In your 2nd paragraph you said "but also changed the subject when he started to lose the "ARGUMENT" unless you mean something else by the word ARGUMENT??..tiggs is going to look ARGUMENT up in the dictionary and see if tiggs is wrong..Nope ARGUMENT means to ARGUE..Case closed..

Did you look up the word "IDIOT"?

It never starts out as an argument, but it ends up with an argument because the person with an ego so big that they can't fit thru the front door can't admit they were wrong. GET IT NOW?.....Or do I have to keep babysitting this 3rd grade English class?

You don't need a pizza, you need a psychiatrist.

              RL,

Work in a casino for a few years, or twenty some years, and see if you think there is such a thing as luck.

Players who know the games and the odds inside out run into buzz saws while people are literrally clueless about those things make major scores.

Let's go back to your finding the Rolex example. Let's spice it up just a little. You find the watch and go back into the restaurant. Having found the watch you order some expensive food and wine.

As the waiter brings you the wine he tells you that Mr. Guido Tarantella at the next table want to talk to you about his watch.

              GOOD LUCK!

              Scared

              CT

I don't understand what working in a casino for 20 years and watching who wins has anything

to do with luck.  Maybe it is being in the right place at the right time.  Maybe "luck" means that

I am favored over another but favored by who or what.  Maybe it is a  random event but I don't

believe in random either.  I play and I win or I loose.  I don't play the odds I play what I believe.

When I loose I don't blame the odds and when I win I don't thank my luck.  I use as all the data

that shows some sort of bias, beginning with the greatest to the least.  This gives me a better

then average outcome.  Luck is a meaningless word that is applied to a favorable outcome which

I believe had nothing to do with it.   Maybe Luck is some supernatural state of mind that can be

controlled by the person, which in this case could prove my argument.

Are you saying that Guido has the power of ESP, All he needs to do is prove the watch belongs to

him and he can have it back.  I would have ordered the steak regardless, because that's what I

              went out for.

This thread has been off topic for 4 out of 9 pages...

Here is my humble attempt to steer this topic back to where it should be, Richard Lustig's book.

I have seen Richard on TV and met him in real life a few times and didn't think much about what little information he was willing to share about his "method"  Also, any book that has 40 pages and cost $40 dollars would have to have serious information to avoid being seen as a complete scam.

Even his books sub-title of "Seven time grand prize lottery winner!" is misleading. Most of his "7" wins were in second chance scratch-off wins.  From what I can find he has won,  99k in the fantasy five,  74k in fantasy five, and his largest win was 842k on mega money. Respectable wins, but the statement, "Seven time Grand Prize Lottery Winner!" creates the illusion of greater success, after all we are talking about decades of playing.

The 40 page book offers methods for scratch-off tickets. Come on, Scratch-off ticket methodology is a joke.

                Here's the jist:

Buy at least 10 and don't play unless the grand prize is still available and enter second chance drawings...  wow...

Is that worth $40 dollars to you?

And as far as actual lottery strategies from what I have seen, the book is even less helpful..

Play the same numbers and play alot...  thanks...

Better information is available for FREE online.  Don't give this misleading trickster with enough lotto winnings to post a few press releases to take 40 dollars from you, take that money and play the lottery with it, that's really all the book says anyway...

You landed in a war zone, The battle between the lucky and the Players.  The lucky are the only ones

with a chance of winning.  The lucky believe that there is nothing you can do that will help you win and

joined LP to disscuss Quick-Picks.  This left them with very little to say concerning the lottery so they

very often attack any member that is truly searching for something that might give them an advantage.

Our post are many times turned into unreadable threads filled with useless information which in turn

requires us players to defend our rights to post an idea good or bad.   We would like very much to ban

these wondering trolls from there #1 mission but so far have not had much success.  I think that LP should

be divided into two groups the QP's and the SP's as this would stop the madness.

See...This is what I mean about Tiggs going around the forums like troll. He tried to make a point and miserably failed. He will always be a failure.

These numbers were not derived by ESP, they are from a system that has shown a very nice profit online in my backtest for 4 months now........http://www.lotterypost.com/thread/222759/1845056

They are good for 14 draws and have been hitting in the profit zone. You don't have a clue what you're talking about and will continue to make an ass of yourself.

                    Who's the instigator now?

                            RL,

You really don't think seeing somone put a few hundred into a slot and walking away not having won a thing and the next person to play it hits a jackpot isn't luck?

You don't think somone not knowing a bet on a layout is theirs and it wins and wins (this is called a "sleeper") and then if there's an honest player on the game they tell them it belong to the player who forgot about it, that's not luck?

I could go on and on but that's the gist. When someone who hasn't a clue as to what they're doing makes a lot of money doing it it is just because of luck, northing else.

As for egos, I have to disagree with you entirely. Casinos, bookies, etc... know that they are in the ego business just as much as the gambling or entertainment business. And they also know, inside and out, that those with the biggest egos will blow the most money.

You said, "Maybe Luck is some supernatural state of mind that can be

controlled by the person, which in this case could prove my argument."

See, there's the ego proof. People are lucky or not, no control involved at all. It's simpty called "being born under the right star."

We had a bartender at one casino where I worked who was so incredibly unlucky that when a rool was going on they would page him to the dice pit just to touch the table it was on. Guess what? 7-Out, pick up the line.

"Thanks Lenny", the shift boss would say. The guy was known as Lenny the Loser.

Good point about Lusting saying "method". So far from the input of people who have read the book the "method" seems to be $1 a page.

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

                            Lep

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.
