It looks like it was a big profit Monday...but it actually wasn't.  There were a good bit of duds.  In addition, I went FORTEEN Fantasy 5 with EZ Match plays ($2 each instead of $1) IN A ROW with absolutely nothing.  The 15th one won $2.  It gets worse.....absolutely NONE of the 15 Fantasy 5 tickets (all of those tickets were still good for that night's drawing) matched 2 or more numbers (2 for a free quick pick).

If you've been to my Lotto Hideout lately, you may have noticed that I've begun doing odds comparisons (a.k.a. Which game do I have the best odds of hitting x-prize?) for other states' instant games (states that post their detailed instant game odds publicly).  I've completed a couple of more states (WI, IA, MN, and probably tonight, LA).  Also, when the GA Lottery gave me those detailed odds about a week or two ago, they also told me that they were in a lull when it came to promotions, so, according to them, that gives them more free time to dig up documents for older games with the detailed odds on them.  As I've noted (I think) on the site....these pages won't be updated as frequently for a number of reasons (GA is my main focus, my job, the number of states with publicly posted detailed odds, etc.)

I hope to go to the tobacco mart tomorrow and slow play (providing I don't go broke playing Fantasy 5 with EZ Match, which I plan on doing tomorrow before I start with scratchers).  It'll probably be a rainy day (which isn't always a bad thing when it comes to my lottery luck... ).

My luck has finally come back to me!  Not only that, but I heard the "YOU'RE A WINNER!!!!" sound from the lottery terminal not once, but TWICE this week for instant $15 wins for Cash 4's $15 Days promotion!

There's a little story behind the $100 Keno winner.  I had noticed that, for the past few draws before I bought that ticket, the row of 31-40 had been hitting very frequently (as in 5 or more numbers for a 10-spot game).  So....I decided on a hunch to buy a $1 10-spot play with the extra multiplier feature (making it a $2 play), playing 31 through 40 and it paid off (although I wished the multiplier wheel would have landed on 10X....that woulda been nice ).

I've also updated my Lotto Hideout with some NEW GA instant game detailed odds.  Look through the pages to find the new odds (or if you're really good at interpreting the "Recent Changes" page in all Media Wiki installations, you could look there to see what pages I've updated).

This week and month....has been really bad in terms of luck on lottery tickets.  If you look on my Lotto Hideout on the main page, you'll see for yourself.

Speaking of my Lotto Hideout, I've made a nice update to it.  Unfortunately, it wasn't more odds on GA's instant games.  However, it's an update of more odds.  You might ask "How's that?"  Well......I'm going to do odds comparisons and stuff for other states besides GA.  My newest addition to my Lotto Hideout.....Florida!  As you can tell if you go through the site, I'm working on another state and will eventually do all the states that post their detailed, consolidated (or if they post winning combos, odds for each combo, and # of tickets printed -- I can do the math and figure out consolidated odds from that) odds on their web sites.  Now, it won't be updated as frequently because there are a bunch of states and, not only am I mainly focusing on GA, but I also have a night job and other things in life to tend to.  I will try to update those other states when I can, but I can't promise frequent updates.

I've also added more videos to my YouTube channel.  I've cut back a little on my videos (to approximately once a week)...but I'm still posting them.

I just found out on Jayski.com (a Nascar news site) that Reed Sorenson isn't going to be back with Petty next year and that Petty is merging with Yates Racing and racing Fords next season.

First was sorensonfan41, then I go with sorensonfan43 for my Twitter account, now what number am I going to have to create a username for in an online handle?

Another question that comes up.....where will my favorite Nascar driver end up next season?  Earnhardt/Ganassi and the #1 team (now that Martin Truex is going to Michael Waltrip Racing and the #55)?  That's the only other guess that I can come up with.  I can't think of another full-time team that's not a "start and park" team (qualifies for the race, starts the race, runs a few laps, then parks the car and takes the 5-digit payday without doing much and using the engine and car too much).  Well....we shall see....

The new layout of my Lotto Hideout is now up and running.  The look may be familiar to some of you who use Wikipedia.

I called the GA Lottery yesterday to ask for a status update on my detailed odds requests for all of the other games.  They told me that they're still sorting through their records (Are they a little disorganized or something?  I'd think that they have this stuff in one place and easy to find.) and they'd have another batch of odds to me by Friday.  Hopefully I'll have those odds and get the Lotto Hideout updated as soon as possible (because I have my slow playing to do on Saturday and my next days off work are Monday and Wednesday).

There won't be a KACHING Report tomorrow; however, they will resume next Friday.

I've gotta finish up some stuff, get in the shower, and get ready for work.

...despite the fact that I've had experience with PHP/MySQL-based software (such as content management software (CMSes), Wikis, etc.).  So, I've opened the new home of my Lotto Hideout to the public with the layout that I already had.  I did away with the special HTML pages that I had to do because of technical difficulties with my Excel pages on my LP space.  The classic Excel pages are back on all denominations and all links (that I know of) have been changed to reflect the new domain.

I'm going to try again with a certain piece of software in a secret spot (instead of the main directory, like I was doing for the past couple of days) and see if I can get something to work.  That will happen tomorrow, as I'm going to do a new video for my YouTube channel here in a sec.  I've had all the stuff to do it....I just need to put it all together.

(Ok....so I let a small cat out of the bag.  I do kinda like what most TV shows do.....film their stuff in advance, take it to the editing room, and create the final product, but not in the same day. )

I was buying tickets all around the $2 Jumbos at the tobacco mart today.  This one was just sitting there....the next ticket to come out of the roll.  It was sitting there just waiting for someone to buy it.  Nobody bought the $2 Jumbos while I was there.  I got finished with most of the other cheap tickets and decided to go for the $2 Jumbos.....and all I had to buy was just one ticket out of that roll.

(In hindsight....I kinda wished I started with the $2 Jumbos.  I woulda spent only $2. )

The domain for the new location of my Lotto Hideout has proprogated, so I'll begin working on the new site shortly.  I don't know how long it'll take, as I could be a little while tinkering with different software and setups.

Oh yeah.....I finally gave in and got myself a Twitter account.  I don't know how much I'll update it, though...

I've decided to move my Lotto Hideout site from the LP space to a brand new location (with its own domain name).  I'm still waiting on the domain to do its propagating (sp?) and all that stuff before it becomes ready to use.  I'll probably tinker with a new design or CMS (content management system) before opening the new place to the public.  I could also do some new stuff with my new space.  I'm also able to use PHP/MySQL-based software and goodies as well (only you tech/web site geeks would know what I'm talking about ).

Today wasn't too good (will update the Lotto Hideout main page with profit/loss for month and year after I return from Myrtle Beach)....the rest of the week was ok.  Also, just to note, the profit/loss on my Lotto Hideout is for GA's tickets only.  I won't update it to reflect NC/SC tickets; however, I'm going to take a notebook and pen with me and write winners and stuff down....so I might do a special KACHING Report when I come back.

I do leave out tomorrow morning for NC (to go to my aunt and uncle's house).
