It was not anonymous, as the winner was named: Boulon Revocable Trust. Many people create trusts or corporations when they win and designate them as the "winner", which is completely legal. The actual "person winner" has majority control over the corporation or trust.

I think PB pools are legal, but only if you talk to a group based on my opinion. Photocopying is fine, but I should have a small group based on my opinion.

I think that MM sales will be allowed to continue until the case is heard. I also think that the eventual outcome, after all the appeals, will be that CA has a legal right to participate in MM. So the final outcome will be that a bunch of lawyers (from both sides) will take home more money than they would had they won a MM jackpot.

So if you buy a ticket from another state through the US mail which is illegal and let's say you are a legal citzen can you keep and cash the ticket in that state where it came from? What if you are an illegal (from any country) get a ticket sent to you through the US mail which is illegal from another illegal can you keep and cash that ticket in that state from where it came from? Maybe Columbo might have to come out of retirement for this.

Mega Millions Office Pool Advice
Hi all, I am trying to set up a small office pool to get financing so I can play more tickets using my own system. Contributions would not necessarily be equal, so I would need a legal document specifying rules and payout percentages, right? Does anyone have a fill-in-the-blanks document or know where I can find one? Thanks for your help.

That's a discrepancy. I think I will still stick with Colorado's figures, since Colorado joined powerball more recently and may have better updating. Also Colorado's figures appear in a much more legal type document. Lottoreport.com also gives my figure. Feel free to post probabilities here based on the Minnesota figure.
