  With all the lotto wins I had recently, I decided to try that "Gotham City" deal where you get one of those "Gotham City" pizzas (basicly, a large pizza with extra pepperoni), a chicken item, and a bread item (I chose the cheesy bread) for $19.99 (plus tax and delivery....and yes, I always tip the delivery guy.....and the delivery guys around here know I tip well Wink ).  Normally, I just order a 10-inch 1-topping pizza for $5.99 and add 2 cups of hot sauce for another buck and use a coupon code for a free bread item and have it delivered (and it meets minimum order.......however, I recommend doing this online, as whoever is taking your order over the phone could interpret the minimum order rule differently (as in total of everything BEFORE delivery and tax has to be $8 (depending on area) or greater, compared to online where it's $8 (or whatever your area's minimum is) after tax and delivery charge)).  I actually had that happen to me once where they interpreted the minimum delivery differently than online ordering.

Second ball:  41

Man.....what happened to Reed Sorenson in Saturday night's race?

Speaking of Reed......he's supposedly gonna race next week's Nationwide Series race at Gateway....where he's won twice before (and won last year).  Hopefully he'll do well again this year if he races. Big Grin

Third ball:  20

I knew it was probably gonna happen from the get-go.  I knew Tony Stewart was probably gonna buy half of Haas-CNC Racing and head over there next year.  Now we shall see where all the others go soon.

Fourth ball:  JOB  (ok, so there's balls with words in the machine, too Razz )

I might have me a job soon.  I've been looking around for the past month with hardly any luck whatsoever.  I won't mention where due to certain personal reasons, though.

Fifth ball:  Miss Kitty

Awwww......she's being her lazy self as I type this.  She's curled up on top of my clothes drawer on top of some blankets that have been stuffed up there for right now.  I can hear her purring.......she's got her motor running.  I thought about taking another picture of her yesterday when she was up there and had her whole body, including her head, laying flat down with her eyes closed, and purring really loud.

....and the final ball for today's Midday Randommania drawing:  5

I think I've got 5 slices of pizza left from yesterday. Razz

(Ok.....I ran outta stuff after Miss Kitty.....I had to come up with something for the 6th ball. Razz )

If you have 19.99, 41, 20, JOB, Miss Kitty, and 5 in any order, a winner is you!  You win today's jackpot of 10,000 gallons of Niagra Falls!  If you matched 3 or more, you're also a winner....of a variety of half-eaten sandwiches for 3, a counterfeit $20 bill for 4, and 4 losing Lotto South Cash scratchers from last week for 5 of 6! Big Grin

I'm in a goofy mood today. Big Smile

Until next time, may all your tickets be nothing but big winners. Jester

The KACHING Report 7/11 + Notice concerning future scratcher predictions

First, I'll start with the little notice.  It's taking too much of my time to compile the odds and everything to do all the states (and all the scratchers in those states) that have lots of info on their scratchers.  From now on, I'm halting all scratcher predictions.  I may do a state if you request it......but, if you make a request, please be specific (e.g. $1 tickets, $5 tickets, state, etc.) and I'll see what I can do.  I can't guarantee a quick response, though.

Now, to the KACHING Report.....and it's a good one.

Monday:

I went to that same ol' tobacco mart next to the Goodwill.  First thing I did was buy a $1 GA Lottery 15th Anniversary ticket......and the first thing I noticed was that all 5 of my numbers were the same.....which meant that they all matched the winning number......and all 5 of them were $3 each for $15.  Doesn't this sound familiar to me, or what?  I win $15.....take a $5 bill.....buy a $20 ticket.....and win $100.  I took that $15 winner and a $5 bill and bought a $20 ticket (a GA Lottery 15th Anniversary Millionaire Extravaganza.....same kind as the $100 winner from last week).  Guess what?  Didn't quite work out the same way. Skeptical  It was a dud.  I did hit $5 breakeven ($5) on a $5 Green and Gold, but my wallet got its butt whooped that day.  Oogle  I took one of the worst beatings on my wallet I had in a long time that day.  Don't worry......I'd make up for it slightly later on.

Tuesday:

I took a $5 bill and decided to get 5 $1 Line 'Em Up tickets.  I wound up with 4 winners.....2 free tickets, $4 (2 x $2), and $2.  I cashed them in later and decided to try a couple of new tickets....a couple of the $3 Lotto South Cash and a $2 Wild Cherry Doubler.  I wound up with only a free ticket on a Lotto South Cash.

Thursday:

I took that free ticket and a $10 bill and bought a $3 Lotto South Cash and 5 $2 Wild Cherry Doubler tickets.  Actually.....they didn't have any Lotto South Cash out when I walked in.  I asked and the guy was more than happy to pull out a fresh new roll of them and handed me the 1st one.  It wound up being a $6 winner ($6).  I also hit a free ticket, $6 (6 x $1), and $3 ($3) on the Wild Cherry Doubler tickets.

Friday:

We went out looking for bed frames.  A local thrift store didn't have one, so we went to that place that I've mentioned so many times.  Actually, my mother went into that place while I went a couple of doors down to that *other* place. Wink

I decided to start my slow playing out with a $3 Lotto South Cash (after cashing in yesterday's $17 worth of winners).  It was a dud.  Bought another one......and another dud.

(about 7 or so minutes later.....)

Bought another one (5th one).  Finally hit a winner.....$5 ($2 + 3 x $1).  I decided to switch routes and go to the $2 Wild Cherry Doubler.  It was a dud.  Bought the next one....and it was a $3 winner (Cherry $1 + $1).  I decided to switch over to the $1 GA Lottery 15th Anniversary.  First ticket....a dud.  The 2nd ticket.....

(get ready to slam on your brakes, folks)

......see for yourself.  Big Grin

I did buy me $10 more in tickets at another store later on.  Then it hit me.......today is July 11th......7-11......no wonder why I've been lucky so far today. Razz  My luck continued on those $10 worth of tickets.  I hit a free ticket on a $1 Junior Jumbo Bucks.  I bought 3 $2 Red Hot & Wild 7s and hit $3 ($2 + $1), a free ticket, and $7 (7 $1).  I also bought a $3 Lotto South Cash and won $5 ($5).  Each and every ticket was a winner.

The KACHING Meter for July 11th, the 7-11 day:  10.4

As Larry The Cable Guy would say in the Cars movie:

"I'm happier than a tornado in a trailer park!" Big Smile

Until next time, may all your tickets be nothing but big winners! Smile

Continuation of FL scratchers predictions...

Here's my predictions, good and bad, of the $10 and $20 FL scratchers.  (Remember.....there's no guarantee you'll win a dime.  Don't blame me if you don't win.)

$10 tickets:

Green Flag:  Cash Bonanza

Red Flag:  $250,000 Taxes Paid

$20 tickets:

Green Flag:  Gold Rush

Red Flag:  Lucky For Life

I know I mentioned doing a green/red flag prediction for the $30 tickets, but there's one problem......there's only 1 $30 ticket available.  There's nothing to make a comparison to.

The information I used to make these (and the other) predictions were the individual odds of each prize available for that game, the overall odds for that game, and the number of grand prizes remaining.  I compared everything and ranked everything according to a scoring system that I'm still tinkering around with.  I *might* release it to everyone when I'm done with it.  I'm going to try a few more states before I finalize this little "system."

The next state I'll look at is South Carolina.  That one will be a monster to tackle, since they tell you on their site just about everything about their scratchers except which roll of tickets at which store has a grand prize winner.  It'll take a little longer to record everything and make the comparisons and then rank the tickets.

May all your tickets be nothing but big winners. Smile

I'm going to try something -- a prediction for Florida Lottery's scratchers

I'm experimenting with something using data gathered from the FL Lottery web site.

What I'll do is give two different tickets for each denomination available.  One will be the one to buy (the "green flag").....the other will be the one to stay away from (the "red flag").  As I said.....I'm experimenting with this stuff.  As always, with any systems posted by anyone, there is no guarantee that you'll win a single dime.  I'm not responsible if you don't win a penny off of these tickets.  (Just saying this stuff to save my rear. Approve )

These are for Florida Lottery's scratchers.

$1 tickets:

Green Flag:  Green Machine

Red Flag:  9s In A Line

$2 tickets:

Green Flag:  Diamonds & 7s

Red Flag:  Wild 7s Bingo

$5 tickets:

Green Flag:  Golden 7s

Red Flag:  Super Amazing 8s

The $10, $20, and $30 tickets will come tomorrow or Thursday.  I didn't have time to compile all the odds, grand prizes, etc. and make all the comparisons and rank them using my "experimental" system tonight.

If you live in FL and read this and decide to try out my predictions......please let me know if you won anything.

I may try this with other states.  However, if a state doesn't give much info on odds and stuff, I don't know if I'll be able to make predictions for those scratchers.  I'll try.....but that's just a fair warning.  If you want me to try to do a particular state, let me know and I'll see what I can come up with.

Oh yeah......I do know that scratchers are printed off at random.  I'm just, by using odds and other information I can find about those scratcher games, trying to make predictions on good and bad tickets.

Until next time, may all your scratchers be nothing but winners. Smile  Good night everyone.....I'm getting sleepy over here.......Sleep
