A few times a three number sequence has come out in SM, but since the odds are against it because three sequenced numbers come out so infrequently, I don't like to see them on my QP either.
Are you buying the QP's with the sequenced numbers at the store near your house most of the time? If so, maybe that's a reason why you should try different stores more often. I go to different stores because I figure if the first store I pick wasn't the right one to bring me a winner, maybe the second store will be lucky, maybe the third store will be lucky, and so on.... I do the same thing with the cities and towns, if the first store I pick is in Yonkers and maybe I picked the wrong city to get lucky, then I'll buy my second ticket in the Bronx, and the third ticket in White Plains, and the fourth ticket in Scarsdale, etc... I know I get carried away with this, but it has become one of my hobbies, and even though I haven't won a big jackpot yet, it's still a lot of fun! I think I am having more fun trying to win than actually winning a big jackpot and getting the money. One lottery clerk said to me that I shouldn't be playing the lottery because I'm retired and I don't have to work anyway (lol).
Another reason I go to different stores is that I think the same store might give me the same numbers on tickets, even though I ask for separate tickets. This happened to my Mom on Saturday, she purchased two PB lines on separate tickets in the same store and she got the same PB number (last number) on them and it didn't come out, so right away she was a loser on two tickets. This could happen even if you purchase tickets at different stores, but I think the odds would be against it.
Mom stopped playing Take 5 for awhile, but decided to play again and she won $18, when she checked her ticket on the scanner a few days ago, she was so surprised she won anything, she does better than me when it comes to purchasing winning tickets, maybe I should let her buy my tickets (lol), she buys them all over the place, like I do.
It turns out that the guy who won the Extravanga scratch-off for a million in the store near my aunt's house changed his pattern, he usually bought lottery draw tickets, but this time he decided to buy a scratch-off and it paid off for him. I have played my SM and PB in that store a few times in the past, but didn't get the lucky vibes from that store so I didn't continute to go there, but I think I had those feelings because my aunt and my friend buy QP tickets there all the time, but never won anything, but intellectually I know that doesn't matter, any store can produce a winning QP or scratch-off, a player just has to get lucky.
